Beautiful place to stay with excellent people working there.

Place is a small boutique hotel located in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable. We had three rooms two attic lake view and one with balcony. All were very good. Close to ferry docks and many restaurants around and an excellent restaurant within hotel. An excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We had great time there and will be going back.

Séjour très agréable pour une découverte du lac de Côme.

Hôtel très agréable avec parking proche. Très propre. Chambre spacieuse et calme face au lac. Hôtel très bien placé, proche d'un embarcadère. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Le dîner est un peu cher pour la qualité proposée.

Wundervolles kleines Hotel, mit viel Charme geführt!

Fantastische Lage direkt am Seeufer, traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge und den See, sehr hübsches und liebevoll hergerichtetes und kleines Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Betreibern. Frühstück lecker. Wir kommen wieder!!!

fantastic location, amazing service by the owners, super convenient restaurant with great food. close to the ferry and Villa Balbianello. the view from the restaurant balcony is spectacular!

The room is a little bit noisy from traffic at night. It would be good to have a shower curtain for the bathtub.

The Location is absolutely stunning, the staff are so friendly. If you want to relax go to the Darsena.

Beautiful, charming hotel, with great kind and professional staff.

Charming place, runned with the people how really know how to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Everything was beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend everyone to come and enjoy in beautiful hotel La Darsena.. Because we are looking forward to come back as soon as possible..

There is nothing that I could point out as a thing that we didn't liked.

the property was quiet and out of the way from the busy areas but still very centrally accessible to Mennagio, Bellagio and Varenna with the fast ferry!! the restaurant was amazing, staff were lovely, pleasant and very helpful. having breakfast with water views watching the sun up over the mountain was spectacular. could not rate this Hotel highly enough. don’t let the 3 star rating fool you, it definitely should be at least 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice simple hotel on the lake

Location was great. The breakfast room overseeing the lake is a major selling point. Nice staff, easy communication and arrival. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Didn't have the chance to test the restaurant.

We had an attic room on the street side and it was extremely noisy as it's the main road along the lake. We had to close the windows to sleep. Not a big problem but good to know if you're a light sleeper.

Was amazing stay , I’d go back again

I enjoyed a lot , the bed was also very comfortable, location is amazing, staff is very friendly and food is great.

In the 1st room where I stayed was no windows , for me it’s important to see what outside , but it’s my personal issue. You can also hear your neighbors well.

Boutique hotel in great position.

Breakfast on the lake balcony. Small boutique hotel with only 13 rooms, nearly all of which have a lake view Good, varied Continental Breakfast choices plus hot breakfast cooked to order Dining room very popular with non-residents (Book a table) Very handy to the cross lake ferry terminal. Elevator for suitcases. Free parking for residents (Display a dashboard voucher from reception)

Small issue of no shower screen on the shower over bath (the housemaid has to mop up the floor every day)

Superb

The location right by the lake is marvelous. Underground parking nearby. Serviceminded, easy-going staff. Breakfast on the balcony with the view.

The hotel is ideally situated by the lake. Use it better! Make the guests spend more time and money here by offering sun-chairs and easier access to bathing in the lake. A floating sun-deck with a bar is my advice for investments.

Simply the best

Everything , location views, the rooms , the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in , run by a family who made you feel nothing was to much .. the breakfast top draw both hot a cold options , evening meal was a joy , 4 course vegan menu for me and a selection of local dishes for my partner , wonderful wine amazing setting , a truly wonderful wonderful experience .
