The whole family was charmed by this cute vintage and comfortable little cottage by the lake Cayuga ! Our stay was wonderful from dusk till dawn and vice versa till the amazing sunsets ! Bonnie was a great owner to communicate with.

This property was quiet, easy to get to, and convenient for our family of 5. We have a boat and drove straight across the lake to a great marina/restaurant one night, hung out in a cove with a bunch of other boats and kids our’s played and swam with one sunny day, swam off the dock, and traveled quickly to local town of Union Springs for anything we needed including boat launch and a few local wineries. Thank you Bonnie for your great communication!

This cottage was the sweetest little lakeside gem. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen has cottage-core charm. We had everything we needed to grill, relax on the hammock and enjoy ourselves on the water. My family loved being on the water, soft towels and wide selection of DVDs/CDs. Everything was clean & cozy. We can’t wait to come back!

Darling little cottage with the most beautiful view of Cayuga surrounded by water. Excellent communication with Bonnie also. Will definitely be back

Quaint " cottage" on a corner lakeside cove..( water on two sides)..Rented a boat.caught slot of fish.and had fun putting around the lake( and stopping at Wolfy's across the lake for lunch and cold beer)..enjoyed the fire pit, and sunsets...we also did great day trips ..the cottage is very close to wine tasting, Auburn ( Harriet Tubman's house tour )and Seneca Falls and other small towns ,saw a great band at The Wheelhouse restaurant right up the road....had lots of fun!!!

Stayed for 3-nights to celebrate my mom’s 81st birthday. My 15 year old son came too. Enjoyed the rustic fishing cottage and property but we also were elsewhere visiting family during our trip. There were many spiders which I tried my best to shuttle outside. Each room has individual a/c which is necessary in summer heat. Saw many birds including a Blue Heron in early morning. My son caught a couple perch fishing.
This is a great summer low key fishing/water edge access property.

We loved our weekend by the lake. Comfortable stay. Amazing sunset. Beautiful view. Highly recommend!

we left earlier then scheduled
we couldn’t spend the evening outside because of the bugs (no bugs trumps )
Most of the windows were missing nets so couldn’t open windows We were not able to have a good night sleep as the beds were not comfortable And the AC were to noise
And when I asked the owner to reimburse me for one night, she then start threatening me that she will take more money

The cottage on this property is in very poor condition. The location of the property is at the end of a 3/8 mile long, one lane, dead end gravel road with several other cottages on it. There is NO room to turn a truck and boat around, fortunately the neighbor was kind enough to let us use there property. There is no dock on this property, which the host informed me of before our visit. All appliances/amenities were in good working condition.

Comfy and quiet location on the water. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best view of the lake with beautiful sunsets! This home is very well-maintained and was very comfortable for myself and my family. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips… Dishes, flatware, towels, etc. The gas grill was really a plus! The only issue we had was with the outdoor furniture which was covered with cobwebs. I suggested to the owner that she have this cleaned up before her next visitor. Other than that, everything was great!

Our stay was amazing at Bonnie's cottage! It was in a perfect location and the sunset on the water was breathe taking. My fiancée and our friends loved our stay. Bonnie is also a treat to coordinate with. She helped make our stay memorable!

Was great to be able to dock the boat at the cottage -(22 ft criss craft). The water was very shallow until you get out to the marker, I think our prop even hit bottom once so be careful what size boat you have. Once you're in the middle of the lake, it was great. We hit Wolfy's for dinner - directly across the lake and hit several wineries the next day - most on the other side of the lake.
The cottage was cute and comfortable although the bathroom/shower stall was super small. The fire pit was great and we had the most beautiful sunsets! We were close to a couple stores for food and supplies. Also, not very far from Wheel House restaurant and marina which was nice for dinner one night.

It was a very private and relaxing property. The inside was very rustic (perfect for lake property) and had everything we needed. The view and the sunsets were gorgeous. We were able to float in the water which was a big want list for me. The water was like bath water! My son and Daughter-in-law especially loved fishing off the side of the dock. We all enjoyed the comforts of the inside along w/the all the outside had to offer. Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and got back to us right away with any questions and/or concerns we had.

Clearly more than a rental to the owner. Lots of love and nice touches throughout.

Overall good location and great outdoor space.

Me and 4 ladies spent the weekend in the cabin and we loved the privacy. It is located at the end of a gravel road with very friendly families around. The homes are spaced generously so I felt very secluded and private. The house was perfect for our size and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Bonnie left plenty of entertainment throughout the house even though our time was primarily spent outside in the hammock or by the fire pit or out at the wineries. The views were unbelievable of the lake and we caught a fireworks display the final night of our stay.

Had a good short stay, very well equipped for our adult family of 6. Loved the retro furnishings! The outside of the cabin seemed a bit rundown, but inside was sweet. Being right on the water compensated though.

We had a great time at this adorable little cottage! The views and sunsets were spectacular! As five girls, we felt safe in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy! We can’t wait to come again!!

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this quaint little cottage right on the water. The most comfortable beds & the cottage was very clean. It was quiet and cozy. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Bonnie!

This cottage is at an undeniably great location, situation on a corner lot and directly on Cayuga Lake. As promised, the two sunsets we saw were gorgeous. The water was beautiful and generally the area was very quiet and peaceful. The 2 beds we used were comfortable. Appreciated that the kitchen had things we needed to prepare some meals. We did not use the fire pit nor the grill but it was nice to have them there. Since another review mentioned it, I asked for specific directions to the home and I'm glad I did, since it would have been very hard to find. I'll just say that though the location was beautiful and peaceful and I can imagine a lot of work has been done to the place, the cost for 2 nights was not reflected in the condition of the bathroom and we did find a couple of hairs in the shower, which is a bit of a concern during COVID. But beyond that, very pleased this spot was offered.
