The location (5min walk from Old town, marina, shops and restaurants), the breakfast, the room had most thing you'd need, nice coffee machine, safe, tv, hairdryer, air con etc. One side of the room's sockets weren't working but the receptionist brought an extension cord, and we were able to use the coffee machine and lamp. The breakfast is in a small area but the limited choice is very tasty and good quality, the lovely girl working there in the mornings couldn't be more helpful so thank you!
Did not like how late the housekeeping was done (no clean towels replaced until very late in the day), the floors weren't clean, the shower floor wasn't cleaned properly; the sockets next to beds are under the bedside tables so very hard to reach, had to dive right under, would be an issue for those with back problems.
There is no full length mirror, no mirror at all in the room, only the bathroom mirror
Most of the staff were pleasant and nice, but unfortunately, the girl working the bar in the evening was very unhelpful and rude when asked if she made any cocktails. The atmosphere was stiff, there was complete silence, no music. The rooftop bar was not open at all even though it's advertised.
The breakfast area is tiny so you have to pre-book what time you will come for breakfast

Good location and nice lady when we checked in.
The service at breakfast did not meet what we paid for as it was slow and almost rude.
9.0
Very modern rooms, idea breakfast and good location to airport and marina
aircon was rubbish and bin men emptying bins at 4am very loud
7.0
Location, clean, good continental breakfast, nice staff.
Room (without balcony) was very small with a small double bed. OK for one night, but it was more of a single person room
10.0
Awesome rooms, friendly staff, good check out time
breakfast could be better

Hotel in a great location close to the old town and many cafes/restaurants close by. Large Rooftop bar an added bonus and friendly reception staff.
Rooms quite small and lacked a mirror in the bedroom. Bathroom needs some attention but great shower.
3.0
The bed was comfy.
Bathroom was not clean, especially on the sides. Also a big issue was the fact that the toilet/bathroom was only separated by a sheet. Very uncomfortable, with or without partner. Didn’t read this beforehand, which was a regret. Breakfast was not diverse. Especially if you gonna stay for more than a night.. not worth it. Also breakfast was in shifts, also a very big minus. Overall nog a good experience with the hotel.

Interesting decoration . Breakfast good and the location convenient.
Room was small. There was little storage space, hooks , shelves etc in the shower room making it difficult to keep towels etc dry
5.0
Staff was very friendly and helpful
No toiletries, bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was just a variety of different breads…not worth the money

I just wanted to thank Mrs. Andrea for welcoming me kindly. Professional and polite as always.
8.0
Comfy bed, good shower, good room decoration, good breakfast selection, easy check in
Air conditioning didn't work in room, shower came on in middle of the night

The location
It was too warm and I didn't like the bathroom near the bedroom with just a blind

Absolutely everything.
Nothing

the location is good, close to the sea.
Check in took 30 minutes. it was raining outside, so we came in soaking wet and had to wait at reception for 30 minutes. The furniture in the room has a lot of wear and tear, the floor in the room was made with tiles, there was sand on the floor, the bathroom was dirty and the whole room in general wasn’t maintained well.

Beautiful balcony overlooking the city; room laid out very efficiently
7.0
Location and helpfulness of staff
Expensive for what it is and thin walls (could here the next room talking and snoring).
8.0
Stairs to get in the building with luggage.

Hotel is in the centre of Faro in a good position. The room is clean, the shower is large.
Breakfast is good, but they haven’t eggs and bacon.
9.0
The room having a balcony, was bonus. The breakfasts were good 👍.
Not so keen on the blind in the bathroom.

Location
Our room was unkept, unclean - the bathroom shower tap was broken, the bathroom door and some units were damaged. The throw on our bed was dirty.
10.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the newly opened rooftop terrace bar was great. Although the room was not huge, our brief stay was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here.
Nothing.

The hotel was exactly as in the photos.
The staff were so helpful, couldn't have done more.
Roof terrace and bar were great for sunbathing and an evening drink.
Our room had lots of storage, excellent shower and a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately there wasn't a kettle so couldn't make tea. The coffee machine used waxed paper cups. Nothing else available. That bit could have been better.
The cafes opposite the hotel put their chairs and tables out from 7am onwards, rather noisy with the windows open.

Hotel has a nice location in Faro. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean.
Breakfast offer was a bit limited and every day the same (no eggs, fresh veggies). In our room there was a curtain/shutter between the bathroom and bedroom that didn’t work - we complained few times, but never got an answer/solution.
8.0
Very convenient for town. Spacious but simple rooms were clean enough and bed was comfortable. Pillows okay as was breakfast
Interior starting to look a little worn and there could have been more variety at breakfast.
