Only satisfactory.

The room was clean and nice.

The booking had a complimentary breakfast, but upon enquiring that was not inclusive after payemnt, this had been utterly disappointing. There were very limited parking spaces for vehicles. Just well enough to spend a night.

New & Improved

I like the friendly reception who received us and helped us to our room. In addition I loved the cleanliness of the room and the availability of the electrical appliances in a self contained flat. Loved the clean sheets and clean towels available too.

I would have loved to have had fresh scented pillows. In addition, updated information on the availability of appliances like gas stove in the room .

Manager needs to verify the online bookings etc thoroughly.

Very clean.

We booked queen studio with 2beds online but there was only one double bed. We told the manager but he did not try to investigate and said we did not book the the 2beds. I have got a screen shot of bookings and he did not believe me. So he asked us to pay extra and we ended up paying fjd $200. Extra. Other staffs were very helpful. Should anyone want to see the screen shot please feel free to ask me. On the second note, the shower was malfunctioning and was repaired closer to departure.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

nothing except the lovely staff

not clean. there were lizards and cockroaches everywhere. the bed was in terrible condition, both sanitary and comfort wise.

The staff was great! Even after the check out, they let us stay in the lobby til our bus left and offered us drinks and shared the internet.

A little costly in my opinion. No wifi in the rooms.

Booked the room with 2 single beds as per advertised, but eneded gettin the room with one bed because the room i booked was taken and i was not informed.

Our stay at Sunseeker Outrigger Hotel was pleasurable

Location was very convenient since the purpose of our stay was to be somewhere close to town. Whereas for breakfast we weren't fortunate to have a taste of it since we checked out early.

staff was very friendly and helpful the room overall was clean complimentary coffee and tea in the room kettle in room to boil water tv in room with 4 channels shower had good water pressure 2 towels provided air conditioning bar/restaurant upstairs I like to walk so I think it's walking distance to everywhere in Suva

shower head is quite low so taller ppl may not find it to be a nuisance mould buildup in washroom sink and shower curtain bathroom sink is really small. window is next to an outdoor staircase so curtains were kept closed the entire time for noise and privacy. (no natural light) located up a hilly road so from bus station it's roughly 20 min walk uphill. BUT... to the bus station is downhill 🤷🏻‍♂️

Superb

The taxi at Suva is not expensive. Average Charge would be between 3 to 6 Fiji Dollars. This hotel has a very nice restaurant on the top of the building which has a nice view overlooking the ocean and harbor. Just opposite this hotel, there are at least three restaurants open till 8:00 pm. The boss is a very nice and kind person with a good sense of humor. Those girls at the reception are also helpful and friendly.

2 amazing weeks with the

Stayed 2 weeks at the Sunseekers with the fam including 2 6yo girls and it was way better than expected. We had one family room and one studio. The studio had the best view. And the family room was big enough for us. The staff was so nice and helpful. The bar on the roof is just amazing ! The view and the food were perfect. + there’s a little pharmacy just in front, very helpful and an ATM to withdraw nearby. Vinaka again !

A hotel with a central location that is cost efficient.

The location was so central that it was easy to go places by taxi without being too expensive. The Queen studio we booked for our 12-night stay was spacious especially when you’re travelling with a 2-year old. Having a small kitchenette made everything easier so we were able to bring our own shopping and have breakfast. The staff were amazing and were so helpful, they made our stay wonderful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place that is central but on a tight budget.

It didn’t have an elevator so it’s a bit difficult to take your luggage upstairs, especially if you have a lot of luggage like us and a toddler. Rooms might need some further maintenance for e.g. door handles to be more secure. Neverthless, the service provided by the Outrigger staff outweighed all the negatives!
