A fabulous location, a beautiful appartment and the best experience for enjoying Girona to the max

The host Stéphane went above and beyond to make our arrival as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very complete, comfortable and clean. As well sleeping was very pleasant as it was totally silent (stayed at the non-street side though I believe street side would have been silent as well) and the bed was most comfortable. Also a large amount of cabinet space for clothes, all most practical. And it's good to know that the room can be darkened against sunlight, though you need to close the wooden outside blinds, by opening the french balcony doors first (the blinds are exterior). And what stands out the most is absolutely the location, it's to our belief the best you can find, and the garage is super close as well are small super markets and a huge amount of bars, cafés and restaurants as well shops. Though the street where the appartment is, is just totally calm. Can't recommend a better place for visiting Girona, and feeling completely as a local, in complete luxury comfort. And yes, the host Stéphane shared a lot of info with us during our stay over whatsapp, all very welcomed, and as a person super friendly and therfore he was the absolute best in making our stay as perfect as it was.

In hindsight we would have wanted to stay much longer In Girona, but we had to leave Spain again for work. This is no complaint of course, actually for sure we will come again to the apartment of Balteck Homes, hopefully when there is availability. As I am sure the apartments (I believe 4 in total at this location) will be in high demand, because reasonable pricing, amazing location and great quality, including a very nice and professional host, make it a total winner for any next visit to the beautiful city of Girona.

j'ai beaucoup aimé les explication sur les équipements du logement. notre hôte parlais plusieurs langues, ce qui à facilité les choses vu que nous étions de différentes nationalités.

Le café n'était pas le meilleur, mais pour le reste tout était très bien

Appartement très confortable et grand avec une très grande terrasse. Il est aussi très bien situé et en plus très calme. Stéphane, le propriétaire, qui est français, est très prévenant et attentionné. Je recommande

Great location, with parking.

Great location and support from Stephane in gaining access. She was also very helpful with recommending places to eat and where to walk to see the best parts of the city. Girona itself is a fabulous city and well worth a visit.

It would be unfair to pinpoint anything specific. Overall, we were very satisfied even though the apartment is quite basic.

Great 3 bedroom apartment

Beautiful, modern, airy and very quiet apartment in great location next to Girona's old Jewish Quarter. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, laundry room, elevator. Great host in Stéphane who recommended restaurants and organised a taxi for us to airport. He also was able to accommodate an early check in for us.

Bad drainage smell at times. No blinds for skylight windows in mezzanine bedroom. But we would stay here again. This is the quietest apartment we having ever stayed in in Girona. Overall it's a great spot.

Location was great, but apartment had a very bad smell.

Location was great. 1 minute to plaza Independència, the Eiffel bridge and the shopping street Santa Clara.

The Kitchen, living and dining area had a very bad unpleasant smell, like sewage. The manager did send the cleaning ladies the next day to clean up but after a couple of hours the smell was back. The manager Stephane was quite unprofessional. He told us at 10pm, without giving any other alternatives, that we could just leave the apartment. You should not say that to customers who had just arrived and find out that the apartment smells badly. Also on the second day there was no warm water to shower.

super stay and place where we stayed

In the hart of city yet quiet, spaceous and clean.

Parking is a bit of a thing.....add Euro 30 per day but only 5 minutes walk. Directions to the appartment and cheque in took its time due to fact that we were bit lost, direction was not to clear and the hand over was therefore delayed also because there were other visitors around who needed to get their keys and instructions.

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment in the heart of Girona, with the friendliest service.

The property manager was AMAZING! Very friendly, very helpful. Helped us with parking, recommendations for sights and restaurants, groceries, everything. Place is lovely and newly remodeled. Extremely good location in Girona.

We got a slightly different apt, than expected (the owner has multiple units in the same building). In some ways it was nicer—a larger unit, big dining room table… but one of the two double bedrooms was a loft—a bit of a hassle as the bathrooms were on the main level.

Great apartment in the heart of Girona.

Great apartment in an amazing location. Big shout out to Stephane who made everything so smooth during checkin and answered our questions throughout our time.

2 very minor things : there was a slight smell in the apartment during our stay which meant we had to leave the windows open at times. The second was the lack of condiments and small supply of things like coffee pods and washing machine tablets.

Great place.

The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to and parking available for a fee. The apartment is very quiet, and the rooms are upstairs separate from the living space. 2.5 bath townhouse. Nice and very clean.

Great Location and large apartment with large terrace.

The attendant who handed over the keys was very accessible via WhatsApp prior to hand over insuring that we were able to find the house and the time to meet. He also provided a parking spot in a garage very nearby and returning the keys was uncomplicated. A great location and spacious apartment with a very large terrace.

Loved our stay and loved Girona.

The staff was very friendly, location was tops and cleanliness of the apartment, bedding and towels was impeccable.

The smell ! I know it’s probably a plumbing problem or lack of activity in the appartement but it was overpowering when we arrived. I ran water in all the sinks/tub/shower and flushed all toilets and it was much more bearable. Other negative was the shutters that wouldn’t shut completely.

Great location in the center. Spacious apartment with big terrace. Great that we could store the bikes insight. Stephane gave us a great reception and responded fast upon any enquiry. would definitely come back here!
