everything perfect, really! clean, quiet, spacious… and right by the beach!! Gorgeous place!
Very expensive. That was a big draw back…

The staff was excellent, and the breakfast as well.
The room was a little bit dark, with a view to the inner walls of the building.

Convenient access to the tram, super close to the beach and a selection of restaurants. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and the daily breakfast was delicious!
No major dislikes from this stay. We would've liked a better view from the bedroom but did pay for the budget option.

Very good location
Very good breakfast
Room perfect
The price of the drinks in the bar are extortionate. Very very expensive. 11 euros just for a small measure of gin and had to pay for the tonic on top of that!!! Will never order drinks in the bar again.

Overall the room was good and a good size. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Bacon, eggs etc, cooked to order and well. Right on the beach with plenty of restaurants around.
Our main gripe was that the room opened on to a courtyard with our section separated from the adjacent room by high panelling with a same height gate within. There was a lock on their side of the gate but not ours which would not be a particular problem except the lock on our sliding door into said courtyard wouldn't work. There is safe for small valuables but this potential room access by neighbours is a major problem. We reported this straight away but nothing was done during the seven nights we were there.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities. I know they had a restaurant but when you come back from a tiring day looking and feeling a wreck, all you want is to collapse in your room. This hotel is not cheap, they should provide a kettle and cups at a minimum.
They don't have hair conditioner for some reason and because hotels 'always do' (and these days in large pump containers), we didn't have our own!
The toilet roll holder was loose so the slightest touch sent the roll skidding across the floor. Again we reported this straight away and although an easy fix with an Allen key, nothing was done.

The hotel was beautiful. Located directly on the sea, the view is outstanding!
There is a dance club about 400 meters from the hotel. The music was blaring until 3 am and then there were fireworks to end the evening. This is the unfortunate reality of this part of the beach, When I discussed this with management, they were very apologetic, but the are unable to affect any change.

Nice location facing the beach. Excellent restaurant with a couple of starters bordering on nouveau cuisine - the beautifully displayed grilled scallops and a grilled calamari constructed something like a small pineapple. Both were excellent. And the full breakfast along with buffet of fruit and breads was great. The room we had faced the city. It was as basic as a room could be with two flimsy almost unusable chairs being the only furniture other than the bed and a “wooden ladder” contraption leaning on the bathroom wall as the primary place to hang towels. It would be difficult to imagine spending any more than one or two nights in this room with wet bathing suits, sand, and beach towels. Finally, the hotel still uses a key entry system for the rooms and the key is on a key holder with the room number and hotel logo prominently displayed. Because of this the hotel suggests leaving the key (s) at the front desk when going out. For a night or two in the beach - ok- but I’d not stay here any longer.

Fantastic location. Lovely room.
Poor breakfast. Not particularly friendly staff. Had to pay for beach towel and keep for one week. Building work next door.

It looked like in the picture. The first receptionist was kind.
The room was smelling sewer. The beach party was loud the whole night. The room in overall was dirty (first it seemed tidy, but then you realized how dirty the curtains are)
We couldn't sleep much with my wife, because the sewer smell was so bad, and the music was too loud. Did not try to request a new room, because the hotel said they have full house that evening. 200+ EUR for a night/2 person is too much for a room where you can't sleep.
The receptionist who checked us out didn't care about our dissatisfaction.

it’s whole vibe was lovely and the location was fantastic.
only thing that would make it better is a departure shower room in place of late check out.
