Overal it was better than expected

It was comfy and at a great location. Nice staff and free coffee was also a plus.

There wasn't a table in the room itself and the downstairs neighbours were too noisy, and it was too hot and the fan didn't have a socket that I could connect too.

Very nice place to stay for a visit to Roermond

Very nice place in the city center of Roermond. Everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. Also only 200 meters from Bus and Train station. Rooms are larger then I expected. The host was very friendly and provided us with many useful tips and places in the nearby area. Would recommend it for a visit to this area.

There was no airco in the room, but it did have a good fan. Although it did say it was an Bed & Breakfast, we didn't had any breakfast included. But there are many opportunities to eat nearby, so not a real issue.

Old style Accommodation, ideally located and very comfortable

A wonderful story behind the establishment of the B&B made the stay even more memorable. Sylvia, Garret and Patrick were wonderful. Very comfortable bed and fabulous location.

Comfy, clean, friendly and convenient B&B right in the city

The „Roermond Experience“ takes place in a quaint old (100+ yrs?) narrow town house in genuine Dutch style. Located between the station and city center it is within walking distance of… everything. The house seems lovingly maintained. Steep wooden stairs lead to the high-ceilinged rooms that offer comfy beds, sink, toilet, shower and even a washer dryer. The large mid-level balcony offers a view of the backyard sea of roofs. Very friendly family business. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I honestly cannot come up with anything I „did not like“ about our stay. I will say that the „experience“ was different than expected from the moment on that I stood at the front door and checked in via telephone. ;)

Great for a short city trip or visiting a concert in the ECI Cultuurfabriek (concerthall)

Due to Corona no breakfast available, bakery 2 doors away - great location near trainstation and city centre

very small stairs to get to the room but nothing our suitcases couldn't handle

Great location and gateway for a few days visiting Roermond and surrounding. Hood value for money.

It is hard to convince that I should return here again.

Location is good.

It was really loud at night, people have party and we could not sleep at all.

Disappointing

Very good location, 3 min walk from the station and close to bars and restaurants.

The neighbours next door were playing excessively loud music, to the point that the windows were vibrating in our room because of the noise. The music went on until 6am when the police finally showed up. Needless to say that we didn't sleep well at all. Of course, this was unfortunate and the property is not to blame, however I was disappointed that the owner (who also sleeps in the building) did not say something to the neighbours about the ridiculous music volume.

The hostess was very friendly while the place was clean and easy to find.

Unfortunately, the push button of the closet sometimes jams. The soap and shampoo were available but sadly the toothbrush and toothpaste were not available.
