EXCEPCIONAL

Experiência MARAVILHOSA. Além do transfer do aeroporto eles tb guardam suas malas qdo vc vai subir para Machu Picchu já q o trem não leva bagagem. Café da manhã EXCEPCIONAL! O hotel tem programação musical todos os dias e oferece aulas para aprender a fazer ceviche. E os funcionários? Atendimento sensacional. Um agradecimento especial a Graciela da recepção, a Berta do receptivo turístico do hotel, seu Ruben q faz as melhores panquecas e omeletes de Cusco, Vanez e a sorridente Yully, q é a simpatia em pessoa. Union Hotel tornou nossa experiência em Cusco inesquecível!

El desayuno es excelente, el personal del restaurant es muy amable. El personal de recepción no esta a la altura de la atención de los demás , sin embargo eso no le resta demasiado al hotel en conjunto.

Los alrededores del hotel son algo sucios y descuidados, la basura esta muy cerca. El nombre de la calle no es visible a simple vista o para quién busca la calle y poder llegar.

Una buena opción en Cusco

Está ubicado a 500 metros de la plaza de Armas y a 50 metros del mercado San Pedro. Está un poco alejado de la zona gastronómica de Cusco pero lo compensa con un buen restaurante y música en vivo todos los días. El personal lo mejor. Juan y Graciela en la recepción, siempre atentos y Shakira, Yulissa e Ibeth su gran atención en la cena y desayuno.

Tuvimos un solo inconveniente a la hora de pagar. Quisimos pagar en dólares y resulta que una la series no son aceptadas. Yo tenía todos los billetes de esa serie y me encontré con la imposibilidad de pagar en efectivo. Uno como turista no tienen manera de tener esta información de antemano. Sería importante que el hotel de alguna forma lo avise previamente. Se lo hicimos saber a Jorge, el gerente que pidió disculpas pero no obtuvimos una solución al respecto. Atentamente ofreció el Transfer al aeropuerto sin cargo

Uma boa estadia em Cusco com atenção impar!

É um lugar alegre, com musica ao vivo todas as noites, as acomodações são boas e o banho igualmente bom. O ponto alto para mim foi o atendimento, sempre muito atencioso e pronto a ajudar no que for preciso. Tive na atenção do Sr. Fernando, do “Help Desk” um ponto ainda mais alto no que tange ao pronto apoio. Recomendo o local, que também conta com uma localização excelente, há umas três ou quatro quadras da “Plaza de Armas”.

Las personas del restaurant muy atentos

Se cortaba el agua seguido, pedimos habitación para 4 y no era tan cómoda, no contemplaron que 4 personas usaran el baño por ejemplo el secador de pelo se echaba a perder, jabon solo contemplaban 1 y así varias cosas

Problem z taksówką zepsuł pobyt w hotelu.

Zamówiłem w hotelu taksówkę z lotniska. Przylot był wieczorem. Wcześniej otrzymałem informacje że taksówka zamówiona i jeżeli jej nie odbiorę zapłacę karę 10 USD. Na lotnisku nie było żadnej taksówki. Długo szukałem taksówki i czekałem na lotnisku. W końcu wszyscy odjechali i zostałem sam. Sytuacja stała się niekomfortowa. Ostatecznie musiałem sam szukać taksówki po nocy. Hotel nie wywiązał się ze wcześniejszych uzgodnień. Nikt mnie nie przeprosił. Gdybym wiedział że tak będzie nie skorzystałbym z usług taksówkowych w hotelu. Widać że hotel ma poważne problemy organizacyjne.

Me gustó mucho este alojamiento , sin duda volvería a seleccionarlo en mi próxima visita. La ubicación es óptima para conocer el centro de Cusco caminando . Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y las habitaciones muy buenas. Las camas son cómodas y ponen una bolsa de agua caliente por las noches , lo cual me pareció un detalle muy lindo. Por otra parte en cuanto al desayuno incluido no tengo más que comentarios positivos, el personal es de lo más lindo y amable. El desayuno es muy completo y tienen bastante variedad para todos los gustos. Cuando tienes un tour tempra o te pueden poner un pequeño lunch si les avisas con tiempo.

Durante mi estancia tuvieron un tema con con el agua debido a que se rompió una tubería pero se solucionó rápido.

