My trainer and I stayed in Kyle’s lovely cabin for two weeks and we loved it. Very close to town and to the horse show.

House was great. Kyle was super helpful and easy to reach. Very smooth from start to finish.

My family and cousin's family had a wonderful stay at this Vermont Log Cabin during Presidents' week. We were lucky enough to discover this lovely property available when we decided to book a last minute ski vacation. The cabin is beautifully decorated, with much attention to detail. It is extremely clean and all the appliances are immaculate. The linens are new and comfy; you truly feel like you are at home. It is conveniently located near Bromley and Stratton. The owner was a pleasure to work with and addressed any questions we had during our stay immediately. All the kids were content to congregate around the fire; they did not want to leave the cabin! I would highly recommend it.

The kids and parents thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and cozy, and convenient to skiing and restaurants. Would love to come back.

We had a wonderful experience and felt very at home at this beautiful cabin in a super cold snowy Vermont. Our kids had a blast in the double bunk bed "clubhouse" and we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. We would definitely return..Thank you!

This log cabin is exactly what it looks like a beautiful home in a quaint New England town; Perfectly appointed with everything you need - wifi, movies, board games. Located minutes away from Manchester where you can spend your day shopping and dining in some great (and historic) restaurants. Also 15 minutes away from the slopes. I will def be coming back.

We loved staying at the Silver Lining Cabin. It is close to so many fun excursions for the whole family. Manchester Center is just the right size for walking around and drinking in the New England ambiance. Loved the cabin; beautifully decorated and so cozy. I had to drag my preteen out of the comfy bunk bed...she just wanted to snuggle up and read. The cabin is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and everything was so clean. Owner is a wonderful person, very easy to work with and kind. We loved our stay and will be back asap!

We went for a local horse show and wanted something other than a hotel. We loved the house, charming cabin everything was perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay in the cabin. Everything felt comfortable and clean and warm. We arrived on a snowy night and the cabin was so cozy and we felt right at home. My young kids loved staying in the log cabin (esp the bunk room!). The arrangements were seamless and the owner was easy to reach when needed and offered great suggestions to better enjoy what area had to offer. We are looking forward to returning!

Enjoyed the house. Owner is great. Clean and comfortable. Just a little tight for the 7 of us with limited seating in the living room and dining room table. Not a place for small children. Would definitely go back. Very well placed between Manchester and Stratton. Close to Bromley.

An adorable, exquisite spot to spend the holidays. Super comfy for us, our three kids and the grandparents. Stocked with everything we needed. Fantastic location minutes from Manchester Center, outlets, Bromley and Stratton. The owner and caretaker were easy to deal with and very accommodating. Overall, the perfect cabin for our mini-vacation. We would certainly return!

The cabin is picture postcard, perfect for a pre Xmas break. It's excellently set up and, despite temperatures down to 0F, kept us warm and toasty. The organisation was spot on, with Bobbi and Cam v helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this if you are looking for a rustic retreat.

Had a great stay over Thanksgiving holiday. Close to everything and the cabin was well appointed with everything you need. The host and their property manager were great to work with. Will dyou finitely be back.

My family (with 4 of our children, ages 5-11) had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful cabin earlier this month. There was so much to do in the area – all within 20 minutes of the cabin, but even if you wanted to just get away from it all, this piece of paradise provides the perfect setting. The house, an older log cabin with all its charm, is immaculate and well-appointed with just about everything necessary for a perfect getaway. The kitchen is open to the eating area and family room for family bonding. We were delightfully surprised when we walked in to find the kitchen table elegantly set, as if someone were expecting us. In fact, the décor and comfortable feeling of the entire home welcomes you like a warm hug from the owner. It feels very much like a home away from home – the kind you wish you owned yourself. Off the family room was a short hall with a full bath, laundry room/storage closet, a bunk bed room (4 beds total), and queen bedroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom is perched among the trees with windows on 3 sides (very private but also open to the treetops and sky, so you feel like you’re in a majestic treehouse). The king size master also has a full bath. All the mattresses were very comfortable; we all had great sleeps and woke up refreshed. I would recommend this charming cabin to just about anyone. It is ideally setup for a larger family like ours, but is also suited for a couple families getting together or a group of friends looking to getaway. About the area: Check out Dorset Quarry; Hiking (we did the Lye Brook Falls and a pond at the base of Mt. Equinox); Outlets (Orvis does fly fishing lessons); Hildene (Robert Todd Lincoln’s estate). I think Bromley is the nearest ski mountain - we’d love to return to this cabin in the winter time to experience another season there. I’d imagine it would also be a perfect getaway during foliage season! The owner, Bobbie, has a true gift of hospitality, which combined with her interior design skills, truly make this the "picture perfect Vermont Log Cabin". In case you couldn’t tell, we loved the cabin and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home with a great mountain lodge atmosphere! The owner was a pleasure! She was so accommodating, doing everything possible to ensure comfort and convienence for us.

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks during the Vermont Summer Festival and it was just perfect. From the charm of the house when you pull up, to the decor inside, it was exactly as I had hoped. Bonny, the property manager couldn't have been any more accommodating, available and just wonderful to us. We are hoping to come back in the fall and for 3 weeks next summer and my fingers are crossed that this house will be available!

The cabin was adorable, tastefully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing missing was air conditioning. We were lucky it was cool overnight but during the day it was hot. The window air conditioners hadn't been put in yet. We still loved it and will return.

This was a fabulous vacation home - well appointed, clean and a wonderful owner and caretaker! The proximity to Manchester was perfect - close, but not too close. The cabin was warmly decorated and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.
