AVOID this hotel

nothing

staff really rude. they ask us to pay 1500 yen more to check in 30 minutes before. the toilet seat was broken, dirty and smell. the rooms are very very small and noisy. air conditioning very bad and dirty, i couch all night.

Great value and location, great staff, bad AC smell

Great location, Amazing view of Yokohama. Nice, friendly and attentive staff, all the basic necessities are well equipped.

I stayed for 14 days in summer for work, but the AC had a very bad smell, that smelt like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. You kind of get used to it (more like try to ignore it) but I would take out a star out from the rating for this reason.

Nice hotel near main attractions Yokohama

Location near the main attractions of Yokohama and very conveniently close to the metro entrance. Since we booked a larger room, the roomsize was excellent, but unfortunaltely there was no view from the room! Breakfast was mainly Japanese, but there were some western items, so that was just fine for everybody. Staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel was clean comfortable and in a great location. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We mistakenly left a phone in the room and the hotel staff sent it to our next hotel. They were fantastic and I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent central location hotel

Good clean facilities, very friendly staff, laundry services with the ability to monitor the time left on the room TV. Excellent location very close to Sakuragicho station and right next to Bashamichi metro station.

Bed was a little firm and duvet a little thin for my taste but this was a very minor complaint, overall very little to complain about

Location

Location was excellent as it was very close to a subway and made our trip to Tokyo very easy. They held some of our suitcases for us while we went to Tokyo for 3 days and when we returned for another nights stay they also held our suitcases for us until late afternoon when we could board our cruise ship. The taxi ride to the ships terminal was short ie very convenient.

Excellent choice to explore Yokohama

Excellent location, close to Landmark Tower, Chinatown, World Porters, Sakuragicho train station. lots of restaurants around hotel. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. good breakfast. coin laundry available to guests.

would have liked to have a safety deposit box in the room.

We are family of 3 and it is very hard to find a room in tokyo that had 2 beds room and price is reasonable.

Great location and reasonable price, but be careful if you have a sofa "bed" in your room

Location is excellent. 11am check out is nice. Rooms are relatively spacious by Japan hotel standards.

Be careful. A listing of a "sofa bed" does not mean they will make it up as a bed. We booked a room with "1x double bed, 1x sofa bed" but the sofa bed was not made (no pillows, sheets or blankets). When we asked for it to be made into a bed as per the room listing we were refused unless we paid an additional 3000 yen per night. Quite disappointing. Also, the internet connection of the hotel wifi would continually drop out on all of our devices at regular intervals (wifi stayed connected, but no internet connection). We resorted to our pocket wifi's instead after a while. Lastly the fridges are very small, with no freezer function.
