Our BEAUTIFUL 3 bed/3.5 bath home in the heart of Venice has flexible bedroom configuration and is the perfect home for large families!
Bedroom(s) 2 and 3 can be configured with a king bed or two twins, making it an excellent home for three couples and one single or one couple and five singles.
We also have a full size futon bed in the living room which can be sectioned off for privacy.

Our very unique, contemporary 2500+ sq. ft home has lots of space for everyone in your group to come together or to find their own privacy..
There are 3 indoor and 2 outdoor sitting areas. The outdoor 'zen' garden is a lovely, relaxing space to spend time and the roof deck provides a great place to grill with family and friends.
Other amenities include a foosball table, bikes and beach supplies.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and all the bedrooms are comfortably sized.
Our home is a block away from the trendy Abbot Kinney district and is surrounded by culture and entertainment.
Close to shops, restaurants, the Venice Boardwalk & of course, the amazing beach, we know you will love our home as much as we do!

The host has a separate apartment on-site and is available for all your needs.
Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.

I stayed here this past week with my family of 3 kids, husband and MIL. My family and I rent on VRBO at least 2x/year and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Bob and Jim are very responsive to messages and we felt fully taken care of. They met us at the home to give us a quick tour and offered us suggestions on places to go (and avoid) with the kids. The house was in a great location and we were able to walk to the beach, stores, and nightlife. The house is a great size and very clean. They even had small toiletries for us in each bathroom. We would highly recommend this house and the owners and we hope to rent with them again!

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and shops along the strand. The home was exactly as listed, and they were helpful in arranging beds to fit our needs. We had room to get together, and plenty of spaces for each of us to "get away" inside the house. We would be happy to return again!

Convenient walk to Venice and Santa Monica beaches and restaurants. Garage fit two large cars (minivan + Highlander). House was clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent with property managers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Venice/Santa Monica. The communications with Bob and James leading up to the visit was seamless and checking in with Stephan was easy as can be. We had my parents (early 80's), my wife and I, and the kids (nieces, nephews, children) ranging from 17 - 25 years. Everyone loved the set-up and amenities. A little more challenging on my mother with the 3 levels and stairs, but that was nothing major. When you enter from the garage, the lower room was a perfect escape for my nephew. Foosball table and comfortable environment. The patio was peaceful and many nights hanging out with family. The second floor included the bedrooms. All had private baths and great space. Two of the rooms are technically master bedrooms so it worked out quite well. Top floor was the kitchen, dining room/sitting area, and family/living room. Plenty of space to navigate and everything we needed was there for cooking and spending time together. Roof deck was a great bonus! It took us about 3-5 minutes to walk to the boardwalk and beach with restaurants and coffee shops all within close proximity. Lots to do and we spent quite a bit of time up towards Santa Monica and over on streets like Abbot Kinney Blvd for dining and shopping. Everything was easy access. Even though it is a busy street, it never affected us and you felt like you were in your own oasis. Would definitely return and enjoyed every minute of our trip.

The house was a perfect location to enjoy Venice Beach and to explore shopping and restaurants on Abbott Kinney. The layout was unique- we enjoyed the rooftop patio and the backyard! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

Two families stayed together at this great spot near Venice Beach. Kids ages ranged from 2-10 and the house fit 8 of us cozily. We loved the proximity to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. There are so many fun shops and good restaurants in walking distance. The Property Manager welcomed us and showed us around the property. The house has an interesting layout including a nice rooftop area (but be sure to be very mindful of children up there!). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Five adults and two children (ages 3 and 6) stayed four nights in this lovely home. It is spacious and well-equipped, with a great location. Our check-in was personal and extremely helpful; hosts were responsive. Nothing but high ratings for this experience. We would love to return.

Despite being just 1900 sq ft, the decorating, furnishings, art and overall placement of such made the house feel far larger. The 2-car garage was stocked with a selection of outdoor and beach supplies, along with 2 sets of washers and dryers. The entry level has a game/family room. The next floor up contains the 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The floor above that has a living room with a small cove area with a twin size bed and dresser for extra sleep space. On the other side of that floor is a family room and dining area with the kitchen next to it. The floor above that was the outdoor rooftop dining area. My own personal disappointment with the house was not being able to see the ocean from there, but that was no sacrifice. Above all, the house was beautifully designed, comfortable and welcoming. The owners were friendly, accessible and amenable to our needs. They also checked in to make sure we had all we needed. This all made for a delightful stay. We highly recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and in a great location 2 easy blocks to the beach and a short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. The house was larger than we needed, very nicely furnished and well equipped. The garage was large and included bikes, beach equipment and 2 each fully functional washers and dryers. The "caretaker" was readily available and very pleasant. Only things to be aware of are one flight of stairs to the bedrooms and 2 flights to the kitchen/dining room/living room, uneven temperature control on the 3 floors (max low sixties outside during our stay), and a possibly objectionable painting on the 3rd floor. Overall, I recommend it highly.

This property can't be praised enough. The Venice Beach location is ideal - just two blocks to Abbot Kinney AND just two blocks to beautiful, expansive Venice Beach. We rode the bikes provided at the house, and the beach chairs and towels. The house is unassuming when you walk in and stunning once you are inside. It is beautifully decorated and has many sitting spaces so you can easily spread out. Check in was personal, as they met me and walked me through the house and were extremely helpful - I needed it as it is three stories... with a rooftop area! The other perk is that it has a two car garage, so we felt at ease with our cars and not needing to find street parking. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) stayed here, and it was a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach with beach chairs and towels provided. We rented bikes and went up to the Santa Monica Pier for the day. Also a short walk to Abbot Kinney shopping and restaurants. The owners were lovely and provided everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house is in the perfect Venice location, it is very well equipped, and the hosts were awesome to deal with. Our larger group had some specific needs and the owners did everything in their power to accommodate us. Overall, everything you want/need in a VRBO rental.

We had a positive experience from the time of booking until we left. Before we left, James and Bob were always quick to respond to our questions. Check in and check out went smoothly and the home was very well cleaned. The location is perfect for easy walks to the beach and boardwalk. Having the bikes available was definitely appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This house absolutely met our needs and exceeded our expectations. A group of us were meeting up for a Mastermind and wanted to share a house while being walking distance to the beach and venue. This house was spacious and accommodating. We didn’t even use all the living rooms 🤣 One thing to note: you will get lost at least twice in this house. The layout is unique and funky, so you’re guaranteed to lose your bedroom or the kitchen a few times. It became an ongoing joke. #MakingMemories But seriously, you won’t be disappointed when you book here. 💗

James and Bob were amazing with communication leading up to and during our stay. Made everything very easy for us. And the space is well appointed. The lovely zen garden and rooftop were great places to hang out. And it's only a few minutes walk to the beach or to Abbot Kinney. So many things nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We had an intergenerational group and the home worked really well for us. Rooms were sufficiently spread out for some privacy, bathrooms in each bedroom was nice. Location is nice and close to beach but enough away from it so you can sleep. Hosts were great - friendly and responsive.
