PARFAIT AVEC VUE INCROYABLE

La piscine est extrêmement grande, les transats sont très confortables et des serviettes sont fournies gratuitement. Un voiturier peut nous emmener à la plage de l'hôtel mais c'est à 3 minutes à pied, où les transats et les serviettes sont également inclus. La vue depuis la chambre offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le restaurant propose une cuisine délicieuse. La chambre, spacieuse pour trois personnes avec deux balcons, est dotée d'un lit incroyablement confortable et d'une propreté impeccable.

Le petit déjeuner est plus orienté vers le salé que le sucré et le café est moyen.

La infraestructura del alojamiento: piscina,playa cerca… y la comodidad de la cama así como el personal.

Se notaba que éramos los últimos huéspedes antes del cierre por temporada. La playa privada apenas tenia hamacas el viernes, y las pocas que había las ocupaban gente que no eran huéspedes. El sábado ya no había ninguna hamaca. Por lo que no pudimos disfrutar mucho ese espacio. El desayuno pensábamos que era tipo buffet pero no fue así (aunque estaba todo bueno).

Great option for anyone visiting Himara

Rapos Hotel offers a pleasant stay with its amenities and excellent service. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is courteous and attentive. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds and clean linens.

Weekdays are amazing.

The swimming pool was amazing and it was quiet until the weekend. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Loved the swallows . Breakfast was excellent.

Top notch service!

I loved the superb service at this hotel from everyone on staff and the big pool! Everyone I interacted was very friendly and professional from the front desk, breakfast team and the golf cart drivers. Everyone is smiling, always happy to help, and so attentive! The level of service feels like what you would get at a luxury hotel at a much, much higher price (I am from San Francisco, and I am so sick and tired of entitled, disgruntled, overworked and stressed-out employees expecting 20-25% tip for terrible, inattentive service because they’re short staffed and this place was such a HUGE contrast to that). The private beach was beautiful and so close, definitely walking distance but also appreciated that they had a golf cart to shuttle us back and forth! The breakfast was also great - loved the huge spread of all the home made jams!

I had the twin room, and it was a bit small for two adults so I would advise you to upgrade to a suite if your budget allows. The balcony with the ocean view helps!

Everything was perfect. The room’s were very clean and the staff was very good. Also the food was very good. I feel very comfortable here and i enjoy so much. I will come again this will be my preferred place.

Highly Recommended

We have stayed multiple times at Rapos and as usual it never disappoints. High-quality service and attentive to details. Amazing staff and very clean rooms. The hotel has a private area in Potami beach and you get the umbrella and beach chairs for free. I love the beach restaurant serving the full menu as the main restaurant. And by the way their food is amazing. Cant wait to be back...

Bathroom and room very small, breakfast basic and all cold, they do not maintain temperature of thermos or food. The staff is not professionally trained, but very attentive and helpful. The reception desk lacks expertise in dealing with foreign guests.

Amazing stay. 9 out 10!

The front desk staff was amazing. Always helpful and worried about us. They left us in the room a couple hours early and check-out just before our taxi came to pick us up for Tirana. The manager also took care of everything for our day trip to Gjipe Beach. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive and polite, and make sure we had a great experience at breakfast everyday. The hotel room was fully cleaned every single day and the cleanliness of the common areas was also amazing. Had an amazing time, thank you for everything.

The only thing to say is that the restaurant is overpriced compared with the prices of other restaurants in the area.

The garden and the pool are really nice - especially the pool is an outlier for such a hotel.

The room - furniture, facilities, etc, has seen better days in the past. The breakfast is ok - for the price I would have expected better service. Good coffee, espresso, cappuccino needs to be paid separately and they had no black tea.

Lovely hotel near the beach

The pool area and grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. We also loved breakfast on the lovely terrace overlooking the pool. It was a short walk to the beach - where the sea was spotlessly clean. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

It’s a minor point but we would have liked a table on our balcony.

A lovely hotel in a great location, with very welcoming staff.

The food and service at the restaurant was amazing! Everyone loved the pool and again the service at the pool bar was very good. The proximity to the beach was excellent and the beach bar restaurant was again, lovely! All the staff at the hotel and beach were very accommodating and friendly. I was also particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was maintained daily.

This is probably me just be lazy but I would have liked a breakfast room service option!

Overpriced and overrated

I liked that the hotel was kept clean, the garden and the swimming pool area. All the facilities by the pool were excellent. Plenty of space to lounge by the pool. The room was kept clean, the view was pretty, the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved the private beach area - of course overpriced drinks, but they always made sure to accommodate our needs there. Beautiful beach with plenty sunlounges.

The room was kept clean but needs a general update. There were bleach marks all over the carpet. Does not fit the 4 star standards...more like a three star. On the very first day the shower and basin were blocked. There are no facilities to make coffee, not even a complimentary water. The dining area and the pool bar was very pretty and well kept. But, we decided to go an eat outside as their dining prices were double, for the same quality of food you get in any of the restaurants by the beach. In addition, there wasn't any flexibility to cater for vegans. We had to purchase our own milk, peanut butter and alternative food to have for breakfast. There is a general attitude that 'we don't have to cater for people with different eating lifestyles'. Most members of staff were polite - but there were few incidents, for example I was told that i should have not taken this sunbed because it is booked for another guest and that guest can book the sunbeds in advance. After i queried this with the management It turned out that this is not a general hotel policy. The person who told me that was made to come and apologise. This made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. Or in another instance when one member of staff came to close our parasol exposing us to the sun, without explaining the reason why they are doing it. So, need some customer relations training to fit the brand they present.

Excellent

As overall the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and the view is wonderful. Very kind staff and the hotel manger is very helpful and professional. The pool is amazing and the beach as well.
