Nothing , it was advertised as a different apartment block at a different address it was filthy . We could not stay in it and had to book other accommodation one word describes it SUBSTANDARD.

Everything about it there was nothing to like the location was not as advertised the apartment was filthy with foul smelling room,with bed clothes with cigarette burns, faeces in the toilet and smeared on the floor in the bathroom so as I said nothing to like.

We enjoyed our time and liked the apartment even though it was not at all like advertised

The apartment and the facilities were as expected. Clean and functional.

The check in staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were not expecting to pay a deposit. We didn’t have the cash as it was a Sunday and payday was Tuesday. I have since looked through all the information and can’t see anything about a £200 deposit for the keys. The property listing stated BREACH FRONT it was NOT. The apartments are located very near the nightlife strip which is not what we wanted and not what we expected because this was not on the listing. It is actually About 1km from Levante Beach.

Were do i begin i have stayed here many of times and have also recommed it to people we never got clean towels asked a member of staff and they said we didnt belong to them stayed in block one we always stayed in block 2 no air con it was 10 euro extra a day i phoned were the keys were collected from he said we haid to pay for air con when i went on to the booking it said family rooms are extra for air con there was a about ten apparments that was booked with our friends and family around the same time we all ways collected keys from the place its self some of my friends had to collect from the place on the beach and there flights landed late even they hadnt a clue were to go they were never there before so i will not be booking through yous again and most of the people who were there said the same i never conplain when i stay in a place i just get on with it but it was crazy the heat and wanting more money for aircon

The location was good. Pool was clean. Room was spacious Floors and bathroom were clean.

Reception man. where we collected the keys was rude. Big stain on lace curtain in lounge area. Cigarette burns in settee and blankets on the bed. (We don't smoke). No workable safe. Short on utilities.

Cheap but definitely not cheerful.

Location good but that's about as good as it gets.

A mile walk from apartment to pickup keys. Wanted to charge 10 Euro cash to hire tv remote ( No way) buy ur own just outside apartments same price + u take it home. Apartment was not what i would call clean , cobwebs,floor not even swept,plates cups glasses cutlery all needed good wash. Beds very uncomfortable.

Great area

Having to go hunting for a key we wasted half the day as when we got to beach shop it was just closing. Then we had to wait until 4.30 to collect keys up the hill and if you don't know were you are going it is hard to find but other than that we loved it . The apartment is a great location pool is lovely but room could do with a make over but good value for what we paid. A few days we got used to it .Would definitely go back again known all these things above.

Clean enough, good facilities. Nice balcony area. Lots of clean space to put things away (kitchen/livingroom/bedroom). Beds were fine. Lots of room in general. Good location.

electrical problems, turning on certain lights caused a horrible smell. Toaster was dirty, oven was dirty (i used the grill and it just about caught on fire). Hob handles were on the way out. Sofa a bit small and not that comfortable. I wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably on it.

apartment was great, outside pools got no sun at all & never used. repaid to oven completed quickly & clean bed

location & apartment had everything we needed

had to collect the keys up a hill, my parents are elderly & one disabled so it’s as well I was there. Also to report repairs, get safe key etc we had to go to the beach

The room sizes were decent, we had a good balcony with a fantastic view. Room was basic but clean.

We were told there was an indoor pool and my daughter and niece love to swim, this was frustrating because it said indoor pool open during winter months yet there was no water in. Little bit if false advertising that was the only downside.
