We were in town for a family wedding. The location was perfect, just a couple miles away from most wedding events. The house was clean & spacious, with secure parking for our rental. The hosts were accommodating. Plenty of room for my husband & I plus our four kids. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our time here and the easy walk to different areas and the beach. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed the bikes that were provided to bike down to Santa Monica Pier. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios. The property management was very easy to work with.

Loved this stay. Plenty of space, great location and tons to do in the area. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are a plus. Located two blocks from the beach at the north end of Venice was super nice. As well, we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The parking garage was a huge bonus and appreciated. Check in and communication from the owners was stellar. All in all, we had a fantastic time at this house!

James & Cindy have a fantastic home! Communication with them was excellent, and their property manager Stephan was helpful and accommodating during check-in. The house itself was perfect for our stay! We were six adult couples (over 40) visiting LA for a 50th birthday. We all felt we had a great amount of space - our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is also excellent - only 2 blocks from the Venice boardwalk/beach, a few blocks from Santa Monica, and very conveniently located near great restaurants/bars/shops. I look forward to coming back and staying again!

Check-in Process was great. We were able to check-in early. Property was very clean upon arrival. Private parking was great. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and Santa Monica. It was great having bikes and beach stuff available. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Everything was accurately advertised on VRBO. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is a perfect location situated right by the boardwalk for Venice and Santa Monica and we got to enjoy the best of both. The owners were absolutely wonderful in their communication and were a pleasure to work with. Great for teenagers and pletny to do with our family in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and we'll be back!

I’m a single mom with three kids and we enjoyed this house very much. It is an easy walk to the beach and lots of activities, but feels removed from the downsides of Venice Beach. We had groceries delivered and everything was easy. Great restaurants nearby.

This is a great place, as advertised. Very comfortable space for me, my husband, our teenage boys, my sister and niece. Roomy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen and comfortable seating area. Great location! Halfway between Venice pier and Santa Monica pier. Short walk to beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Private garage. Also, easy access to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and 15 minutes to LAX. Would love to go back!! We were met at the home for a quick tour and rundown and key drop off…so easy! Great hosts!

Nice home, secure off street parking, plenary of room. Upper twin beds in bunk rooms are not suitable for anything beyond tweens. Teens did not sleep well. Other than that, house was very nice. Other comments about proximity to homeless are not well informed. That is an LA problem, not a homeowner problem. The property is gated and secure and the garage is safe and off street. Check in was easy and location was an easy walk to beach, boardwalk and Santa Monica Pier. We would stay here again.

Really nice three-bedroom, three-bathroom house. We stayed with our son, his wife, and our 2-year-old grandson. No problem with noise at all. Lots of room for us all. My only warning is that the 3 bedrooms are very unequal so may not be a great place for 3 couples. The primary bedroom is very large, bacony, dressing room, en suite bath. The downstairs bedroom is very small with a hall bath. But great for a family.

The property was fantastic! The home matched the pictures and was beautiful and comfortable and not sterile. We did not want to leave, we only left because they were already booked for the rest of Feb. The location was perfect in walking distance to the beach, shops and great restaurants, city folks will love the Venice vibe! James, Stephan, and Cindy were welcoming and responsive as hosts . We could not have been happier with the way our stay went. As soon as we had scheduled the booking I heard from James who made sure we got the exact dates we wanted. He was careful to connect with us periodically to make sure we knew what to expect concerning the check-in process and make us feel welcome and cared for. Stephan gave us a clear and comprehensive overview of the property and made sure we knew he was just a few minutes away if we should run into any problems. The house was everything the pictures indicated and even more comfortable and cozy than we might have expected. Perfect distance from the beach. Just far enough to feel safely removed from the action and just close enough to feel like a casual walk to the water multiple times each day was relaxing and chill. We could not be happier. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had it all! It had two car garage, bikes, beach chairs and toys for our use. It was equipped with enough dishes and pots to cook a large turkey dinner. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and had plenty of linens and towels. It was beautifully furnished and in a great location. I'll be back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 of us plus my 15 month old granddaughter stayed at this fantastic house in Venice recently for 6 days. A lot of rentals exaggerate the closeness to the beach but in this case it really is just a few minutes walk. The shops are a few minutes in the opposite direction. The property was very clean and there were lots of extras we were not expecting such as bikes. We had two cars (SUV’s) and were able to fit both in the two car garage. We had a warm welcome from Stephan who covered everything we needed to know. Moreover, the Property Manager responded immediately to any queries. The three bathrooms were a big plus. It was very well equipped. The air conditioning was a big plus and very welcome. I usually like to stay at different properties when visiting family but would consider returning to this property.
