Great location and price, but not the most comfortable bed.

You definitely get what pay for, the price is affordable and the location is excellent, so be ready to compromise on other aspects. As I mention, the location could not be better, the environment is clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and easy check-in/checkout. Walking distance to the best sightseeing in Visby, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Shower rooms and bathrooms are always in good condition. There is a common kitchen and a terrace, also very well maintained.

I must point out that the beds are not comfortable at all (I got a room with a bunkbed), and the room also has some sort of smell, which I believe is related to the old furniture, mattresses, etc. A renovation would be great. Last but not least, the room should have a fan to support air circulation and cool down the room.

Nice small cozy hostel

Perfect location on one of the main streets with many shops, café and restaurants. From the deck / terrace on second flood you have a great view on Baltic sea and beautiful sunset ( for backyard side rooms, mine was #2), other rooms overlook Adelsgatan what is also beautiful. Terrace itself is very cozy and it was a pleasure to take breakfast outside, enjoy the moment of quietness. Kitchen well equipped. All shared facilities are clean. The room was clean, decent size, big window.

All was good. I would stay in that place again.

Basic Hostel Accommodation in perfect location - right in the centre of Visby Historic Walled City

This Hostel is located right in the centre of of the historic walled city of Visby - fantastic location! Literally everything you want is just a very short walk, restaurants, bars, tourist shops, quality shopping, historic sights, etc. Nice kitchen with a balcony to sit out on. Rooms are a nice size.

The sign for the hostel is up high and not clear - I found the hostel hard to locate. It is a self-check-in process so you do not see anyone during your stay. Showers did not drain properly so there was a cleaning up process after your shower. Kettle was broken. No bedding and as there is no staff there is noone to ask for any. There may be a process for requesting bedding but it was not clear to me. Towels were provided though. Beds were OK (in keeping for what you expect in a hostel).

low price and good stay!

comfy beds located perfectly in the middle of town kitchen had what you needed low price!

maybe get some routine on when to start and pick out the washing machine and get the floor in the shower fixed to prevent as much flooding as there could be.

The mailbox is not behind the hotel. It is "beside" the hotel at the back of the white door gate.

Good we can recommend to others.

A clean hotel in Visby city center.

The location is nice, there is pedestrian street outside the window. The shared toilet and kitchen are both very clean.

We stay in July and feel a little stuffy indoors.

Good hostel, with nice staff in het hotel next door. Clean and enough showers and toilets.

The door of the rooms lock themselves. Luckily i didn't get locked out in the night i arrived, but in the morning with my clothes already on.

Close to the bus station and the main attractions, walkable distance to the port terminal and main car rental facilities.

The bunk bed, especially the top one, is not comfortable for sleeping. You can feel the metal rod beneath your back.

Location is great. They have a nice balcony in the kitchen.

The room was too noisy. It's too expensive considering what you get.

The decor, location, and amenities were fantastic. The check-in process was also smooth, considering we arrived very late.

It was extremely hot in out room.

Everything was good

The room was clean and tidy. WC and shower rooms were also clean. Location was perfect.

Wifi didn’t work properly because it was overloaded.
