Für den Zweck okay, würde nicht mehr hin fahren

Nähe zur Innenstadt

Nähe Hauptbahnhof ist ja okay, aber wenn man das Gefühl bekommt, man wäre am Hauptumschlagplatz von Drogen, dann ist das beängstigend. Zimmer war zu viert sehr eng. Frühstück war schlecht aufgefüllt, Wurst hatte Ohren, und auch wenig Auswahl, geschweige denn, am nächsten Tag wenigstens mal eine andere Wurst oder Käse. Das Zimmerfenster ging nicht auf machen nur kippen, wodurch es zu viert in dem kleinen Zimmer sehr warm wurde und wir hatten Aussicht auf eine drei Meter entfernte Hauswand. Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Fluren und Foyer war okay. Personal war super nett!

Günstiges zentrales Hotel, wo alles OK ist.

Bin hier schon mehrfach unter gekommen wegen der zentralen Lage und immer verfügbaren Parkplätzen in der Nähe. Alles zur Zufriedenheit, low Budget halt, voll OK. Viel junges internationales Publikum. Es gibt ein gutes reichhaltiges frisches Frühstück-Buffet ab 7 Uhr. Wäre noch besser, wenn der Kaffee den Namen verdienen würde. Netter Checkin (wenn man Englisch kann). Die TV-Bedienung war kaputt, dafür gab´s ein frisch gezapfes Sorry-Bier. Danke nochmal

Bucht lieber bei Meininger Hotels direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Super Service!!

Die Lobby ist ganz nett eingerichtet

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr hässlichen Ecke, an der sehr viele Drogenabhängige rumhängen. Das Personal wirkte weder kontaktfreudig noch gut gelaunt oder hilfsbereit. Als ich mich um 2:30 Uhr wegen eines zimmer-nachbarn beschwert habe, der Fernsehen guckte und stinkende Sachen gegessen hat und ich überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte, war die Rezeption erstmal nicht bereit einzuschreiten. Darüber habe ich mich sehr aufgeregt und dann ist doch noch ein Mitarbeiter mit hochgegangen, wart den Gast aber lediglich den Fernseher leiser und dunkler zu schalten. Vom stinkenden Essen war dann gar keine Rede. Es war eine Horror Nacht der Typ der da gegessen hat hatte auch ein Veilchen auf dem Bett liegen was nicht für Zigaretten Tabak gedacht war schon klar dass er die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen hat grauenvoll!! Aber wenn man sich gerne mit solchen Leuten rumschlägt, hat man hier eine tolle Nacht!

Nie wieder !!!

Die Lage ist nicht ganz schlecht, sonst ist nichts positiv hervorzuheben

Zimmer winzig, obwohl für zwei Personen gebucht, noch ein Etagenbett, was den Raum zusätzlich beengt, Matratzen durchgelegen oder einfach von schlechter Qualität. Frühstück mit gefühlt mehreren 100 Gästen, eine Kaffemaschine, unerträgliche Lautstärke

Für alleinstehende reicht es aus...

Lage ist Super!

Personal sprach schlecht deutsch und war sehr langsam. Trotzdem wir vor Anreise ein Babybett reserviert hatten, stand keines breit und man wusste wohl von nichts... Nach 4 Stunden haben wir uns dann selber ein im Hotel organisiert, welches dann aber auch noch kaputt war. Zimmer sind leider Sehr hellhörig. Und trodemdem bekannt war, dass wir mit 2 Kleinkindern da sind würde um 21.40 Uhr vor der Tür der Flur gesaugt...

Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno. Se fossemos 2 tal como a disposicao do quarto pois tinha 2 camas seria pequeno para 2 pessoas..

Exceptional

The hostel is very well located and the staff are very friendly, I specially recognize the help provide by a receptionist whose name is Deman, he has an excellent way to treat customers, so I think he should be in charge of the receptionism departament or should be at least one of the main advisers to the new receptionist ones! Also I appreciate how treat the customers to people who clean the bedrooms, I dont remember their names but they both are from Turkmenistan

Location

My inquiry at the A&O Bahnhoffhotel and booking.com was not attended to. I made a booking for 5 people and paid €671.76 via booking.com, but I was told by one of the unwelcoming male staff, as he was walking away to go and do something else, to either make another payment of about €750 or make another arrangement to stay alone somewhere else, which ended being an extra cost of more than €400. So my family's stay there was very unpleasant, and the above male staff there was very rude and inhospitable, I don't know what he is doing in the hospitality industry with that type of attitude. I am not planning to ever stay at A&O Bahnhoffhotel again, because of how that one male staff made the situation even more difficult with His attitude and rudeness.

Big beds, good lockers.

The hotel needs normal repairs, broken door handles etc. More consistent refill on paper in the toilettes and by the hand washing areas. Room too hot, no AC, small windows that dont all open.

Family rooms, breakfast included, close to the railway station and city center. Linen and towels included in price 24 hours reception. Kids zone

Tiny room with column in the center, unmade bunk bed, after a long journey had to make it ourselves, it was disappointing. lack of closet, no cups for toothbrushes. Tiny paid parking in front of the garbage cans (possible street public parking). Breakfast without hot dishes.

For exploring the city it is perfect. There was only 1 person that was dealing with the reception area but it’s to be expected from a budget hotel
