Fabulous place for our family with kids and dog. Beautiful surroundings, close to shops and towns and lots of things to discover. Very comfortable beds.
I would have appreciated a coffee machine instead of capsules. Garden at our house was not that nice and could use a little work.

Location is right in the middle of green belt, the place is good to enjoy some fresh air and away from city noise. The houses are well kept.
A bit of maintenance required for some houses.

This hotel is located in the national park- very calm and green, fresh air. We checked in without any problem. The personnel is friendl- they explained us verything. We all swam in the heated swimming pool and enjoyed our staying. The rooms are very good- for five persons it was more than enough.
We noticed that some of the glasses were not washed properly but we washed them ourselves without problems.

Facilities for children were great.
Houses are too close to each other, and cleaning of the house has not been done properly. It was quite cold at night in April. Tumble dryers are expensive yet malfunctioning from time to time.

Because i didht take out bedsheets when I checked out they took 50 euros from me. The female staffs are not friendly.. I registered my car but each time I want to enter I had to press the bell or go to there reception. Bad experience with the staffs. They need professional staffs who knows how to treat and talk to people the right way.

Very good accommodation with sauna and "jacuzzi" options. Perfect for family holidays
one small minus - roof is not really soundproof during the rain

The location of the park, the price
We arrived just in time for checkin, note on door reception only open till 16:00 however on booking it states 17:00
The accommodation was only at 2 degrees when we checked in, took a whole day/night to warm up.
No mats, no towels provided, no clean sheets for a 3 week stay.
Luckily we had our own mats, towels, blankets and sheets.
Asked TD for a screwdriver, none provided.
The shower makes whole bathroom wet.
Bad ventilation in bathroom and bad insulation in whole accommodation.
The beds are quite uncomfortable, 2 small single beds placed together and quite hard with a dip in the middle.
My advise is to stay only for a week and bring enough towels and take your inside shoes

The cabin were decent sized, clean and new
Far away from everything, you must travel by car because the town center is 4km away and there's nothing before except for houses, there's no taxi service either

Only the location is a positive point, otherwise based on my experience i don't recommend it to anyone
I have several points
First of all they mentioned that they have CCTV “Cameras” and 24 hours security but unfortunately two men tried to enter our house on the midnight!! I asked the security team to check the cameras and they informed us that there is no cameras! So which safety does they have if a theft came up!
Second point - room were not clean at all, when we reached instead of having rest we were cleaning!!
Third point - we asked the reception officer for early check out @7:30AM and she told us that their shift we start by 9:00AM but promised that they will help us by sending someone to assist maximum by 8:00AM, unfortunately no one came to us! We were supposed to do our flight check in by 10AM and we need to go early because we have wheelchair and we need to return the rent car also! Our flight rescheduled based on her promise!! hence cash wastage also happened
Finally they are not professional and not supporting the client if they promise us to have safety and clean place then all of us would come to them thousand time, I’m an old user and client in Booking and have full loyalty to them because of their quality but it’s the first time that i booked a bad place from the app from all of the international standards
Please check Booking calls history and listen to my calls to understand how it was very difficult, if you will call them for any inquire they will not answer!! I called several time even the emergency number and no one answer.
I don’t recommend the place for anyone (unsafe, unclean & unsupportive)

Loved the location and the nature around us! Comfortable stay for a weekend, and easy to reach shops, walking paths, other small towns in case you get bored of your rented bike or scooter. Lots of privacy and comfy beds. The team allowed us to check in earlier which was Greatly Appreciated!
Heating was centrality controlled so there were times we felt quite cold inside, but the warm water was always there! Just in case you are with small kids or used to keeping the temperature high at home. For us it wasn't a huge con. You have to clean after yourself so we needed to budget in time for dish washing, throwing away the garbage etc and where you are there for only a short-time it can feel like a bit of a chore with the early check out. Again not a real issue, just something to keep in mind.

Nice holiday house, very well maintained and equipped. Good location in an area which gives plenty of opportunities to relax in a natural environment.

People should know at which house they will stay. The house we rented was amongst other houses. I didn't have an idea while booking if it was nearby a lake or have a good view. On the website, you are advertising the best pictures, but the house is not as in the pictures. There is no supermarket even a small one. The swimming pool is small for a huge compound. The sign boards showing the residences we stay in are very bad. I lost several times. I had difficulties in finding my house. Google maps didn't work properly and directed me to the wrong streets. There should be more clear signs showing the numbers of the houses.

the vacation villa had great space inside as well as outside, even though we lived very close to all the other surrounding villas it still felt somewhat secluded because of all the nature surrounding the villa and the entire park
the cleaning inside the villa was NOT good. above the cabinets, door and window frames as well and under the beds were VERY dusty. we had dust webs hanging from the ceilings as well as from under the cabinet .Spiders above the beds and in some of the corners in the bathroom and in the living room. The pots and pans in the kitchen were greasy and not clean when we arrived.

The place is stunning, the location is excellent, we really enjoyed ourselves
I think a net should be installed on the windows to prevent mosquitoes and insects from entering
