ほぼ満足。

駅のそばでとても便利でした。大浴場もあって、とにかく忙しく動いていたので、ゆったりできてとてもありがたかったです。

ベッドの下にスーツケースを置くというのはナイスアイディアでしたが、荷物を取り出す時、折りたたみのスーツケース置きがないので（椅子を使いましたが）それが少々不便でした。テレビにスマホの画面を映せると案内にあったようですが、USB→HDMIなどのケーブルなども見当たらず（WIFIで対応？）それが残念でした。

Not satisfied customer.

good location

Not worth paying the price.The room and toilet are not clean even the amenities are incomplete.And when we ask for new a bath towel you have to get it on your own 🤷‍♀️down to the 1st floor.

息子が好きなホテルなので、私としてはまあまあかな？

大浴場がついていていつでも入れる事。テレビでミラーリングが出来てYouTubeが見れる事。寝具がとても良くて快眠出来る事。

レストランが夜やってない事。朝食が高い事。駐車料金が値上がりした事。電子レンジや氷を取りに行く時、一度一階に降りないといけない事。アルコールの販売が自販機で買えない事。

快適な旅でした。

ホテルスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。

ホテルの問題ではないのですが、夜中、外でカラスの鳴き声のような声が大きく響き渡っていたのが気になりました。

リーズナブルでした．

駅近で便利です．朝食のカレーは美味しいです．お湯に浸かりたい派なので，大浴場があるのはありがたいです．

部屋のバスの換気扇から音がしてました．フロントに連絡しましたが，すぐに対応はできないということでちょっと残念でした．

高岡駅に近く、周囲に飲食店やコンビニがあり充実していた。

建物の場所等を考えれば仕方ないことかもしれないが、露天風呂は、少し期待していたものとイメージが乖離していた

交通便がよくて、フタッフの対応もよかったです。

三連休の二日目に泊まらせていただきました。前日は満室だと思いますが、部屋のカーペットにごみ、紙屑が見えてました。

ほぼ快適！

4歳児と宿泊しシングルを予約しました。その日の状況にもよると思いますが、無料でダブルにアップグレードしてくれ、その他の対応もとても丁寧でした。

ベッドと窓の間に溝があり、そこは結構ゴミが溜まっていた。（心遣いの折鶴や以前のお客が忘れていったオモチャなど）子どもは窓の外の電車を見たいのでそう言った部分も気を付けてほしかった。

Disappointing

Eventhough the floor had only non smoking rooms, my room had a very intense smoke smell, indicating that someone had recently smoked there. The staff did the bare minimum to help and I had to stay in the room because the hotel was apparently fully booked. By the end of the third day all the clothes in my suitcase were smelling after smoke and I had to wash them in my next hotel.

Clean and affordable - recommended for a short trip

I have stayed here twice now, and the staff have been very accommodating at every turn. You can update the number of people in your room until midnight, and they made it very easy to ask for a late checkout (you can select a button on the TV in your room to extend by 1-3 hours). Everything is very clean and feels new. The TV in the room is huge! The room is small, but the bed is lofted so you can put your luggage underneath. It makes the room feel a bit bigger. The bath isn’t particularly fancy, but it’s comfortable. I like to be able to check the crowd level from my hotel room before I go bathe, and it’s nice to go there in the yukata provided by the hotel. The location is great if you are going to travel by local train the next morning, as it is directly next to Takaoka station. There are also a lot of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.

I think this is standard in Japan, so it isn’t a huge negative, but if you book the room as 1 guest and want to add an extra guest, the fee is ¥4000, which feels expensive. In the US, it was common to be able to rent a room with a queen bed for 1 or 2 people for the same price. It is quite far from the shinkansen station.

don’t think coming back again.

The location was good.

the toilet had brown spots they forgot to wipe down and there was hair on the tray where they put glasses on the table. the woman’s bathroom was clogged at the washing area so there was a pile of dirty water.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a great location!

It was built fairly recently, so everything is new and clean. The bed is particularly comfortable, and it is raised off the floor so that you can put your luggage underneath it. This is really nice and saves a lot of space in the small room. The TV in the room is big and has a nice picture, and you can easily watch YouTube via “screen mirroring” with your phone. They also provided new towels and yukata everyday, even if I declined the cleaning service. It was nice. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they helped me make changes to my reservation (aka add an extra person) even as late as 11:30pm. The breakfast staff graciously let me enter the restaurant just 8 minutes before last order. Finally, the big bath and especially the outdoor bath felt very nice in this season. It was convenient that you can see how crowded the bath is by checking the TV in your room before you go there.

I understand that this is common practice for many hotels in Japan, but be aware that you pay per person, NOT per room. My friend missed the last train, and I offered to let him stay with me. I was disappointed to have to pay ¥4,400 more to add an extra occupant to the room, even though they didn’t have time to use any of the facilities. I thought it was a little expensive. The room is kind of narrow, but it’s a normal size compared to other hotels in Japan, so I can’t complain too much.
