The bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff. Location was really good.
The shower. I could either get very hot or very cold water. My kids could not shower for two days because of the shower.

Good location in town. Bed soft and comfortable. Decent room size.
Minor issues only. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Water saving shower heads.

Close to centre of town. Quiet, easy to park, friendly staff. Restaurant on site.
Bathroom fixtures getting a bit tired.

Location and staff were great
The bathroom was very small and could have been cleaner. Blood stains on the carpet just outside of the bathroom and overall was just a little dated. Was not upto the standards I expected from this chain.

Location was great, parking was good, check in was easy, the kids loved the pool, the beds were comfy and the room was clean.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was great value for money.
Our bathroom tap surged when turning it on no matter how slow I tried it, which splashed all over our clothing.
When other guests came home for the evening the door closings sounded like they were in your room. It was quite alarming at times.

Room was quiet and comfortable, the staff were excellent friendly and efficent. They also seemed happy to be at work

Chef served dessert to us on Saturday 22.7.23 for dinner. He and Logan were upbeat and happy.
We asked whether soup was gluten free, told yes, then received soup with toast which was not gluten free. Not a difficult step to make!

The location is great. Rooms are large.
The carpet was putrid. The shower had a booger stuck on the wall. The night staff was unwelcoming and made me feel like I was a burden, providing a lack of detail in instructing me where my room was. You will bang your arm on the shower recess when on the toilet. The toilet paper comes in sheets, and there is nothing luxurious about that which reminds me of a public toilet.

clean, great location and restaurant.
The heater did not work properly and it was a very cold night.

location good
property was good but reception staff seemed to lack experience and dinner was not good . undercooked pork and overpriced cocktails that were half full

room was clean, good size. food was really good. staff were friendly and liked that we could park our car right out the front.
beds were a bit hard for us.

Very clean, comfortable bed, large room and the new large towels top class. also the restaurant serves great meals and had a very good Shiraz on the wine list.
The bathrooms are too small, and there is little to no room to put toiletries down.
4.5
Staff friendly, clean spacious room. location excellent. bed comfy
Soap containers hard to reach. Should have been located on main shower wall as you got your hair wet trying to reach them even though you were not going to wash your hair.

Right on the edge of town, perfect stop over location. AC and Pool were appreciated on a hot summer day. Staff were friendly and helpful (even when not on shift)

the staff were lovely and made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire stay. great central location. loved the product range supplied in the bathroom too!
I thought the rooms definitely need sound proofing, as we could hear peoples conversations down the hall ways and in neighbouring rooms. The rooms were a little outdated for the price we paid, but kept very clean and tidy.
