Room was clean. Bed comfortable.
Decor was sparse. Felt like I was staying in an IKEA.
8.0
Beautiful location, great facilities, free parking and central to all the viewpoints.
The breakfast is not that great, you are better off skipping it and going to a cafe nearby. Most of the items were cold and coffee tasted burnt.

It has gorgeous views and the property was clean and new.
The only minor thing I wish they would fix the shower door. It was so heavy that I had difficulty opening.

The hotel was ideally situated, right along the only highway, so it was easy to access. The hotel is modern and well appointed. The food was good. The evening bartender ( I cannot remember his name!) did a wonderful job with engaging us in conversation. There is a shop (for any forgotten cold weather clothing items) and a mini grocery that was very well stocked right across the street.
The restaurant staff were a little abrasive. When we arrived for dinner we weren't greeted warmly, and when I asked for our table by giving our reservation name, the gentleman snapped at me and told me to wait. At breakfast, we noticed that the jams were all open and there was an open container of peanut butter beside them. My teen is deathly allergic to peanut butter so we asked the staff if they had any sealed mini packages or unopened containers of jam for her toast. The staff rolled their eyes and just looked at us. (Sidenote- We do typically carry sealed packages ourselves; but we had just arrived via plane late the evening before, this was our first stop, and we hadn't had time to stop the night before at the grocery store to purchase anything)

Clean modern hotel and the staff searched high and low to find us a plug for the basin which apparently no one had ever asked for before
Nothing

The location, the game room
There isn’t a way to load or unload the car if it’s pouring rain. There is a long exterior walkway to to parking.

Great breakfast included. Games room with pool table and dart board was a nice touch along with lots of comfy sofas to chill in the evening for happy hour! Evening meal was expensive but really nice.
Can’t fault it!

The view from the room of the mountain was beautiful. The room was a comfortable size. The shower was like a larger version of a cruise ship shower which was not what we were expecting and very difficult to use. The breakfast buffet in the mornings offered a wide variety.
The shower was the main issue we had with the accommodations. We would like to be able to control the temperature in the room.

Great modern hotel in the center of Vik and close to the beach.

View was great.
Room was warm, but we got a fan and that helped

Very modern and clean. Great breakfast room with a fantastic view. Breakfast itself was really good 👍🏻 Vík is very small so the grocery store and restaurants are in a walking distance. Kids loved the billard/darts/table tennis room. Take a room with Mountain View. The sea view isn’t worth paying more. You’ll be looking at a gas station 😁 We were happy with the mountains!
Small rooms. We had to squeeze in to our 3 beds room. Pretty expensive but this is Iceland 🤷🏼♀️

Great location and staff. Especially if you are brazilian, look for Kelly at the front desk. She helped us a lot with the stay and also arragements of tours, local tips and all.
Breakfast was too expensive (EUR 27 / person) for what was offered. There's a great bakery less than 100mts from the hotel where you can have an equivalent meal for way less money.

Hotel Kria has a great breakfast spread to get started before a long day of touring, hiking, and exploring! The room was spacious and was very heated during our stay in early May. We took the road facing room and could see the Atlantic Ocean not too far away along with the cliffs in the distance.
Nothing really

Nice, new hotel. Located right near Vik beach across from petrol station and grocery store. Room was clean and spacious. Staff offered to call us if there were Northern lights which was nice.
Hotel as pictured so was happy with the stay. Will note that the restaurant was expensive but as is food in general in Iceland

The view from room and from restaurant was great!
I would have liked more light in the bathroom
