DESCRIPTION:
This is one of the most sought-after areas of the island to stay and for good reason as this home is just steps away from Bean Point one of the most beautiful beaches and sugar soft sand on Anna Maria, also nearby the Rod & Reel Pier to drop a line or grab a fish sandwich and few blocks north of Pine Avenue shops to peruse during the day! Enjoy the bay breezes from your screened-in porch or the stunning panoramic water views from a top the ENORMOUS rooftop deck! This incredibly spacious home has just as much outdoor space as it does indoor! The home has a private heated pool that gets plenty of sunshine with outdoor seating, table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Step inside the home into a bar/game room area just off the pool area. It has a full wet bar, smart TV, foosball table, and beverage cooler!
The open concept main living area of the home on the second floor has SOARING TWO STORY vaulted ceilings with a chef-inspired fully-stocked kitchen with huge gas range, oven, fridge w/ water and ice, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, and TV. There is also a dining area for 6. Just off the main living area and dining is access to a spacious screened-in porch with additional seating areas and outdoor table and chairs. On this same level is your first bedroom with king-sized bed. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower and laundry with washer and dryer.
On the third level you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The master bedroom also has straight out access to the enormous rooftop deck with stellar water and sunset views! The second bedroom on this level also has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination with jetted tub.
There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway.
The home comes fully equipped with all your towels, linens, and fully stocked kitchen! You will love this location and its proximity to the beach. This home is perfect for a family or a few couples looking to make incredible memories on this gorgeous island!

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.
This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home's occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!
BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

House was so nice and spacious! It met all our expectations! 6 adults and two kids! We enjoyed the pool and porches and beautiful beach! We rented a golf cart but did not need it because it was such a short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend this house! 5 stars!!!

We had a great getaway in this lovely home. We were in Florida with two other couples for a friend’s wedding, and this house had plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed our time by the pool and the easy walk to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Lots of space and amenities that allowed for us to enjoy a pool, walk to beach, have plenty of beach supplies and toys for little ones and enjoy some amazing sunsets

The house and location were better than expected. We have stayed in other 3BR houses and this house is one of the best. It is very solid and quite large. The LR is spacious and flows with the kitchen very well. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The game area on the ground floor is perfect! Many dining choices are readily available and the beach is a quick, short walk away. We would certainly stay here again.

Great gathering space with a set up with a well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining area and living room, and play space on the first floor equipped with a foosball table and swimming pool. The bedrooms were large and spacious, with comfortable beds.Great location as well so hard to beat!!

The property is spacious, well appointed, clean and up to date. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location which is a block from the beach access and 2 blocks from the Rod and Reel pier. The neighborhood is very quiet and has virtually no traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent and the property was superb, lots of facilities including deck chairs that could be used on the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and lounge were fantastic. We couldn’t initially find a kettle in the house but the house management soon rectified that by procuring a replacement and delivering it within a few hours.
Lots of storage space for food and clothing.
The location was also excellent within 5 min walk of Bean Point and also a 15 min walk of Pike Drive. Overall we had a great stay and very much look forward to returning.

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! My questions to the property management were answered right away. I was worried there would be a lack of privacy because of the location but that wasn’t an issue at all.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this home and all it had to offer! The management company is very easy to work with and communication is great. The home is lovely and spacious! The screened-in deck off the main living space is an amazing bonus area to enjoy a meal or play a game as a family.
All in all this was a great property with an amazing location!

We traveled to Anna Maria Island with our three girls and my in-laws for a week of relaxation on the beach. We absolutely loved the home but it was a lot of steps for my 80+ year old in-laws. Very spacious home with all you need for a fabulous week on the island. Mattresses were a bit too firm for our liking but overall an amazing week!!

A perfect family beach home on Anna Maria Island
This property is a MUST for large families who are looking for lots of open space, walking distance beach access, and perfect location on Anna Maria. We absolutely loved the house the location and proximity to the beach. The house was spacious and clean, perfect for my family (8 people). We enjoyed the pool each afternoon after hours at the beach. You get access to all of the north island beach accesses which was a major plus for my family. Nicole and property management were attentive to our needs, super quick to answer questions, and very hospitable.

Wonderful family vacation to Anna Maria!
Our family of 4 just returned from our stay at Point's Hideaway and we all had a wonderful time. The location is great - just a few minutes to Bean Point. The house is well-stocked, especially the kitchen which has plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc. and outside area which had a cart, umbrellas, chairs and pool toys. A couple of minor updates with the window blinds and bed frames might be nice in the future, but it didn't detract from our stay. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic house, over-the-top customer service
This is a great home in a wonderful location, but what put the experience over the top was the customer service provided by Nikki and Mike. It's understandable that, in a home this big with a quick turnover between guests, there would be a few minor things to be addressed. Nikki and Mike went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. They even brought us extra beach chairs and a new foosball!
The property was perfect for three couples -- 3 bedrooms, all king-size beds and 3 full-baths. It was very clean (a top criteria for my wife) and the kitchen was very well stocked. And the pool was great on the one day the beach had high winds. Which brings us to the location -- an incredibly short walk to the best beach on AMI, Bean Point.
All-in-all, every couple agreed that we would stay here again, and we would definitely work with Nikki and Mike again. Highly recommended.

