The location to the event we had on was perfect and was also close to nice cafes and the train station!
Everything was great
2.5
The Room is quite outdated but maintained well enough. It was sort of clean as well.
1. We booked one of the 1-bed apartments and were given one upstairs when we were informed during booking that we have a 9-month-old boy and requested a cot. All the stuff for the boy had to be carried manually through the set of stairs by ourselves.
2. The slide-out rangehood for the Gas cooker wasn't working on the first evening but was only fixed in the afternoon the next day.
3. On the second evening, the unit was filled with a strong bad odor, possibly from the cigarette smoking from the other unit's balcony. We were offered a room change but there was not a staff to help with moving the cot. It was only 6-7 pm.
We were offered a free breakfast on the checkout the next day but we had already eaten and were ready to go home.

Excellent room facilities, comfortable and spacious.
Excellent back veranda overlooking the golf course and not looking into other people’s apartments or the car park.
There was a very long thread hanging off the underneath of my doona and I got myself entangled in it trying to sleep.

Location and the super friend checking staff and his boss. I can’t remember your names I’m sorry. The breakfast was amazing and our room was awesome.
That we couldn’t stay longer. AND that on our way home after picking up our new horse float our stupid car broke down 4 hours from home. This isn’t the properties fault in the slightest. Im just currently sitting in my stupid car on the side of the highway waiting to get rescued and having a whinge to anyone who will listen.

I stayed at Kooindah Waters for my sons wedding. Everything went perfectly. Thank you to all the staff.

The dinner outside the main dining room. Great value for money and very nice food!
For the price, it is good value

The pool was fantastic as were the staff.
The fact that I booked for 1 adult and two children and got there to discover the room only had 1 double bed made no sense. I tried my best when booking at the time, but it continued to tell me this was the best available to accommodate me and my two young children. not additional beds were available for the room and no other options were available when checking in with staff. I cannot believe I had to pull two chairs together to allow one of my sons to sleep in a $400+ room.

Spacious, quiet, lovely views, great facilities
Could have been cleaner, room smelt a bit damp

I requested an upgrade so I could have a quiet room not overlooking the car park and they were happy to accommodate my request. Breakfast was excellent and the room service for dinner was pretty quick and also delicious. Comfy bed also.
3.5
Large room but could do with a face lift. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast so we can’t comment on the food.
Shower was over the bath.
4.5
Quality room facilities.
Good access from carpark to room.
Disability carpark space provided.
Parking not at door of room.
Price too high.
3.5
Spacious beautiful room
The restaurant food/menu was crazy.
Please try what you serve.
Advertised one thing, only served another

Needed a bigger lounge

I enjoyed it's amenities, facilities and proximity. Breakfast was fine and thankful for the complimentary drink
I misunderstood and thought that there was a microwave oven. Didn't change my enjoyment of the stay

Massive and has so much to offer
Some facilities need upgrading
4.5
Very friendly staff, well equipped and clean accommodation, ample car parking, fantastic facilities.

Not enough crockery / cooking utensils or knives and forks to cook and serve 4 people, side plates are must.
I would have to rate this aspect, VERY POOR.
1.0
Not much. Hot water.
As you come into the property, there were 3 people behind the counter who all were trying to complete our arrival. Young girl who greeted us, when asked a question she looked at us and just walked away.
Going down to the car park, there is an infestation of sparrows. It stinks of bird poo and there are birds flying around EVERYWHERE. This is not an exaggeration, literally 100s of birds flying around a small locked car park.
Getting to our room, the heater did not work. Called for assistance and the duty manager couldn’t fix the issue. I didn’t want to move rooms as I wanted to relax. So I agreed to relying on an additional blanket.
Woke the next morning to the golf PA, it would have been nice to know there was an PA at 6am on Saturday morning and the sheets had slipped down off the doona, there was a blood stain on the doona. Not washed.
Breakfast was terrible, coffee machine was absolutely awful. Food was minimal and fruit looked like it was cut the day prior because it had a skin on top.
Birds were flying around inside the hotel, and the staff were trying to catch the bird, when missing yelling ‘F&$K’ so everyone could hear.
When telling receptionist about the blood stained doona, we received a “oh, sorry” “we’ll get that changed”.
4.5
Quiet location & very spacious grounds; very pleasantly at how big the room/apartment was; great customer service - I got courtesy calls to off a discounted breakfast rate as well has notice that our room was ready so we could check in earlier.

golf course
Four flights of stairs to get into our room. No complimentary water. Compendium QR code didn’t work. Restaurant meal over priced and poor quality. Rubbish piles in Foyer whole time from other guest rooms.

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and loved all the Children Easter activities that they had available. Pizza making, arts & crafts, Egg hunt, jumping castle and a petting zoo. Kids also ate Free with an adult meal at the restaurant all weekend. Loved the indoor heated pool and we had a nice view of the pond from our room. My husband loved the golf course although he did see two snakes while playing.
