fantastisch

Das Hotel befand sich in mitten der Stadt in einer Parkanlage. Absolute Ruhe nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Zimmer geräumig, mit ordentlichem Schrank und Bad mit Fenster. Alle Fenster mit Insektenschutz. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr ansprechend arrangiert.

Preis / Leistung sehr gut, wir würden das Hotel gern wieder besuchen.

Lage mitten im Park - hervorragend, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden, U-Bahn fußläufig ca. 1km, Frühstück ok.

Brot beim Frühstück nicht aufgeschnitten.

Clean and peaceful

A very peaceful hotel situated in a park close to Schönbrunn palace. The great thing is it's in the middle of the city but in a quiet and calm place. Plenty of parking spaces, clean and big rooms and good breakfast.

The only things the room lacked were a minibar and a kettle. The pillows were uncomfortable and there were no additional ones in the wardrobe.

The hotel is located in a large park that gives such a relaxing feeling, quietness and peace. Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. We loved the place!

We've had a fan, but it would have been better to have AC.

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, good coffee, clean spacy rooms, fantastic location in the beautifull garden. This was our second stay here and will come againd for sure.

Great stay, great location

Nice location, close to the train station and store, clean and beautiful nature around the property.

It was very hot in the room. Small air condition on the floor is not enough to cool the room.

The hotel is a hidden gem in Wien!

Firstly, the hotel has an amazing garden behind it. The hotel staffs were always smiling and there is only a kilometer (12 mins by walk) to Schönbrunn metro station. I recommend the hotel surely, you will not regret!

The only thing which I dont like, I had a short time for spending there :)

Perfect hotel to visit Vienna. 5-10 min walk from the station

Everything was as expected. The Breakfast is well presented and with a wide variety of products. Definitely, a recommended hotel to stay in.

There was a small problem with one room but the staff was efficient to find a solution.

Perfect for families with free parking!

Great quiet location for families. Baby bed was provided, room is big and clean and your baby can crawl and play on the floor as whole room is covered with carpet. A lot of parking spots, Metro is less than 10mins away. Would come back!

Excellent hotel

Staff were excellent, very approachable, courteous and very efficient. One member of staff went above and beyond her role to help me with a problem I had. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and nobody hovering over you as I have found in other places I have stayed. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Could have had BBC World Service on the TV.

Wonderful place, will happily stay there in future again

Pretty much everything was amazing. The staff were super nice, the location is great (Schoenbrunn is a couple of minutes away, there is public transport nearby, and the hotel is kind of surrounded by a park which makes it feel very cosy and "protected" from the streets), breakfast was great. I wish I could give more than 10 for cleanliness, cause this might be the cleanliest of the hotels I've been in (and the list is quite long) - particularly of relevance during the current pandemic; I really at all times (in shared areas during breakfast, in the room, ...) felt like all precautions (disinfection, QR codes at tables, behavior of the staff, ...) were carefully implemented.

Well, if I am to be picky: There are a couple of ways to reach the hotel, but most get quite dark in the evening (I guess this is not an issue in summer), so if being for the first time there and planning to walk back (and especially if bad with orientation), I would suggest checking out the path during the day.