A great month on Anna Maria Island
We had the good fortune to stay for the month and liked the quiet location on the north end of the island. The house is tucked away behind the Anna Maria motel and is very secluded with partial views of the Gulf and Bay from the bedroom deck. The house has a very open floorplan with tile throughout. We found that the upstairs bedrooms were the best in terms of privacy and quiet. The house is nicely equipped and we found the heated pool a benefit and the pool area very private.

We were in town for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration for my parents. All of their kids and grandkids at the ocean together...this was their dream! We made it happen for them, and our family of 4 stayed at this house. Perfect for our adult kids! Each of them had a room and bathroom of their own upstairs and we had the room and bathroom on the main level! It was such a lovely time. AMI does NOT disappoint!!

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay last week at Points Hideaway. Overall it's a nice property but there are several issues that I wanted to make you aware.
1. The stove top has pilot lights that are always on. This is a major fire hazard and should be addressed. Anytime someone sets anything on the island, it could potentially catch on fire. We had a small towel that caught fire after sitting on the stove top for a minute.
2. The TV's and remotes are a mess. Three different systems, three different remotes and TV access. It took about an hour to figure out the living room system and the master bedroom system. We were never able to operate the downstairs TV in the game room....extremely frustrating.
3. You should have noted how many steps there were going from the ground floor to the top rooms. That was very unexpected and quite exhausting.
4. The dumb waiter was not operational and given the number of stairs, would have been helpful.
5. The bath towels seemed very old, hard and not plush at all...very poor quality.
6. There should have been more than two garbage bags available in the kitchen.
7. The light switches in the living room/kitchen/dining area should be labeled. There are too many of them and not knowing what they controlled was very frustrating.

We own a vacation rental property in Longboat and have had to make these kinds of accommodations for our guests, not too much to ask I don't think.

Fun Family getaway with our adult kids!
We were in town for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration for my parents. All of their kids and grandkids at the ocean together...this was their dream! We made it happen for them, and our family of 4 stayed at this house. Perfect for our adult kids! Each of them had a room and bathroom of their own upstairs and we had the room and bathroom on the main level! It was such a lovely time. AMI does NOT disappoint!!

Poor location, poor communication, not safe, owners don't care
I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay last week at Points Hideaway. Overall it's a nice property but there are several issues that I wanted to make you aware.
1. The stove top has pilot lights that are always on. This is a major fire hazard and should be addressed. Anytime someone sets anything on the island, it could potentially catch on fire. We had a small towel that caught fire after sitting on the stove top for a minute.
2. The TV's and remotes are a mess. Three different systems, three different remotes and TV access. It took about an hour to figure out the living room system and the master bedroom system. We were never able to operate the downstairs TV in the game room....extremely frustrating.
3. You should have noted how many steps there were going from the ground floor to the top rooms. That was very unexpected and quite exhausting.
4. The dumb waiter was not operational and given the number of stairs, would have been helpful.
5. The bath towels seemed very old, hard and not plush at all...very poor quality.
6. There should have been more than two garbage bags available in the kitchen.
7. The light switches in the living room/kitchen/dining area should be labeled. There are too many of them and not knowing what they controlled was very frustrating.

This house was stunning. The beach access was right down the block so the walk was not bad and the beach there was AMAZING!!!

What a gem!
We absolutely loved our stay at Point's Hideaway. We frequent Rosemary Beach, but needed to go further south because of the time of year and the weather. This property and Anna Maria Island didn't disappoint. The house, furnishings, and amenities were excellent. We truly had everything we needed, even down to beach chairs, beach towels (PLENTY of these), gates (we had a tiny dog), and options for entertainment. The house is perfect for three couples since there are three bedrooms with three king beds.
This house was the cleanest home I've ever rented. You could smell the clean the moment you walked into the house. The floors were spotless and we felt safe knowing it had been cleaned to that extent. The communication with the owner was great and she answered all of our questions very quickly.
There are a lot a stairs, but that didn't bother us at all. The up-rise on them was open so we did carry the tiny dog up and down, but again, it wasn't a problem.
Word of advice, rent a golf cart for your entire stay. We parked the car when arrived and didn't get back in until the day we left.
I give this a five out of five, and that doesn't happen often with me. Point's Hideaway, well done.

We had a great time at Points Hideaway. The property was the perfect size for 6 adults. We found the house to be exactly as described. Perfect location! Hope to be back there soon.

We had a wonderful time on our recent vacation! The pool was convenient and the game room was fun for our teenagers! Very quiet neighborhood and great for walking our two little dogs. Wonderful kitchen with a commercial stove top for lots of great cooking! Would definitely stay again😎

Once we talked to the property manager on where the switch was for outdoor fan, the screened area was our go to relax spot! There were a few minor things that needed repair, but did not affect our stay. They were still promptly taken care of. We weren’t familiar with the north end of the island but found out that even though there is beach access directly up from house if you head left from that access a block, there is an entrance to a much nicer beach. We would definitely pick this house again when coming back to the island

Large spacious home a block from the beach. Pool was heated, kitchen well stocked, multiple outdoor areas - 3 different levels. Refrigerator and freezer Plus beverage cooler on main floor. First floor also had a beverage cooler which was super convenient during the late night dart board games! Beach wagon, tent, umbrella and chairs provided. Lots of stairs, so make sure your guests can handle them.
