The entire thing was a disaster to be honest. The only thing we appreciated was the support we received the next day after we arrived at the reception from Naomi and Jeffrey and from the night manager Walter, who helped us pretty much with everything we needed. Truly lovely people, thank you for your help!
This is one of the worst service we ever received for renting an apartment in our lives! We received 40+ of useless emails and notifications while we haven’t received many key information on our arrival, info on where to find keys, whether we will have towels we asked for, info about parking, we received nothing. Literally nothing. Client service from the central office is literally non-existent. The only response we ever received was guidance on how to proceed with the payment. After that, silence.
As we had a late arrival with out flight, reception was closed when we arrived. The number provided has a tricky automated menu, so in order to get to the call manager you have to press yourself into reporting damage in your property, otherwise the number directs you to the reception that is closed, or emergency number 112 for life-threatening situations.
Once we got through to the property night manager Walter, he let us in and and told us where we could find our keys and cleaning products. But it turned out that there were no towels in the house, so we couldn't even take a shower when we arrived. The place was cold, heating wasn't on either, so was quite a disaster.
With two small children and late arrival, I sincerely wouldn't recommend this company. We won't be staying with them ever again.
And on top of everything when I called the headquarters to complain, I asked to speak to the manager, and the colleague on the phone said she transmitted the complaint to the manager and manager responded that everything is fine. I insisted to speak to her but was told by the colleague that "if wants to talk to you she'll call you". She never did. Management and leadership very poor.
For the fact that this company calls itself Topparken, this has definitely been far from the top. Rather it's been one of the worst experiences we ever had.

Its better visiting summer holiday more than winter
parking space is small for car

Very nice place, beautiful view, perfect nature. Comfortable house. Nice place for weekend

Nice and warm cottage. I've been here for 21 days. Around the forest and nice to walk. There is a heated indoor pool on site. The kitchen is fully equipped. Automatic check-in for cars and the car can be parked near the house.
Shops are far away. It's good to have a car. The restaurant is closed in autumn. The cottage was poorly cleaned upon arrival. I dusted everywhere myself, especially in the cabinets it was dirty.

Price was a main argument for booking a stay here, and we were surprised to get this quality and comfort for our family of 5 people in such a nice place. Great value for money, close to many places like Zoo's and National parks, very quiet area, great accommodation facilities and courteous staff. What can we dream of else?
Nothing really for this section...

Great cabin, grounds, upkeep.
Mugs needed, no bathmat and no bread to buy at the entrance.

Clean very quiet, perfect relaxing and cozy.

Location near forest, spacious apartment, playground, bike rental facility.
The apartment could be cleaner. The restaurant is just fast food style.

Very clean and new room. Very friendly staff. Location was also very good. Very peaceful place. Park had good vibe and was very quiet and relaxing
The restaurant and facilities were limited. They should have a common sauna place where one can relax after some exercise. A supermarket inside will be very helpful.

This is my second time staying at Recreatiepark ’t Gelloo, and it was once again my favorite trip of the year.
The access to the wandeling trails is literally outside the gates, and you are only 15mn away from Lunteren and 20mn from Ede by bike, for food shopping and restaurants etc.
The chalet itself was very clean and functional, with comfortable beds, a good amount of appliances in the kitchen, and big windows to the outdoors. As I stayed there in March, there were not too many people, but it was friendly and quiet.
I can't wait to stay there again next year!

The place was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist gave us a gift bag with coffee, shampoo, and soap. it was a gated community and tastefully done.
towels were not included with the Booking.com charge, so we were required to pay an additional 4.50 Euros per person, plus tax, for towels. this is not normal outside of Europe, and I’m not a fan of hidden costs. we paid 63.40 Euros cleaning fee in our booking.com cost, but had to wash dishes and return them to the their places, collect our garbage and take it to a dumpster, and collect our towels and put them in a specific location - and be out by 10am. The hamburger at the restaurant on-site wasn’t warmed up when given to us, and pizza was advertised on a sign at the street but was not being served. Although I reduced some points for these things, had we known what to expect, it would be a 10/10 place. We really liked it!

The indoor pool was perfect in winter time! The furniture was nice and beds were super comfortable, not the usual cheap stuff!
Cleanliness was not perfect and something was already broken/missing. Not a big deal, tho.

Problems were handelt quick and good.
Cars are forbidden to drive at night.
Friendly staff.
The atmosphere.
Chalet not clean.
Several things where a bit worn out.
Microwave dirty.
Kitchen equipment not complete.
No Mosquito net for the windows, so one can not cool down the chalet in the evening, without having problems with mosquitoes.

It is a very calm and peaceful location. Very good for the family trip. Kids enjoyed a lot on swimming pool. Also private garden is a plus advantage.
Everything is good except cleaning and heating. Room heater were not running throughout our stay. And there were some insects around the room that may be because of environment outside, but can be clean. More hygienic and cleaning is required especially for the kids.

The resort is clean and neat. The unit is immaculate, and very well equipped. The location surrounded by beautiful forest is awesome. We saw red squirrels right on the edge of the resort, and the birdlife is also wonderful. De Hoge Veluwe and Veluwezoom are both within short driving distance, as are several animal parks.
The unit was quite cold. Fortunately, the beds were super comfortable and warm.

The mobile home was very clean and had all the requested necessities, especially in the kitchen! I found that I had a lot of space, but then I was also alone in a 5-person mobile-home, so this could be the reason :)
You are surrounded by nature and there are so many pretty walks to take. The town of Ede has all your needs regarding shops and more, and can be very easily reached. I had an amazing time, and was very sad to have to leave!
P.S: Remember to bring dish soap, shampoo, body wash, extra toilet paper and dish towels. You are provided with small samples but they won't last you for long.

Calm and very close to Hoge Veluwe
Some facilities were closed because of covid-19
