Lovely location.

Great location, well stocked fishing lakes , clean and well maintained location.Secure outdoor decking around the caravan , ideal for small dog or young children. Little essentials shop at reception. Easy check in and friendly welcome from the lady on duty.

Just over the edge touring caravans the residents there swearing during the day and evening of the Saturday and very loud until midnight, felt sorry for the permanent touring caravans opposite, who where all very friendly along with the others next to the caravan.

Lovely stay.

Loved the remoteness of the site. Caravan very clean and comfortable. Caravans well spaced out and the site was very well maintained.

The site was remote and its really not within the sites gift, but the potholes on the single track road leading up to the site were particularly bad. I would also have like the opportunity to select a lake view property, even if that meant an additional fee.

off small and single track roads roads. nothing at the site. smell from the toilet block/drain! no food or food vendors visiting or serving the site. ie chip van or pizza van.

Fantastic Stay, extremely clean and a great location.

absolutely loved our weekend here , ( I can speak for all 5 of us that went) on arrival it ran smoothly, caravan was fantastic & looked brand new ! bedding and towels super white and fresh, top quality pillows for a perfect sleep , well stocked kitchen utensils etc. power shower . a well equipped caravan & a lovely decking area . the complex was beautiful, had a small shop and laundry room . a very professional set up - I would highly recommend it! even though we don’t fish if you like fishing it’s the place to stay as the lakes were lovely. staff all polite and accommodating. we will definitely be staying again

Lovely holiday park. Would stay here again.

The caravan was lovely and modern and across from reception. It was spacious and right on the waters edge which was unexpected but a nice surprise. Our daughter enjoyed watching the people fishing and feeding the ducks in the evening. The caravan was well stocked with crockery and a nice touch of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits on arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well. The beds were clean and the covers bright white. The site was quiet and well kept. All staff that we had contact with were friendly and pleasant.

The caravan was clean but not much effort had been put in to doing a deep clean between us and the previous family. The carpet really needed hoovering and there was a ‘dog’ smell as soon as we walked in. There was an air freshener in the caravan to try to combat this but as a family who don’t own pets we could still smell it. Had we known it was a caravan that pet owners could use we would probably have booked a different one. The shower in the bathroom had mould but with a scrub it could easy be washed off. None of this had a negative impact on our stay though and we would definitely stay on the site again without hesitation. It was also great value for money being a bank holiday weekend!

Lovely accommodation surrounded by two amazing fishing lakes!

This is a great place to stay if you enjoy fishing! The lakes are so close to the accommodations and was clean, comfortable and warm!

The only things I would say needs improving at this property is: 1. WiFi as we couldn’t use the smart tv properly and log in to Netflix for example which was a downfall. 2. We ran out of toilet roll and there wasn’t any in the shop to buy as the shop is so small and doesn’t really sell food apart from sweets.

Great site, dated van needs peeping up, where on holiday, no tv in bedroom , slight connection.

Location and site very good , poor information links to facilities off site

Better information to surrounding worthwhile attractions other than Skegness, which lets face it for the caliber of age group and customers to that lovely site is not everyone's cup of tea. Not wishing to spear snobbish or rude.

A family long weekend

Lovely clean,warm caravan. Comfy beds and good quality linens on beds. Quiet site - we had come to “switch off”, again a bonus. Great location to lake. Good fishing - fish in good condition. We had some sunny days too! We will come again!! Thank you! 👍😃👍🐟👍☀️

Enjoyable family time.

Very clean and tidy. Finished to a nice standard and was close to the pier and beach.

We did like the play ground on site, however, my daughter was abit young and it could do with a few more things for her age, like swings and a slide but other than that we couldn’t fault it.

Absolutely Loved it and definitely coming back.

Everything !!! Lovely place. Not too crowded. Covid Safe. Very very neat and tidy. Close to amenities and beach just 3 miles away. Lovely people staying there. Everyone we crossed by, wished us and even my 7 year old daughter made new friend.

Everything was lovely. Though the only interaction with the staff apart from before arrival on phone was while leaving and handing back keys. I would still say, I can't fault anything. Just a suggestion, "please provide WiFi as Virgin and 3G didn't work for data well". Also, when someone sends query through booking.com messages, please respond back as I had no response for 2 of my messages and I had to then call up :)

We would not hesitate to book again as long as we had the same caravan.

We thought the whole site was brilliant and perfect for our needs.

There was nothing we didn’t like but it was a fair way to walk to the village for dinner. The location was superb.
