I really like Amsterdam and I like the experience of this, but it should make everyone that want to go unnoticed this li

The structure is very nice and also the stuff they are friendly and gentle , they are in very good position

There’s two little windows , for people that they have allergy, It’s very difficult to-sleep.

Décevant

Emplacement en plein centre - très pratique Possibilité de laisser nos affaires dans des casiers verrouillés.

Accueil pas très chaleureux. Chambre minuscule, pas de place, lit pas très confortable. Manque d'équipement (pas de télévision). Nous avons subi des nuisances sonores tout au long de notre séjour. Dans l'après-midi, il y avait des travaux dans une chambre (perceuse...). Dès 8h du matin travaux dans la rue juste en bas (montage d'un échafaudage). Les murs sont en papier, nous entendions nos voisins de chambre comme si il n'y avait pas de paroi entre nous. A 10h35, quelqu'un frappe à la porte de la chambre et entre ensuite directement pour nous dire que le check-out est à 11h. Nous avons trouvé cela très très limite car cela ne se fait pas de rentrer dans l'intimité des clients de cette manière. Cela fait des années que nous venons régulièrement à Amsterdam et c'est bien la première fois que nous sommes autant déçu par un établissement. Rapport qualité/prix très médiocre.

Would stay again!

Literally in the city centre, central to everything, friendly and accommodating staff, a bar and restaurant downstairs, beds were comfortable, daily cleaning and new towels daily, underbed lockers for your luggage(bring your own lock or purchase with reception), good temp/pressure showers, available heaters when it gets cold, terraces on basically every room, smoking area for cigarettes and marijuana, discounts at the bar/restaurant, and variety of people passing through or having a holiday.

When you stay with different people there are different personalities. Some who are inconsiderate of others are make noises at all times of the night. Some who snore. Some who check out at 4am with no respect. But nothing about the company or facilities was negative for me.

Sehr zentrale Lage und in dem Restaurant sowie an der Bar gibt es für Hotelgäste Rabatte

- Das Badezimmer war dreckig und staubig - Es gab keine Seife und keinen Föhn - Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr unhöflich. Check out Zeit ist um 11:00 Uhr. Bei uns kam die Putzfrau jedoch ohne zu Klopfen um 10:50 Uhr ins Zimmer gestürmt und sagte, dass wir jetzt raus sollen, obwohl wir im Zeitrahmen waren. Das ist nicht professionell.

Friendly staff and fun location.

The rooms had very little ventilation and were very warm. To try and cool you need to open the windows, and be exposed to a lot of very loud drunk and high people outside your window shouting until 4am.

Amazing location and super friendly staff. You have a restaurant and a bar with garden.

Bathroom and shower in the room (personally, I rather not), my locker was under the bed between two beds so, whenever I wanted smt I needed to move everything and it was really heavy. The room was also pretty noisy (1sr floor) between the garden and street

The walls were flaking, some of the sockets didn’t work and the duvets were as thin as blankets

Great location and staff. You could hear everything through the room walls.

Location was great. Right in the center and near metro. Staff was nice and bar/restaurant are good. Everything was clean.

You could hear almost everything outside of the room. Not just loud noise/partying people on the street. But no one chooses this place to have a quiet night anyway :)

Disappointing

Location is very central and staff is very helpful. Clean room.

The bed is very hard. There is no Tv in the room. But the biggest problem was you cannot open the windows. There are small ventilation holes but it did not help at all. The lack of fresh air in the room effects your sleep quality. I made the booking and choose to check in at 11 a.m. and my request was accepted through booking.com but when I arrive in the morning they said that the room is not ready and I had to wait 2 hours.

Worth the visit in the city center

The staff. Specifically Eva and Alex were absolutely phenomenal, friendly and accommodating to anything I needed. Whether it was a question about the city, changing details about my stay or just saying hello to me and remembering my name when I came to the front desk. It really made my stay feel special.

The only major issue I had with the hostel was the restaurant and bar staff were standoff-ish and sometimes particularly rude. However given you get 25% off all food purchases it was pretty much my only option for affordable food on a regular basis

Top location!

Best location. In the house bar of the hotel which is very nice and happening, a very welcoming receptionist.

Very small rooms, the bathroom is also very small- it's too small to stand and take a bath comfortably.
