Location and balcony view Around shops Convenient parking

Some items to improve : A few lambs were not working No spare rubbish bags or toilet rolls Was a bit stuffy at the start and needed some dust cleaning Cooking pans were oily and scratchy so i needed to buy my own pan

Great view

View

Not the property. The problem was the poor service from the realtor where we picked up the keys from. Got stuck as entry card ran out couldn’t get to basement car park or Level 7. Went back to them twice they could not have cared less for the inconvenience.

The unit was very dated & dirty, the carpet needs replacing. The bed was old & you could feel the springs.

There is no smart TV in the accomodation which is a turn off if you are staying with kids.

Great for a short family stay. Well priced and very close to everything including kid friendly beach.

Location, view and facilities.

Bed wasn’t made properly with fitted sheet and mattress topper. This was corrected on the second day of our stay which was appreciated.

Family weekend stay

A fabulous location and the views are WOW!!. The Apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. Nice walk to beach and cafes/shops.

I liked the view, the pool even though we didn't go in and diggers did a lovely breakfast.

No WiFi, limited tv channels. No other entertainment options. Dryer didn't work properly. I wish i knew that before I thought I could wash my clothes 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. No room service. Had to order bad fish and chips and suffered food poisoning all the way home. And I had to travel home with rubbish because the garbage Shute was locked 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Location was very central to everything (we walked everywhere) and views from the verandah were fantastic.

For the price, I feel wifi should be available at no cost! If we booked a room thru the mantra wifi was complimentary. (I do realise the paperwork indicated there was no wifi in our room, however think the owner should include this for the $$ spent to rent the apartment). After reading in the lifts that you could order a meal from bistro 51 (the club adjoined to the mantra) and have delivered to your room, we tried to do so, unfortunately they would not do it because it was a privately owned room, which I feel is ridiculous, it’s like you are penalised in a lot of ways for booking a room thru a private vendor!

pleasnt eanough, but given the aircon problems, meant that comfort levels were lessened. yuk.

location was PERFECT. best views. apartment was so clean. kitchen utensils were more than adeqate as were bed linens etc. pool towels were great too.

very annoying to have paid so much money for a stay, and be confronted with a note on the wall that says 'do not put aircon more than 22 or 23 degrees as it will freeze pipes and not work. our arrival day was 36 degrees and the unit was like an oven. took about 4 hours ( at 22 degrees ) to cool down to a comfortable temperature. this prob has obviously been goin on for a while hence the note on the wall, which clearly has been there a long time. an insult to your guests given the price paid. clothyes dryer failed to work also. not the biggest problem buy very annoying.

Exceptional

Great apartment, lovely view. Close to everything I wanted. Had great conveniences in it. Was good I could take a later exit time. Car parking was easy. Access to Club is great for safety at night. Beds comfy. Great view from bedroom and lounge area to beach! Loved it thanks. Be back again.

A little airing line would have been good. Also a no smoking sign in alcove were entry doors were as some came into apartment.

The property is not well maintained the tap on the kitchen sink is about to fall out. The shower leaver is very hard to pull out to make the water come out of the shower head.

Somewhat disappointing, a real shame we were not able to make use of the balcony due to pigeons nest

Great location and fantastic view from our 7th floor apartment.

Pigeons nesting on the balcony rendering it unusable. Leg broken off on bedside table. Light globe gone in entrance. Entry door doesn't self close properly. TV remote difficult to use with no battery cover and batteries coming loose. Dining chairs badly stained.

The location was great the view was awesome

We had pigeons nesting on the balcony which was unpleasant with the amount of bird poop we had to view and dodge

Had a nest of pigeons on the balcony, smelt awful and a full large nest, couldn’t use the balcony or even open the door
