I liked the friendly reception staff . Room service breakfast special and how comfy the bed was .
Housekeepers quite noisy in the morning cleaning other rooms . No windows gives abit of closed space feel .

Great value and a very comfortable stay.
Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent
Breakfast was a bit ordinary. There were enough things to choose from the breakfast buffet but some things looked a little tired like they had been reheated

It was the most elegant hotel we have seen. Didn’t expect anything over the top as the price was low. When we got there it was like a boutique hotel OS. OUTSTANDING!!

The room was fantastic. Comfy bed and generous shower. No noise which is a bonus. Parking under cover in Winter is a bonus with frosts early in the morning.
Overall cost was expensive for a 1 night stay for 1 Adult was $169 and $189 for a room on a Thursday and Sunday is a lot of money.

The location was great. Bed really comfy and shower really good.
Other guests were incredibly loud in the hallways and in their rooms. Buffet breakfast was average. Lots of food run out or dried out from sitting to long.

Room was lovely.
No cutlery and no milk if you don't ask for it.
I didn't notice the iron was dirty and burnt whatever it was onto my new shirt.
Receptionist was not very nice or helpful.
Room service breakfast was not up to the standard of the rest of the motel.

Location was good for travelling through. Bed was very comfortable.
The second bedroom which had a single bed in it looked a bit like a storage room with multiple floor fans sitting in there.

Stunning rooms, super clean and the bed was very comfortable! Large shower with great water pressure. The buffet breakfast had a very wide selection of food at a extremely reasonable price.

There was some sort of construction going on at 8-830 in the morning and you can hear the cleaners talking outside your room about the same time. It woke me the last two times I stayed there.

Super quiet & dark bedroom given it's located on a main road. Great pub opposite for dinner as the restaurant is closed Monday night.

When we first entered the room, we were impressed with the decor albeit that the room was quite small. We were in an executive suite on the 3rd floor.
We were also able to open the windows which was great if you wanted a bit of fresh air.
One of the windows wouldn't close so we spent a restless first night with a lot of noise. This was repaired the next day.
The bed was an AH beard bed, which are great beds, we have one however this one I think had seen better days and was not very comfortable. When we had a look at the mattress it was completely stained which made us feel uncomfortable. The pillows had also seen better days I felt they needed to be replaced as the material inside had become quite lumpy.
The kettle that was provided had been put away with water in it and it also had seen better days it was starting to wear and the shower head in the bathroom was dirty.
Individually these things, with the exception of the stained mattress, were not such a great problem but it led us to feel as though there was no care factor and we began to question the cleanliness.
Not what you would expect from an executive suite in an International Hotel. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Didn’t have breakfast but I’m sure it would have been good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The prices of the items in the minibar were ridiculously high. And their orange juice was disgusting.

Bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing.
Location was great and the room furnishings we’re comfortable.
No milk in the room and noise from guests during the night. It was like the sound proofing from noise in the hallway was non existent.
It was 3:00 am when I was woken up by conversations you could hear clearly by inconsiderate guests.

The room was stylish and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. It was great to have a large TV and parking was easy.
The coffee machine, the instructions didn't match the machine. However, a was able to have a delicious coffee in the restaurant.

The place was spectacular. Gorgeous interior
The doors banging early in the morning. I had booked 3 nights through booking.com. my travel plans changed. Because of 3rd party rules and because booking.com charge the hotel I was unable to negotiate a compromise for a refund which was a bummer. Had I booked through the motel directly they said they would have gladly given refund.
