agradable hotel para llegar a dormir

las camas excelentes, la limpieza muy buen

no tenia servicio de comidas, ni room service. uno llaga cansado de las visitas a loa diferentes sitios y quisiera tener la opción de comer algo en el hotel, para no salir pero no hay esa opción. El clima se presta para que ofrezcan sopas o caldos al desayuno y en la noche.

Buena Ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación fue diariamente, grata recepción del personal de día.

La atención por parte del personal de la noche, considerando que éramos viajeros que llegábamos tarde al hotel luego de los tours.

En general todo bien, en recepcion muy amables las perdonas, toallas y cama limpia, habitacion amplia, cerca del centro, desayuno bueno, lugar tranquilo por las noches, a mi familia le gustó

Excelente relacion precio calidad

Todo limpiecito, tranquilo, ideal para descansar, habitacion amplia, enchufes tipo A, B y C, cercano al Qoricancha y a la plaza caminando sin problema, toallas limpias y articulos de aseo, baño amplio, tiene un pequeño frigobar, pedí cambio de habitacion por una cama mas grande y ni un problema, hay cafe y te a libre eleccion en recepcion y los chicos de recepcion siempre dispuesto a ayudar, recomendado 100%

Staff was the best part

We had a great 4 night stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, so was the facilities. Walking distance to the plaza and stores. Staff were super nice, attentive and friendly, that was the best part of our stay. No A/C but the cold weather is enough.

Excelente, un gran hotel

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo, además la excelente atención y cordialidad de todos sus empleados hace que se disfrute la estancia en el mismo. El desayuno muy completo, y es excelente la idea de las cajas de desayuno para esos días en que tuvimos que salir muy temprano en la madrugada para los tour. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!

Las instalaciones nos encantaron, a demás todo muy limpio y un rico desayuno.

Solo un poco distanciado de la plaza de armas sin embargo caminar sirve de mucho para acostumbrarse a la altura.

Hotel confortável e agradável, todavia o anuncio apresenta itens que não estão em funcionamento.

O hotel é muito bonito, aspecto de novo, bem decorado, boa recepção com café e chá cortesias, o anfitrião Alex é muito cortez e competente. O café da manhã é completo, e conseguimos nos alimentar mesmo após o horário fixado para realização do desjejum. Realizei o pagamento sem problemas, sem custos adicionais e fomos informados que poderíamos solicitar um box de café manhã em caso de passeios muito cedo, o que ajuda muito. No quarto, as camas são confortáveis e o quarto limpo. Iluminação do quarto bem agradável.

Todavia, mesmo com os pontos positivos supracitados, houveram alguns itens que deixaram muito a desejar: 1. Ao realizar a busca pelo hotel coloquei como comodidade a presença de estacionamento, de forma que o Yawar foi um dos primeiros que apareceram. Ao chegarmos lá, fomos informados que não existia estacionamento, precisamos deixar o carro na rua durante toda a estadia, fomos informados que era seguro e que haviam cameras de segurança, na verdade só havia uma camera com ponto cego onde deixamos o veículo. Isso foi muito desagradável. 2. Na consulta pelo booking e no instagram do hotel constava quer havia um gastrobar, que funcionava para almoço e jantar com pratos feitos por cheff além de drinks. Ao chegarmos, fomos informados que este espaço estava desativado, o que foi péssimo, o principal motivo de ter feito reserva neste hotel foi por conta do restaurante, o que representa comodidade e segurança. Existiam opções mais centralizadas pelo mesmo preço. 3. Ficamos no segundo andar, todavia o hotel fazia fundo com uma outra rua mais alta que a parte da frente do hotel, a janela de fundos do quarto, que dava para a rua de trás, não contava com grade de proteção, era apenas de vidro, até mesmo uma criança poderia adentrar nosso quarto pelo outro lado da rua, não me senti seguro. 4. Iluminação do banheiro precária, luminosidade tão baixa que você não consegue fazer a barba, ou maquiagem, por exemplo. Além disso, vazava MUITA agua pelo box do banheiro, tive que colocar sempre uma de nossas toalhas para a agua não passar para o piso de madeira fora do banheiro, o serviço de cama deixou um tapete de algodão que não absorvia toda a agua, o banheiro sempre molhado. Conclusão: a hospedagem não condiz com o que é anunciado no site.

Quarto muito confortável e staff super prestativos e educados

Quarto não tinha ar condicionado. Pra mim super ok, clima não é tão quente e tem um aquecedor… mas minha esposa gosta de botar o ar no frio e dormir com edredom, aí achou um pouco estranho. Digo isso que qse todos os hotéis do nivel desse sempre tem Ar…As vezes é algo da cidade tbm de nao precisar muito…

Excelente hotel

Quartos muito confortáveis, banheiros amplos c bom chuveiro , bom café da manhã, recepção muito prestativa e atenciosa , rua silenciosa , bom custo benefício , limpeza excelente .Fiquei vários dias lá e foi tudo ótimo.

Wi fi poderia ser melhor ! Fica distante do centro histórico, mas pelo lado do sossego, isto é favorável.

Would come back every time I’m in Cusco

Really nice and comfortable hotel, got a free upgrade through genius into a large room, really nice and helpful receptionist, free coffee and tea in the lobby and awesome breakfast. Also nice amenities in the bathroom, thick towels and really comfortable beds. Big TV

Awesome, Comfortable Stay. Close Proximity to Great Food & Town Square

Excellent, helpful staff esp a gentleman named Brior at the reception who also gave us very good food recommendation, notably Yuraq. Room is very clean spacious, wide bed with the most comfortable beddings. Kudos to housekeeping. Overall warm and inviting ambience. The Plaza de Armas is only abt 15min away.

Pillows a little too soft for me but that's minor.

Localização. Limpeza. Tudo novo. O estilo da construção. Café da manhã farto. As pessoas.

Quarto voltado para a região central do edifício tem barulho das pessoas passando nas escadas. Se sua programação é cedo e vc vai acordar e levantar, OK. Mas se quiser dormir até mais tarde, pode ser um incômodo .

Amazing gem in Cusco

It’s clean and the rooms are spacious and well presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the included breakfast great quality with a wide selection. The staff were the best, so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us in every way.

Nice and clean hotel in a good location

The hotel is nearby the bus that goes to Matchu Pitchu, close to restaurants, and the staff came to the railway station to wellcome us, took our lugagge and were very friendly. The room was confortable, with jacuzzi that was great after climbing the mountain and the beds were confortable.

The brekfast was nice, didn't like the taste of the coffe, but that beacause of the milk.

Excellent choice for a Cusco stay

Everything was much better than expected (and I expected a lot :) ). Clean, new and modern rooms with all amenities and more. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent location (less than ten minutes from the Wanchaq station), very friendly price. If I ever come back to Cusco (improbable, but not impossible), I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Super friendly & accommodating but cold in the evenings.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to everything.

I’m from a warm climate and found the rooms to be cold temperature wise. the heaters only turn on for a short period of time at 7pm. I had to put a hat on an laver clothes & blankets to stay warm while sleeping.

Great stay

Great services and amenities. All basics are covered by the property and the staff is very helpful. Place is clean, breakfast very good. Laundry service ruined one sweater that I acquired in Cusco and they were very eager to help and fixed the situation by buying me another same sweater. Customer service - 10/10, thanks Alejandro.

Totally exceeded my expectation

The hotel beds were so comfortable, quiet and no light distractions. The room is very modern and very similar to the upscale hotels in the West. The breakfast was wonderful and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance.

The room is a bit small and the bathroom floor can be slippery.
