Nice stay, but was downgraded rooms without promised compensation.

The ground staff were lovely and very friendly. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was simple but everything worked, which is absolutely not a given in Suva. The laundry service was amazing, returned same day into your room folded perfectly. Laundry staff were excellent. Parking with locked gate was good for peace of mind.

My only problem with this stay was that I was downgraded rooms without prior warning. I paid for a premium room and was put in a basic room. I have no problem with the room itself, but I was not happy to be paying the more expensive price. The staff promised me that I would be able to get the room difference refunded at the end of my stay, but this was not able to happen. I have been following this up for over a month, and had no action. It upsets me to give this place a negative review as I enjoyed my stay, but I just feel a little ripped off and do not want it to happen to someone else.

Enjoyable and staff were friendly

The rooms and accommodation were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served in a communal fashion and enjoyable with sufficient variety.

It can get a little loud as you can hear anyone in the corridor or outside the rooms.

Excellent !

Bula ! Le Personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et surtout serviable. Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner de qualité (différents menu chaque jour). Je recommande cette hôtel en terme de rapport qualité et prix pour un appartement sécurisé avec deux chambres équipées d’une cuisine complète. Le seul point négatif est le wifi mais c’est pas un souci car une carte SIM téléphone avec 250G d’internet coûte 14€, pour 1 semaine j’ai dépensé 40G d’internet en étant connecté tous les jours. 60G pour 1 semaine suffit largement. J’ai utilisé le taxi à chaque déplacement (1,5€) pas besoin de louée une voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville. J’espère avoir répondu à l’essentiel. Vinaka !

The location was good. Short drive to the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. They moved us to the apartment complex

Günstige Möglichkeit, wenn man sich nicht viel im Hotel aufhalten will.

Sehr großes Zimmer, Küchenecke mit großem Kühlschrank. Nettes Personal. Zimmer war sauber.

Kleines, altes Badezimmer, das mal erneuert werden müsste. Probleme bei der Buchung / Bezahlung. Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, zu Fuß muss man einen kleinen Anstieg bewerkstelligen und es ist ein wenig zu laufen bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach, teilweise Stromausfall.

Great price, neat clean rooms, helpful staff

Staff was very accommodating to all my requests and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as it was. I was going to book an expensive hotel for my stay in Suva, but no rooms were available for my dates. It was a blessing in disguise. Not only was Island Accom inexpensive, it was ideal for my stay. Thank you to all staff especially Sharon on front desk.

Exceptional

Airconditioning in the room helped stay cool during those heated days and muggy nights. Closeness to everything is also a bonus. The laundry lady went out of her way to wash our clothes even though it was not a laundry day. Breakfast was good. Good for the price you pay. Very friendly staff.

Aircon only in the bedroom. Left the door open to cool the rest of the house.

Great place to stay in Suva

Convenient location. It's not too far from the city. The neighborhood seems reasonably safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There's a shared common area. It's very laid back. A good place to stay if you need to be near Suva.

I didn't mind the shared common area but the eating area can get full with other guests, so best to plan breakfast time. Nothing major

Very disappointing and poor customer service

The area was quite but a taxi ride from town.

They double booked us, and told us when we arrived that we had 'upgraded' us to a nearby apartment. This turned out to be anything but an upgrade, and definitely was not what we wanted or had booked. When we asked to have the room we had booked they wouldn't change it. It was dark and dingy, the kitchenette/sitting/dining area had no windows, and the sofa was about 1 metre from the tv. When we opened food, flies and beetles appeared from the sink within minutes. On our booking it had also staed they could provide lunch and evening food, which turned out not to be the case.

Perfect getaway for family if there are pool in place

Awesome breakfast and the place is convenient to transport and shopping.

The room we were given is so close to each other and just a passage and no balcony for us to sit out instead of coming right down to the common room.

Just my niece said TV programmes was only sports. Maybe it would be good to have few other channels and not only sports as we hope to visit and stay once flights open up.
