Not clear information at all, and not a hotel for families

The location is quite good, close to many interesting places and well-communicated. Probably a good enough hotel for a quick business stay.

They have a Parking place, but there was no reference to the paid requirement until we already parked the car and checked in (1500 yen). The hotel staff at the reception told us we pay that for 1 day, but the truth is you pay till 11 am next day, check-out time. Then, they charged us 3 extra hours, 400 yen each. I explained this to the reception staff, but they did not care. Breakfast is also not very good. We booked 4 people two adults and two 9-year-old kids, breakfast was included, but when we arrived they told us the kids were not and we had to pay 2400 yen. The quality was also not good, they promote a beautiful hamburger in their pictures, and when you order it you get something similar to Mcdonald's basic hamburger. In general, the pictures shown here are far from reality. The hotel is old and the room was on a smoking floor (or at least it was before, but some smell remained). The bathroom was not the cleanest one, room to improve it. Misleading information on the TV, is outdated.

起きたい時間よりも早く目覚めてしまった為眠い

海側にも駅やスタジアムにも近くて良かった

宿泊させてもらった部屋が清掃スタッフさんの倉庫？のような所の目の前で、朝うるさい、というか防音がほぼなかった感じ。話し声もガシャンガシャン音もほほ丸聞こえでしたね… 3泊しましたが次の日には耳栓必須でした

フロントの説明も簡潔で分かりやすい。全体に機能中止で、余計な装飾がないのが良かった。特にイベントのための宿泊には機能的なことが一番である。

JAL hotel only 5’ -10’ walk to China town , have Asian market on the way to China town All the stores open around 10am -9 pm 7/ 11 and Slawson store close by JAL hotel so we can buy snacks and water Good bakery open @7am close by to JAL hotel too

I will book this hotel again.

The location was conveniently situated. The breakfast was excellent using local vegetables and so much choices.

the room was smaller than expected. if I had known, I could have booked a larger and better room.

Very well located, excellent staff, suited our needs very well

Our room was big enough to meet our needs including space for two large bags and two cabin bags. It is an easy walk to the Nihon Odori subway station and to the Osanbashi pier. We were able to visit several sites on foot including the Red Brick Warehouse, the Silk Museum, Chinatown and Yamashita Gardens. Great price.

excellent hotel with high standards plus great value.

Great location close to Chinatown, harbour parkland and Hikawamaru museum ship. Clean, modern, well equipped and organised. Buffet breakfast very good. plus great value!

Just a minor thing-Room was a bit tight with the 2 single beds.

I like that it is very close to everything easy to find and very accommodating staffs.

Maybe better pillows and thicker blankets. But everything else was spot on. Definitely would stay there again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Another great stay at this hotel

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was great, just as the first one. I forgot to mention in my previous review that one thing I really liked was how quiet the room was. I got a good night's sleep the entire time, which isn't always the case with a centrally located property. I would also recommend the restaurant. We didn't have breakfast there but the set lunch was excellent. The front desk and all the staff are also really professional and polite.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

Not worth the rudeness.

The proximity to Chinatown was excellent and we enjoyed it. The breakfast personnel were lovely to me and baby. No complaints with restaurant.

The concierge were rude when we tried to ask for directions in where to buy baby diapers and when we were packing up we got 2 very aggressive phone calls just saying, "check out NOW!" The crib bedding provided was dirty and had baby hair on it. Bedroom walls were scuffed and dusty. We also had to pay ¥1 000 yen because we misplaced a room key at the end of our trip and we were not told of this fee. Also the elevators did not require a key to go up so it felt like there wasn't much security.
