Good clean place to stay, especially if you need a gym for a decent price

Good location, good facilities for this price (pool and gym), very clean.

It’s a bit loud- in summer there will be groups of teenagers, but that’s the nature of this town. WiFi patchy.

Horrible, no recomendaria nunca.

Pedimos una cama doble y nos pusieron dos camas juntas, pagando por una doble. El aire acondicionado estuvo estropeado durante 3 dias y la única solucion que nos dieron fue darnos un ventilador viejo. En forma de “compensacion” nos invitaron a cenar el ultimo dia, y cuando llegamos nos dicen que la bebida la tenemos que abonar, a 4 euros el refresco. Pedimos por favor que la almohada fuera gruesa porque sufrimos problemas de espalda y cuello y nos pusieron dos almohadas una encima de la otra. A excepción de algunos, todo el personal muy desagradable, sobre todo la recepción, concretamente Diana no quiso darnos ninguna solución ni cambiarnos de habitacion por falta de disponibilidad, cuando este viaje estaba reservado desde marzo. Es el peor hotel donde he estado sin duda, ningun tipo de espectaculo, evento, ni nada por el estilo por la noche, te limitas a ir a dormir

Wonderful Stay at Hotel with Stunning Views and Exceptional Service

The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from S'Arenal beaches, and 20 minutes from the airport by car/taxi. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. I could watch both sunrise and sunset everyday. The wardrobe was slightly tricky to open but manageable. On our first day, the button of the toilet broke, but they sent and engineer the day after straigtht to fix it, who also changed the bathroom sink tap. Cleaning was perfectly done when requested - only thing is that they haven't changed the towels for two days, but when we left the signage outside the door, and the towels inside the bathtub, they provided us new ones. Breakfast was delicious - I wished there was also avocado and smoked salmon too, but it's not the end of the world LOL Dinner was good too - we had a complimentary dinner offered for our birthday which we really appreciated - and the 2nd time we had dinner there, Daniel - one of the duty managers - offered us a glass of white wine. The bar was great - we spent almost every evening there and grabbed a gin and they offered us crisps as Happy Hour. I haven't used the gym, because I wasn't in the mood of it, but I can guarantee you that, despite it's small, it's fully equipped both inside and outside. All F&B and Reception Staff, were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and cordial. On behalf of my mother too, I'd like to praise and thank all reception and F&B staff, particularly the following people: Nieves, Daniel, Diana, Marea, and Jonas! You've been absolutely amazing, welcoming, and provided excellent service! We'll definetely come back again in future xx

Only minor things: It would be nice that they should provide little toiletries such as soap, showercaps,toothbrushes/paste maybe. Hairdryer is available only with 10 euros deposit. Despite the room was cleaned spotlessely, the terrace was not, so I would just pay more attention to it, as we used to eat crisps and peanuts some evenings, and there were some days that it was not cleaned.

If you have middle standards and a deep sleep this hotel is for you. All in all i would come back but it definetly needs

Food is Exceptionally good for a 3 star Hotel. Daily changing menus and fresh as well. Good Value for money! The beds are comfortable. Very very nice Staff.

Very very thin walls, you’ll hear anything and anyone. We had mold in our bathroom as well as hair stuck in the drainage from the previous Guests. The A/C is very old and was leaking.

Proceed with caution

The staff tried their best to help the situation. However, we were unsatisfied with their answer to the solution

No AIRCON OR ELECTRICITY since 3am in the morning until 9:30 am the next day flashing green and Red key card holder for hours on end no lights Loud beeping sound coming from the key card holder for at least three hours . Ended up not sleeping due to noise disturbance , Staff could only offer a free breakfast at 10:20 when breakfast finishes at 10:30 as compensation we then proceeded to book a transfer the following morning to the local airport and not even the taxi fare was offered to be paid for .very disappointed. I will never be returning here again.

Definitely recommend, amazing place

We stayed in paradise last week. Staff was very very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, tasty. Room looked after every day, fresh towels everyday, bed made. Two bars where they make you lovely cocktails or pour wee beer. Hotel is just few minutes away from beach and nearby harbour with surf/paddleboard school. Also renting bikes straight beside hotel. Good place to rest and enjoy the peaceful, stress free holiday. M&C

No water in the half board which is not understandable also in the room you can here noise from other rooms and only one elevator for lots of rooms ! ..

staff is vert nice and welcoming. hotel is on a hill about 5-10 minute walk to the beach depending on how far down the strip you want to go.

odd smell in the bathroom like burnt hair and rubber. aside from that the hotel is a good option especially for price.

Superb

Room were small but nice and very cosy, close to the beach, to the shops and supermarkets, location of the hotel perfect, food was delicious and many choices, gym was small but we found there everything what we needed, the staff all the time helpful and with wide smile.

The only disadvantage was the the walls in the room were really thin and you could hear everything

It could have been better

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast they serve too but I do think they need another coffee machine to deal with long queues. The bar staff were nice and made really great drinks

I did have some issues with the room, the toilet was moving any time you sat down, the shower wasn't attached to the wall, the TV never seem to work for any longer that 2 minutes before freezing and the AC kept blowing dust around the room.

Paradise at affordable price

Hotel was clean and toiletries and clean towels provided pool area was ok with bar

Only one coffee machine could do with another help reduce queing and maybe microwave to heat food up if required. Although on the whole the food was warm short steep hill to get to hotel from seafront not suitable for lnfirm
