Very average

The location is good and the staff is friendly and respectful. The room was spacious and well insulated from the street.

Cleanliness should be improved, there was a weird humid smell from the air conditioning in the room and the shower leaked everywhere. Also, they had an issue with providing towels

Would not stay unless I speak Arabic and manager can check in people fast not one hour

Manager does not know what his doing. Took me an hour to get checked in. I had reservation. He could not locate my reservation on the computer and made me look for it on my computer. Does not speak English and shower door was missing.

A good hotel in a bad location.

The room is big and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the price is reasonable, the receptionist is cooperative and friendly. The hotel is close to the Mall of Arabia and Jeddah airport. The hotel is overall good but unfortunately in the wrong location.

The location is very crowded with car shops which are noisy, the on-site parking is minimal (up to 4-5 small cars), it's hard to find close parking in the streets, and the night receptionist is not picking up the calls quickly. One night, the door was knocked on three times by an unknown person, and when I asked who it was, no one answered. I reported the case to the receptionist and the incident was not repeated again. The location is far from the center (Al Hamra), around 20-25 minutes of driving.

Huge room with nice view but cold shower

The room was huge, quite unexpected for the price, almost too large. There were a seating area and some kitchen equipment like a microwave oven, the WiFi was fast, and the windows provided a view over the area

The staff couldn’t speak much English and were not very helpful. The worst about the stay was the cold shower, it only got warm for a few seconds, otherwise it was cold. The room could get a higher rating if the shower would be hot

It was just spacious, can't even sleep due to nearby security dog barking all night.

It was spacious

One of the washroom toilet was leaking which was disgusting, microwave and kettle were not placed at appropriate location and did not even have power outlet nearby. We had to locate working power outlets and move it and put it on the floor which was very inconvenient. The building looked modern, but had its flaw. Not sure, which genius built that ramp for wheel chair at entrance. It was so shiny and slippery that you can't even get your self up forget about pushing wheelchair through that ramp. The reception person didn't speak English at all.

nothing no service no good welcoming Egyptian reception guy is very bad behavior he thinks he’s self working in street bad attitude low class beds are very dirty under covers so bad the worst hotel I visited in my life

Disappointing

Staff was really friendly and helping. Very cooperative.

Cleanliness in washroom. Leaking water pipes. Blockage in bathroom area. Floors get wet in room as well.
