Fantastic stay

Location is great and within walking distance to the centre. The shower is amazing. Very spacious suite, more than big enough for a couple. Airport transfer was arranged for us at €20 in total for a one way trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Slippers and robes provided and also separate towels to use by the hot tub.

The hot tub wasn't warm enough so we asked for the temperature to be turned up but it was already at its highest. Fruit salad for breakfast was dissapointing. Could do with a full length mirror in the suite.

Chill place and great hospitality!

Stayed there 4 nights. It was very calm and chill. Walking distance to the center of Fira and the main bus station. We could visit all around the island easily. We had breakfast every day and it was very good. They served breakfast to our rooms every morning. Also the hospitality is amazing! All in all, you should definitely stay here.

Unforgettable

We had the most amazing stay at Perla Nera! Irini and her team were absolutely fantastic the room was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, the town centre is really close by and easy to access and having our private pool was awesome we highly recommend staying at Perla Nera! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

We had a very nice stay at Perla Nera.

Everyone working at Perla Nera was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nice.

The floors seemed like they could've been cleaner, and the air conditioning in our room did not work well at all. It also would've been nice to have a vegan option at breakfast.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean, perfect location. the breakfast was great and so generous ! Irini and Georgia are exceptional hosts and so friendly and accommodating. Vasilis was also incredibly helpful. The location is a short walk to the main town but also secluded enough for quiet and relaxation. can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful room

The room was beautifully decorated and the little pool was lovely with a nice view of the sea. The breakfast was a real treat and the staff were great.

Perfect Fira getaway!

Perla Nera is a perfect and relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Fira. The room was luxurious, the breakfast was delicious, and the private pool (some rooms have a hot tub) was incredible! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Irini, the owner, was fantastic and wonderful to chat with. Highly recommend Perla!

A beautiful spot to stay and easy to explore - breakfast a work of art.

A beautiful view, spa pool was great for cooling off and relaxing, close to Fira sunset and most of all Irini’s hospitality was great. The suite was lovely and very clean.

THE BEST STAY IN SANTORINI.

My 3 friends and I absolutely loved everything about our stay here. From the breakfast, to the location, to the host, to the room itself and our own special spa.

The only thing I would fault on this place was it was quite dusty the the platforms of the cupboard to the bedside tables etc.

Amazing property

The rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast is fabulous, the personal jacuzzi is amazing, the owner - Irini is such a wonderful and gorgeous person. She ensured she personally attended to each guest. The view of sunrise from the rooms was stunning!

The location was very spacious and breakfast delicious

The pool was very far away from the room and it didn't have a cozy feeling. We went there on our honeymoon and would have expected a nicer welcome. We arrived earlier and went in the city, came back after a few hours at checkin time and room was still not ready. The bathroom door would not close. We also asked only one day after the booking was not refundable anymore if we could make a change in our booking and they were totally not flexible. We expected something more hospitable and nice for our honeymoon and this was not the case.

We loved everything about the property, irena was so nice aswekl as the rest of her family she helped us with taxis and everything, the swimming pool was beautiful aswell as the building itself , hopefully we will be back again , she also brought us cake in when we didn't expect it she was lovely x ❤

Best hotel i've ever been in

The staff was amazing, Irini was super nice and helpful with everything that we needed The hotel is very close to the center of fira (which has restaurnats, shops and buses to every place on the island), the breakfast was delicious and the hut tob had an amazing view The room was very clean, big and had a great view from the window

The stream in the shower was a bit "weak"but ot was not that bad at all

Enjoyable

Our host Irene was super helpful with her suggestions on the city, hotel facilities etc. Though we waited for sometime for the check-in (as it was at 2 p.m.) she filled us with relevant details about the hotel and the city during this period. Also, breakfast was delivered to the room every day on time. Location is on the east side of the caldera so be prepared to walk for15-17 minutes to the main area of Fira. The Hotel also arranged for our day trips and other pick-ups and drops (so an additional plus for its support).

Single room for a family of four. In the pics the room and the adjoining areas (extra beds and kitchen area) looked larger than in reality but the outside sitting area with the fabulous jacuzzi more than compensated for it.
