Lovely lodge, very clean and comfortable.
Some issues with maintenance, but, I'm sure they are rectified now. Debora is an excellent meet and greet, she was very attentive and listened to the feedback regarding the slight issues we found.

Everything. The place was beautiful and so clean. Value for money. Had everything we needed. Only problem is the window in the end uite bedroom didn't open and it was really hot at night. But have no complaints. Nicest place I've stayed in in skegness. The scenery was nice too little mini ponds and geese. Lovely place definitely going to try book for next year
There was nothing I didn't like.

This lodge is absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were living in someone's house, didn't feel like a static caravan/lodge. The pictures don't do it justice. It is very roomy (there were 3 adults and 4 kids). It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds are also super comfy. Debora, the meet and greet lady was friendly and informative and even made sure we had extra towels as there were so many of us (never seen towels so white and fluffy when staying anywhere either 😅)
Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind when we were there, but the warmth and comfort of the lodge made us forget, especially when playing games at the huge dining table, many laughs were had by all.
Highly recommend to stay here with young children.
The internet connection is awful. The WiFi can't cope with more than one device using it and unfortunately because you are out of the centre and surrounded by fields, most mobile networks struggle also. I think this was felt more by us as the weather was terrible so we spent more time in the lodge than out.

The lodge was exactly as pictured. . Actually it was better as seemed more bright, airy and spacios in real life.
Very very comfortable bed , slept amazingly well. I usually hate the beds when we holiday. The sofas and rattan garden furniture and sun beds was very comfortable too.
The lodge Was lovely and cool even during heat wave.
Tv in all bedrooms, wine fridge, dishwasher , bbq, , lots of candles and smellies the place smelt lovely.
Both bathrooms lovely and big and good showers.
Plenty of cleaning products provided, mop hoover etc. Lots of towels and tea towels provided. Even some tea and coffee in the cupboard although we took our own.
Laura the cleaning lady was lovely and helpful 😊 would stay again without hesitation. One of the best lodges we have stayed in.
If i have to write any negative comments they are extremely minor !!
Bbq had no gas but messaged the owner and was sorted the next morning.
Would have been nice if outdoor cushions were out ready for our arrival bearing in mind the lovely weather and the table needed a clean outside. However the cushions were stored in an outside box and took only a few minutes to get out.
I also had to clean a couple of the glass panels near the loungers overlooking the duck pond as they were very dirty and last teeny thing.. the tin opener didn't work.
Lastly you don't get any entertainment passes included. You need them to access the pool, gym and evening entertainment. You can purchase at reception but £10 a day for adults and £5 each for kids.
That would have been an extra £80 for our 4 days.
