Exceptional

The staff is very nice. The rooms were very clean. The property though small is very well kept. We.felt safe and quick access to the beach.

There were problems with our payment with the credit card due to the fact that their terminal was not working and we had to use another payment method such as a bank transfer.p

I like this hotel very much. The front desk is very nice. It is closed to the beach, and not too far from the downtown. I agree that the water pressure of the shower is not very strong, but it is acceptable for only one person showering. The water is not very hot, but as I visited there in winter, it is fine if you turn on the heater. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the price and the quality.

It was a decent value gor the money, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and it was good for my cery short stay in

Clean and with new modern features. Big TV. Ability to get a dark room.

Other than the two beds there was no other furniture. There was what looked like a desk attached to the wall but no chair and no dresser. Also, it was a bit out of the way and, without GPS, I might have hit a lit of dead ends trying to get to the malecon.

A nice enough hotel. The area is way overpriced. No ice machine in hotel. No coffee maker. No refrigerator. No microwave.

I booked it for 52 dollars and they charged me 72 dollars with 30 dollars down

Fantastic and everything we had hoped for.

Very clean and new.

Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable but other than that it’s great.

The AC was very cold and the room very modern

It was within walking distance to the beach and at night it was very peaceful and quiet.

There was nothing to dislike about the sand mar hotel.

1 night stay, worked for what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, good rates and able to pay by credit card.

Hard beds, new, but no padding.

It was my first time staying here and it definitely won’t be my last 😊

Very clean and spacious. The shower was great and it was cool that they had a decent pool. The office people were amazing, very friendly and polite. It was a quite area and very close to the beach. Definitely will stay here again. ❤️

It’s not that I didn’t like anything. I just think maybe the beds can be a little more softer and firm but if that’s not something that can’t be fixed I’d still stay her
