Very enjoyable, fantastic place!

Fantastic views of the sea, and a really nice room. The room itself was lovely, and we really enjoyed being there. The food was delicious too, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The pool wasn't too clean, and though the food was lovely, we would have liked it to have been available for longer than just 2 hours, as this didn't work very well for us.

Super erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick

Top Service, wunderschöne Aussicht, Live-Musik beim Frühstück und jeden Abend in der Lobby, überragendes Frühstück, super Spa - Treatments sind zu empfehlen

Die Playlist am Pool könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, Hotel ist an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig (Bad, Zimmer)

1. Boa localização; 2. Quarto espaçoso e confortável.

1. O café da manhã é bem fraco. Sem mencionar que hat uma completa desorganização entre os funcionários. A título de exemplo, fui pedir uma colher e ninguém sabia onde tinha. Depois de 3 funcionários serem acionados em que conseguiram trazer uma colher. A reposição dos itens é super demorada; 2. O atendimento de forma geral é moroso e ineficiente. Pedi uma piza e depois de uns 20 minutos aguardando, vieram me falar que a cozinha estava "um caos" que que a pizza seria feita agora. Quando trouxeram a mesma estava super mal feita, com as bordas brancas e a massa nada crocante (diferente da mesma pizza que pedimos no dia anterior). Em resumo, o hotel tem um visual e uma vista lindíssima, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, o que impacta diretamente na experiência do hóspede.

Een heerlijk verblijf

Het hotel is erg sfeervol ingericht en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Men zorgt ervoor dat je je welkom voelt, met voldoende aandacht. Met een upgrade voor één van de kamers werden we meteen verwend.

De schoonmaak was niet helemaal op orde. Een tafeltje wat we gebruikten bij de pooltafels is dagenlang niet schoon gemaakt en in de hotelkamer zat er ook viezigheid tegen de kastjes. Kan natuurlijk toeval zijn.

Doručak je bio raznovrstan i ambijent u sali opuštajuć uz pianino. Osoblje nasmješeno ,ljubazno te uslužno. Krevet u sobi je bio udoban, kupaonica idealne veličine te pogled sa balkona prekrasan. Želimo se vratiti što prije!

Amazing! Def worth the visit and of course, coming back❤️

I was with my mother as we wanted to have relaxing weekend. Where to start? Stuff was really friendly and helpful. We loved breakfast which was really amazing and we were also amazed with spa. Such a lovely, clean and chill place. Also, we are planning to go again on following weekends! Highly recommended!

posizione e personale molto disponibile. SPA molto bella, vista incantevole.

eravamo in 4, e abbiamo deciso di fare un upgrade per una suite, ma nonostante fosse molto spaziosa mia figlia ha dovuto dormire su un piccolo divano. Inoltre la moquette nei corridoi è decisamente sporca, il cibo del bar presenta costi sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità, e c'è puzza di fogna sia in stanza che lungo i corridoi nei pressi della spa.

Recept za idealan vikend u Dubrovniku

Spa je jedan od najboljih u kojem smo bili. Hrana odlična, posebno kolači. Sobe su vrlo udobne i prikladne veličine. Usluga fantastična.

Hotel je za svaku pohvalu što se vidi po popunjenosti hotela iako je 12.mjesec. Možda bi jedino izdvojila da je fen slabije jačine i lako se pregrijava, da znaju žene s mnogo kose :)

So Dubrovnik!

It is not my first time in Rixos and I am always coming back. This hotel is located very close to city centre and you can reach old town of Dubrovnik by foot within 15 minutes of refreshing walk and meanwhile witnessing beautiful views but the best in this hotel is SPA and staff…that is why I always come back.

Worth to stay

Sea view from my room is very beautiful. I stayed at superior sea view. Breakfast and dinner were also great. I will come back again if I am around here.

The temperature in the swimming pool is too cold.

Fabulous! Wish we were not leaving.

It was beautiful! The rooms were great, beds super comfortable. Amazing views! The staff were helpful and accommodating. Food was great. Super close to old town - very easy walk. No complaints at all!!

Lol! Just put wash cloths in the rooms. Other than that no complaints or issues whatsoever!

Luxury honeymoon retreat in a beautiful setting

Amazing hotel with excellent facilities. We loved the food, especially at Umi Teppanyaki where Nawang gave us a tasty feast and an incredible show. The staff on the whole were very friendly and attentive. The couple's sports massage was the best massage we have ever had even though it was pricey it was worth the money. The location was perfect with a beautiful scenic route to the old town. We had our own entrance the clear blue sea as well. Plenty of sun beds too. We were not happy with our room so we got a free upgrade which was very much appreciated, we loved the big balcony to lay beneath the stars after an evening out. There was also some excellent music from the guitar duo at the hotel bar!

As I said we really appreciated the room upgrade, it was a great size with great facilities and a comfy bed. The shower was a bit temperamental with this temperature and the jacuzzi bath didn't work, the room was also very dark, however we didn't complain as we had already had the upgrade. The only disappointment was that we were promised a special treat in our room for our honeymoon on more than one occasion as we did reluctantly complain, however we mentioned this on our departure and received a discount on our final bill. It's an expensive hotel but we would definitely stay there again if we could afford it.

Ended up very happy with our choice to stay at the Rixos

The hotel has a great vibe. All the common grounds are nice and clean. The atmosphere is calm and the views are fantastic All facilities are top notch and we enjoyed the hotel very much- spa is super nice The distance to the old city is walkable and you can come back with public transportation Very nice eating options not far from hotel so you can stay at the area not needing to hop back and forth to the old city Beach is rocky but supplies a great swim and just around the corner is an access to the Bellevue beach which is a great option as well

Value for money is not ideal and everything offered as an extra is very expensive Rooms are extremely nice but the particular traveler may spot their age in a few 'corners' Room terrace should be updated somehow as it is not in par with room and overall hotel facilities

The moment when we were about to check in, the staff helping us (Anja) was not welcoming at all. Even gave us a weird lo

The view of the Adriatic Sea! It was so beautiful! I also do love the artistic design of the hotel, elegant and chic.

The value for the money was not there. Bathroom needs some revamping for sure. Staff was lacking, they did not provide 5star quality service compare to other hotels I stayed at. Quite disappointing to be honest.
