Comfortable and very enjoyable lovely hotel, with a great team of staff.

The Agir Springs is a jewel in a crown. The decor is fresh and modern and in every area designed with comfort. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the welcome at reception to bar staff and the cleaners who do a fantastic job ensuring the rooms and everything else is spotlessly clean. Our room felt clean an bright and all furnishings were of a good standard. The restaurant area is lovely and the service was extremely good with Marcelo with his attention to make dining a very good experience, but also with his charming style and friendly customer service. The pool area is on level 6 with a lovely roof top bar and cocktails very well prepared, and cushioned sunbeds and a small infinity pool which you can sit and look out to sea. This hotel was a smaller hotel which provided a lovely personalised feel to the experience and would we would recommend people who want a quite time but are within easy walking distance to the beach and the old town. We will be going back in the very near future.

Very minor couple of issues. On the room balcony there was 2 rattan chairs with table which could have been complimented with some comfortable seating cushions. The TV in our room was very difficult to find channels and was not set to plug and play which could be a problem if you want to watch TV.

La música de la piscina, no estaba mal, pero si se pone algo más marchoso como ahí pega, hubiera sido más divertido.

NOT an adults only hotel!

The property was clean and in a great location. Pool bar man lovely, as was man in the restaurant.

The property was advertised as adults only, this is why we booked it. But there were young children in the pool, and in the room next door to us crying, when I informed reception they looked shocked and said yes sometimes they allow them. I said but your advertising as an adults only hotel you cannot do this. Also one Vegetarian option the half board, vegan meatballs, which were frozen in the middle stuffing balls coated in mushroom sauce on a bed of rice. Very odd.

This hotel was really amazing, so much so we stayed an extra 4 nights . Front of desk staff were friendly and rhe bar staff very attentive. Very relaxing holiday with plenty of loungers available throughout our stay . Drinks in the rooftop pool bar were a tad expensive €9 for a cocktail. The rooms were spotless & bed very comfy. The only flaw was having to pay €4 a day for a safe ( should be free ) also wasn't enough staff on at times poor cleaners were flat out and the rest of fhe staff looked a little stressed . Would definitely book again in the future .

good location in a nice area

great hotel a few steps from beach, breakfast was buffet and a good choice available. Dinner was waiter service which was unexpected, just 6 choices from a set menu which we weren't keen on, staff were friendly although the receptionist who checked us in was too busy chatting to a colleague and didnt look up at us and rushed it all through,

the roof top pool was very small and not for swimming just a splash, Bar staff ran out of certain drinks.

If the last few issues had been sorted straight away it would have been a 10/10 instead it’s an 8/10

The location was perfect, the pool was really good but a couple of the days the pool was realy dirty and cloudy then it must have been cleaned after a few people complained. The breakfast was fantastic couldn’t fault

The pool was dirty for a 2 days but was cleaned after complaining. We had a very disturbed nite sleep on our last nite as the neighbours where extremely noisy so rang reception and asked for earplugs or for them to ask them To be quiet but they ignored me so was awake all nite

The hotel itself was nice, clean and a good location 👍

I booked 2 rooms ( one for friends) also in a group, where a total of 8 rooms where booked. I was the first person to book and the rest booked later. I was the only person to forward my arrival time, yet my room was the only one not ready . I was to the only person out of the group to ask for a room at the front of the hotel.most of the group got a room at the front even tho they never requested one, yet my request was not granted 😩. Not very happy at all as my request was totally ignored. I was offered a room for the next day, but this was too much hassle to move.. 😩

Location great, little dissapointed with the room

Location

We booked 2 single beds and we were put in a double, we were supposed to have 2 bottles of water in our room. We asked reception and they would take care of it, we never saw the water bottles. Our bed was well slept in high time to invest in a new mattress. You can hear your surrounding neighbours bathroom flushes, taps etc... Thin walls .
