Great location, homely with amazing views.

The view was amazing, the location very practical and the host was charming. Our only regret was that we should have stayed longer. Thanks Giuseppe

Terrace fantastic, property stunning position walk to Taormina fine return ok if fit

Superb views. Terrace was amazing beautiful views of sea great for eating and drinking Lovely having the gardens with the lemon tree and the shady garden to the side Bedrooms comfortable Every bedroom had a access to the terrace Two bathrooms was great for our group of five made up of family and a friend joined us for a few days Water pressure good for the showers

The driving through Taormina was challenging, narrow roads, very steep and hairpin bends. The road down to the property from the main highway was very, very steep, narrow and tight bends. Single lane traffic and scary when meeting traffic coming the opposite way and reversing on the steep hillside. The steep hillside driving was some of the most challenging driving we have ever encountered having driven across Europe and many countries in the world. Bank Holiday traffic was at a standstill taking 2.5 hours to travel a few kms.

Amazing stay with amazing view

Everything was perfect! You can find everything you need in the house for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped, area is very nice, especially the view, we enjoyed it so much! The house is located on the hill, but there are hidden stairs down to Taormina centre, so you can walk to it only in 10 minutes and do not need to use a car. Will definitely come back!

Taormina is charming and situated on the cliffs which makes it challenging but fun to explore

…the apartment has bright spacious rooms, with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms…. the best thing is the balcony with the stunning view…

Great location for the physically fit.

The view from the terrace was wonderful. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine was useful and there were plenty of drying racks. Giuseppe kept in regular contact.

The drive down Via Branco was tight in our Opel Astra. The climb of 248 steps down into the centre of Taormina was ok but the climb back up was quite hard work. We were two couples in their late sixties and just about made it. This house is not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility.

Great view, great place, bit far to the beach but great value for money

Fantastic view, nice and helpful host. Good value for money.

window shutter defects were annoying but have been fixed shortly after our departure

The villa is very cosy.

The road leading to the villa mostly because it is at the bottom of a steep curved hill and if there are vehicles parked alomg the way makes it quite impossible to reach especially with a big van like the one we had.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, stunning views.

Its all about the view as others have said, elevated location with stunning sunsets/moon rises and sun on the terrace until late afternoon. The apartment is large as is the terrace with dining table and sun beds. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook, hot shower, comfy beds, washing machine with quick programme in a cupboard on the side terrace. The drive up/down via Branco is not so bad if you are a competent driver, we had been in Sicily for two weeks prior to staying here, so the steep narrow road did not phase us at all, just take it slow and be prepared for 1st gear and clutch use on the way up😊. The walk up/down to the town is quite steep but if you are reasonably fit it isn't all that bad and you are quickly in the main streets of town and close to the Greek/Roman theatre. Walking up the same path takes you to Castelmola, this is pretty steep and will have you puffing but is well worth it, lovely little town, ancient streets and piazzas. Best views of Etna on a clear day. We did not meet the host Giuseppe but he is very communicative and available if you need, he will explain where to find the keys. Parking is a premium in Taormina and there is ample free parking at the apartment, right at the bottom of Via Branco when the road widens to plenty of space. Cheers Giuseppe.

Great Terrace, amazing view, good home

Astonishing place

I liked everything more or less — frankly speaking, I disliked Position. in terms of the street and the route to arrive there (via branco), and the home that was beautiful but not comfortable (big) enough for eight people.

Beautiful terrace, well equiped

Without a doubt the terrace. It is big and has a beautiful panorama over the sea and hills. ( there is even a second one) The house has a big living space and well equiped kitchen as well.

The bathrooms were a bit small, but on the other hand there are two of them so that is convenient for a group of four.
