The moment we arrived we were greeted by the staff in a warm and friendly way. The relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail for your stay were excellent. The guides were good and worked hard to make our experience a good one. The food was amazing…thank you Kuku!

Sehr gut
Das Einzige was ich enttäuscht war, ist die kleine Menge an Tieren die wir gesehen haben und dass die Ranger nicht offroad fahren dürfen. Sonst war es perfekt.

location
Nobody to serve you after dinner, they just seem to disappear. Game drives was not about the guests, but rather about the game rangers. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 9.00, but only got back at 11.15. Yet he felt it was appropriate to stop and talk to a cow for 5 minutes. Only finished breakfast at 12.00 and then wanted to know what we would like to eat for lunch!!! There are no couches in the room, so a bit uncomfortable to sit on the two small chairs that are in the room.

Fantastic location, superb lodges and excellent dining facilities. We were very well looked after by all the staff but with special mentions to both Cindy and Ventina who served all our meals and just as importantly provided excellent bar service - all done so professionally and with a welcoming smile. Their dancing skills were good too ! Special thanks also to our very professional ranger David who was very knowledgeable about all the animals and excellent at his job - all of which he delivered with utmost courtesy and a smiling charm.
Nothing.

We were treated like kings our entire stay and welcomed warmly. The food was great and our room exceptionally beautiful. We didn't have to lift a finger and felt totally relaxed! The water hole in front of the lodge was heaving with game, it was lovely to watch. Our game ranger Jason was top notch and so respectful of the environment. A great experience all around.
Absolutely nothing+

Amazing experience, with attentive staff, beautiful facilities, and, of course, plenty of opportunities to see the wild animals in their habitat.

Staff was exceptional
Room was private with good views
Nice outside shower
Excellent gamedrives
The pool area and loungers need some attention, not quite 5 star quality
The wine list could be better

It would be unfair to mention individuals as every member of staff went the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Whilst we have stayed at many game reserves, Nambiti Plains was that bit better than the rest. A big credit must go to the staff which were outstanding
There was nothing not to like

Nambiti Plains exceeded our expectations - wonderful lodge with a great team of staff, a big thumbs up to the staff.
We went for our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to setup a lovely romantic dinner in our room with candles and the works, it truly was a nice surprise coming back from our safari drive.
Overall the lodge and rooms are nice and clean and general service is good.
And an extra round of applause for the kitchen staff and chefs, the food at Nambiti Plains is exceptional.
Nambiti Plains would definitely see us again!

We loved our stay at the Lodge. It was very personal - starting with the pickup from the car lot where we were greeted by name. Each staff member was very welcoming and just made our trip exceptional. The room was a dream (honeymoon suite) offering us enough privacy to enjoy our time. From our own terrace we had a giraffe, warthogs and impalas visiting us. Our guide J.P. was an amazing guide who shared lots of valuable informations about the bush with us. The first game drive was even only the 2 of us enjoying a romantic game drive through the bush were we’ve seen all the major animals. The food was amazing and all in all we’ll always remember this trip as one of the best things so far. Thanks for this amazing experience and we’ll definetly come back. We saw all of the big 5 and much more - highly recommend Nambiti Private Reserve and the Nambiti Plains Lodge.
