Zufriedenstellend, aber m.E. zu teuer.

Schöne Größe, Ausstattung in Ordnung. Großer Supermarkt am Ort.

Kein Tisch in normaler Höhe und entsprechend kein Stuhl. Einrichtung viel IKEA

L’odeur de moisissures a gâché notre séjour.

L’emplacement est parfait , et le logement est très bien équipé. Il y a une terrasse très agréable et spacieuse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. On peut se garer très facilement dans la rue . Cassandra est sympathique et réponds très rapidement.

Malheureusement de très fortes odeurs de moisissures et d’égouts ont gâché notre séjour . Certains jours c’était irrespirable, on ne pouvait pas rester dans le logement . Il y a des remontées d’humidité par le sol et les murs.

Zentrale Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung mit ein paar Minuspunkten

Lage direkt am Hafen und Strand, toll für Ausflüge, Bäckerei direkt nebenan mit super leckeren Kuchen und die eigene Terrasse, gute Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft mit den Eigentümern

Leider gibt in der Wohnung nur die große Terrassentür als Fenster, die wir immer offen hatten aufgrund des Geruchs in der Wohnung. Auch haben sich unliebsame „Haustiere“ bei uns breit gemacht, um die sich aber schnell gekümmert wurden. Daher war der Eindruck der Unterkunft etwas getrübt.

I would definitely recommend For a beautiful, comfortable, central stay on Sao Miguel! The host was lovely and very help

we loved the modern look and the cleanliness and comfort. The location in town was perfect! we walked to the 3 best restaurants, the beach and the marina for whale watching. The town is a great base for day trips on the island.

The wifi was very spotty. We would have it for a minute or two and then not at all for hours. Because of this, my husband had to go to a restaurant to work for an hour and we couldn’t watch Netflix at all

Nice location, near the beach and the port , just amazing to wake up to the Ocean view Everything is really confortable , the bed , there is everything you need in the house in terms of necessities and really nobody bothers you at any time

Awesome Studio

Cassandra, the hostess was very kind and very responsive to messages since the beginning. Her studio has everything an apartment needs, perfect for couples or small families and near the beach, and just a couples of steps from the famous traditional cheese pastry shop. The complementary fruit basket and local bread was a nice treat. Excellent value for money, definitely will come back. And a 100% recommend!!

Superb

Very silent A/C. Good communication with landlord. Easy key exchange. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bakery/ cafe next door. Quiet location.

The Souterrain flat is difficult to ventilate.