Hotel with lovely staff and facilities.

The property was situated close to the old part of Cusco. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The room was perfect for our family

The water got shut off while having a shower at 3 am.

Publicité trompeuse, je ne recommande pas, des hôtels font mieux dans la ville.

les chambres quoique pour certaines sans fenêtres directes pour certaines sont grandes et confortables, l 'entretien du lieu est très bon. L'emplacement est bien .

La publicité est mensongère, il n' y a pas de spa dans cet hôtel , ce qui était un des critères de choix, aucun geste commercial. le transfert gratuit promis a purement et simplement oublié nous avons attendu une heure un taxi. a part un simple mail d'excuse, rien. établissement pas du tout au niveau concernant les services, passez votre chemin.

The only thing I have enjoyed here during my stay, is how warm was the room and the hot water bottles brought every day to the room, along with coca tea. Besides this, I had just bad experiences, starting with the airport pickup when the car got out of fuel. Out of fuel, yes, I am not joking. In fact, somebody had to push the car in order to get to the gas station so we can eventually arrive at the hotel. Every night there is a local live singer, from 18:00-20:30, which is very loud. If you are a fan of this, good for you, but when you have to wake up at 04:00 to go to a planned trip and you can’t sleep because of the noise, it is pretty annoying. The towels are very old, I think they were once white, but not so sure by their colour now. When they clean the room, they don’t vacuum or mop the floor, which is unacceptable from my point of view. The breakfast is meh, i read in one review that they have amazing breakfast so I had higher expectations, but I was actually disappointed. The staff can use some improvements, they are kinda moody which doesn’t work in hospitality. Oh, and another matter, I wanted to extend my stay, but they told me they don’t have anything available. Surprise, while looking for another hotel, found an availability in this hotel… so decide for yourself if it’s a good choice or not.

Excellent costumer service. Very proud of their job. The breakfast was amazing. The comfiest bed I have ever been.

Walls too thin, or I was in a room with that can turn into a suite and I could hear the convos of the other residents next to me.

The location and beauty of this hotel is a must stay!

What's not to like about this hotel, this was one of our favorite stays during our 14 day trip. The property is beautiful, the live music 16:30 - 18:30 each night was entertaining, the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were all polite and helpful. The shower took a few minutes to warm up and had excellent pressure. Mosst everyting is walking distance and the ruins are just a short cab rid away. KiKi the 6mo alpaca was in a pen on the property and was fun to watch him eat and be bottle fed. We even got to ride in a taxi to the ruins with him and Veronica, his caretaker, so he could run around and play. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub as planned due to our hectic schedule.

If you're someone who goes to bed early, before 18:30, the music may keep you up.

Won’t be back thanks to unkind staff.

Lovely big rooms, a great courtyard area and good finishes on decor. Clean rooms, good linen, breakfast was pretty good.

The noise! stayed in 203 first night and didn’t sleep a wink due to traffic noises which came from the street. The room is directly alongside the street. Things are maybe quiet from 1 - 4am. The room shakes when vehicles drive by. A shame though, as the room is large and comfortable. Second night I was in 114 by the bar. Could hear every footstep from people upstairs. Built quite flimsily I realised. Staff are arrogant! Not all, but most. Men (tall one) at reception - so dismissive! Girl in the breakfast area - should not be working in hospitality! Made me feel very unwelcome! They are only nice to Spanish speaking people it seems. Staff need training in customer service! Building needs to look at its soundproofing.

Windows look onto hallway and noisy in evening.

The windows looked on to the hallway. I wasn't expecting that in a 3/4 star hotel. The live music was audible in my room. There was also music playing in the laundry.Also. room seemed small. Desk too narrow.

A great looking hotel with good breakfast

A great cosy hotel with a real Llama in it, did feel sorry for it being tied up all day every day… breakfast was good. Bedroom had a very big bed, but as we were below ground floor there was a dampy smell… otherwise all good. Friendly staff.

Amazing place!!!

Although the walls are thin, this hotel has been amazing. The customer service is amazing. The free breakfast was very filling!

The only thing is there is live music until 8:30 which you can hear from some of the rooms. When you are sick from the altitude, you just want sleep.
