Jeder Zeit wieder

Hotel war sehr nahe zur Partymeile. Das Hotel war sehr sauber gewesen und das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat sich auch im Hotel sehr gelohnt.

Leider hatte ich in meinem Zimmer keine Tür zum Badezimmer.

Good restaurant and food, good personal from restaurant. But terrible old receptionist.

I like food and personal from the restaurant. They’re very friendly and nice. Good situated.

Receptionist. He was extremely agressive and arrogant. Old man with a beard . He is Arabic or Iranian. It’s not a problem. He was screaming on us, twice gave not working keys. We was shocked.

Für den Party Urlaub ok aber ansonsten würde ich es nicht nochmal buchen.

Nicht weit vom Ballermann entfernt

Schlechtes Essen, immer das gleiche, keine Auswahl. Poolanlage schmutzig und viel zu wenige Liegen.

Gutes Ambiente, super Preis und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Es gab eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisentheken waren sehr sauber.

Disappointing Experience Due to Unfriendly Staff

The room was equipped with an extremely good shower and directly available hot water. We had a room with a very nice view.

My stay was unfortunately marred by the exceptionally unfriendly staff, particularly at the reception and the pool area. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being treated like unruly guests, rather than valued customers. The reception staff exhibited a dismissive attitude, making us feel unwelcome from the outset. Their demeanor suggested that they viewed us as nothing more than rowdy tourists, rather than acknowledging that we were simply guests looking to enjoy our stay. Similarly, the behavior of the lifeguard at the pool was extremely disappointing. Instead of ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, he seemed more interested in reprimanding us for perceived infractions. While we understand the need to maintain order, there is a way to enforce rules without resorting to rudeness and condescension. It's important for the management to remember that their guests come from diverse backgrounds and deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Regardless of nationality or behavior, all guests should be made to feel welcome and valued during their stay.

Für Familien mit Anspruch Ungenügend! Abendessen miserabel und lieblos! Service ist bemüht!

Indoor Pool mit Sauna, Lage des Hotels, Strandpromenade war fußläufig zu erreichen. Getränkepreise moderat. Mitarbeiter waren bemüht. Deutsche TV Sender vorhanden. Überall Desinfektionsmittel. Mülltrennung auf den Fluren.

Abendessen war richtig schlecht. Immer Würste, Fisch und Standard Industrie Lebensmittel. Keine Abwechslung, sehr lieblos und monoton präsentiert. Teilweise ist das Dessert noch gefroren. Essensangebot ist schlecht überlegt, plötzlich ist der Fisch aus. Man sah den Köchen an, dass es nur Arbeiten ist. Zimmer wurde aufgeräumt, aber nicht ordentlich geputzt. Unser Zimmerboden war nach drei Tagen total verdreckt, und es wurde nicht einmal gewischt. Internetverbindung Mangelhaft, auf dem Stand vor 10 Jahren. Streaming, wie z.B. Netflix Kids, nicht möglich! Für die Kids gab es keine Abwechslung bzw. ordentliche Spielmöglichkeiten. Andere Hotelgäste nehmen keine Rücksicht, sind laut und niveaulos.

Toller Kurztripp mit perfekter Lage

Sauber, freundlich und alles wie beschrieben. Zimmer modern und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wenn man was negatives findet dann die Fahrstühle .. hat lange gedauert ….

Hôtel propre et proche de la mer ; restauration satisfaisante ; piscine extérieure et intérieure, espace détente. Tarifs au bar et restaurant corrects Personnel sympathique

Lits peu confortables, trop durs, qui grincent et bougent( mal au dos pendant 1 semaine ) ; impossible de rapprocher les lits jumeaux dans la durée. Piscine extérieure ouverte trop tard et fermée trop tôt ( 10 h-18 h) Piscine intérieure ouverte trop tard ( 10 h ) et espace bien être non opérationnel avant 11 h ; piscine intérieure et espace bien être fermés trop tôt ! 18 h ! Très peu de produit d’hygiène : un gel qui fait tout et basta ! La fréquentation, le bruit : hôtel très bruyant ; les touristes viennent en bande pour faire la fête et beugler, que ce soit au bar, au restaurant, à la piscine ou dans les espaces détente (Comment faire un moment détente avec des hommes qui hurlent et braillent dans la piscine ou le sauna ? ) Plage sale, non respect des touristes qui laissent leurs canettes vides ou papiers sur la promenade le long de la mer ; quartier beaucoup trop bruyant.

Ich komme wieder!

Ein riesiges und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage. Zwar relativ kleine Zimmer aber völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber mit Balkon. Ca 10 min Fußweg zum Megapark.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört das gesprochene auf dem gang sehr deutlich. Jede tür die schließt hört man. Mehr gibt es für mich nicht zu meckern!

A lovely few days to unwind

Relaxing

The staff, they were so kind and resolutive.

We asked for a bath, but wasn’t possible. The room didn’t have an iron. Two mornings the cleaning lady opened our door.

Comfortable stay

Room was clean, comfortable and had good air con. Great views. TV channels. Lovely staff. Food in restaurant, especially loved the sushi.

Groups of young people acting stupid around the pool and bar, no respect for other guests. Staff member dropped bread roll on floor and put it back out to be served. Not enough elevators for the amount of guests.

The whole Staff were lovely from reception, bar, restaurante and house keeper. The hotel was very clean. The view from our room was excellent 5th floor over looking the pool and ocean . The Room was very clean, and well equipped. The bathroom was modern and cleaned everyday. We made great use of the balcony. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. During our stay it was mainly German occupancy. At one point we were the only English people in the hotel, so no one to speak to other than the staff.

Unfortunately we had no idea the hotel was located in an area where its full of youths getting totally drunk on the sea front and in streets even at 10am!!! Totally crowded with drunken people partying!! we can honestly say this Area isn't for us... although we are young minded 60yr olds, but it's a little off putting if you go out for a morning stroll.. The hotel beds were very firm. We booked All inclusive. There was a reasonable choice of food but it was very much the same everyday and not very hot, so a bit boring after a few days... We'd definitely visit Mallorca again but to a different area. If your a party animal this is the perfect place for you.

Cleanliness, variety of drinks,vast majority of staff and the tv channels It was situated in a very nice quiet area but near to services required.

Variety of food at lunch and dinner. At dinner it states it is until 9.15 but at 9.15 they start taking away the food starting with the sweets. If you went for dinner at 9.00pm then you would not have a chance to get your sweets. All this was done without any warning. The variety of food especially at lunch was very limited. A bar attendant who was totally naive, even if you stood in front of him at the bar he would ignore you. He was entertaining but for all the wrong reasons. He needed more training and it was clear to see that the other bar staff were carrying him.

Fridge in room was not working. Door didn't close. The plug in the bathroom sink didn't stop the water from running out.

Really enjoyed our 7 nights here superb value

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was varied and excellent quality. Room were spotless and hotel facilities great. Superb value for money. The location is two streets up from main strip a 5 min walk but that wasn’t a problem for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the week
