Good trip

The hotel is big , clean. The location far from th railway,bus station, but we can walk 10 minutes. The surrounding is quite, clean, near Lawson. The room is clean, the pillows, blanket, the bed are clean. The bathroom is clean. There are toiletries, night gown, slippers. There are refrigerator,air purifier.

Good for short stay

For a short stay , the price is ok, Staff are nice and helpful, Hotel is located at the midway of Tateyama Station and the free oservation tower in the city hall.

Last time I visit this hotel they can transfer our luggage to shinano omachi station but this time service is suspended.

I stayed one night and it did what a hotel supposed to do

10 minutes walk to toyama station. small but very comfortable room good mountain view from the window

my floor (9th floor) was very quiet and dim. it feels haunted at night haha Feels dated

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I had a nice view from the window, and the decor was good as well.

It is close to the JR train station and city center - good starting place to explore Toyama. The breakfast was very good, both western and Japanese style.

The bed was extremely soft and the pillow hard. I had a bad sleep. Also, my room was directly bellow kitchen, so I could hear chefs preparing breakfast from 4AM.

it’s near Toyama station, rather old. my room couldn’t acess wifi so the receptionist changed me to another better room.

good location, super helpful staff. wanted to express our gratitude to Mr.Iwata who was super helpful, he spent 2 hours for solving some problems for us as we couldn’t speak Japanese

Great Location

The location is near Toyama Station. Grand Lobby with free coffee or wine (one cup). It is a full blown major property with facilities.

The property is older, but well maintained. The staff is very helpfull.
