Very average place - nothing special

The room was more spacious than I expected for Tokyo

The staff seemed to do the bare minimum required of them (e.g. had no advice when asked where to get a sim card etc). The room had no coffee, but luckily there are Starbucks and McDonald's nearby. The location is a bit of a walk from the train and subway stations.

Clean, beautiful hotel with well equipped rooms and incredible staff. What more can you ask for?

We found this hotel on our first visit to Japan in September of 2023. When my wife and I returned in April of 2024 we decided to stay here our first night to be both close to Tokyo Tower for a morning walk, and also for the general convenience of being in Minato. The hotel was clean, staff was excellent (this comes as no surprise given we're talking about Japanese hospitality), and overall the hotel was a nice, comfortable stay. The only ding is due to the size of the room. It was a bit cramped for my wife and I to navigate around with 2 large rolling bags, but we managed. Still, this is somewhat commonplace in Tokyo, where real estate is at a premium. We would happily stay here again!

The room was quite cramped, but they managed to make the rooms as accommodating as possible. This isn't uncommon for Tokyo, but getting in and out of the front door, morning and evening bathroom routines among other things were a bit challenging for the two of us - nothing to complain about, but worth noting for someone who might be a bit less mobile than two 30-somethings that love to travel, hike, and adventure.

So central, yet so quiet, with very easy access to Haneda

Perfect location, close to central Tokyo and to the monorail to Haneda, yet very quiet (we got a room facing away from the street). Very friendly staff. Luggage storage option. Good coffee in the room (instant drip coffee!).

Not much space to store luggage (no space under the bed), but not a huge problem, if you unpack and keep your suitcase upright.

Great and would recommend our friends who travel to Tokyo.

The location was great and close to the station. The room size is considered big compare to many other hotels with this price.

浜松町駅から近く、周辺散策や空港アクセスに便利

周辺に様ざまな飲食店もあり、空港へのアクセスも浜松町駅から近いと言う事もあり、ビジネスユースでも観光でも利用しやすい立地です。インバウンドが高まってる中で、宿泊費用としては妥当ではないかと思います。清潔さ、ロケーション、施設内容、どれをとっても平均点以上です。

朝食がスタバのチケットを頂けるので、軽くても構わない方には嬉しいサービスであると思います。１日の始まりをしっかりと朝食を取ってと言う方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。ただし周辺には朝から利用できる飲食店も多いので、それほど問題ではないと思います。

AMZING! THANK YOU!

It was a great place - clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially the Starbucks on the ground floor.

Really there wasn't much to dislike - the only thing I would say is that, knowing many tourists stay in this area, that the front desk staff could've been a little more versed in English. However that is obviously personal preference and knowing we were in an exceptional country where google translate is acceptable and not offensive, I wouldn't even change this :)

The room was spacious, the location was very convenient next to Tokyo tower and restaurants as well as train/metro stations. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed was big and comfortable.

There was no breakfast offered, unfortunately, but this didn't ruin our stay of course.

Recommended. Good hotel in great location, won't hesitate to return.

Excellent customer service. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location for access to eastern side of Tokyo. Close to Zojo-ji Temple, Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations (so easy access to Tokyo and Haneda airport), walking distance to Takeshiba station and the ride on the driverless train was fun especially from the front of the train. Nearby is Odaiba, Asakusa, Rainbow Bridge, Teamlab Planets. Also Hokusai museum and Ryogoku (walk, train or ferry). Stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out (same day). No breakfast available in the hotel but there's a Starbucks downstairs and a Family Mart across the road for snacks. I believe there's a microwave available in the hotel if you need to heat food. Our room was cosy but comfortable enough for a night and had all the facilities we needed. Also found a great little eating place nearby "Azabujuban Yakuzen Curry". Delicious and healthy food, caters to all diets including vegetarians & vegans, interesting bar, best pickles we have ever had in Japan!

Excellent Stay

We visit Tokyo often. Compare to previous hotels we stayed in Shibakoen area. Richmond is absolutely the best. We will definitely return when in Tokyo again. Everything is superb!!

Superb

Excellent location, with easy access to Haneda Monorail, Yamanote line and several metro lines. Room is cozy and has everything you may need. It seems to have a little bit more space compared to typical business hotel.

Please note lack of restaurant and onsen facility in this hotel. There are lots of cafes and shops around, so it's a minor issue.
