Excellent location, good service, good food. Good and supportive staff.

They could have make in more professional and appealing. Neat and clean Uniform for staff. Television with workable Channels. A pet table and chairs in room A disposable hotel room slippers More appealing room arrangements

Great views from the open balconies with the abundance of nature and great food & room service

Amazing views with complete isolation from noise pollution. Room service was prompt and food choices and taste was outstanding. Bird calls in the morning were amusing and never heard before. Would have loved to stay a few extra days.

Toilets were old and showers lacked pressure. Mattresses were old, and the sheets were the only thing keeping them still in use. Spare convertible bed mattress was old and disgusting. Very limited coffee and tea bag supplies had to constantly keep asking more, which were promptly delivered by room service.

The setting is magnificent, with amazing views, and the lodgings very comfortable and well-equipped. The staff went out of their way to decorate the room for the birthday of our daughter - it was really special!

Breakfast was good had a wide range of varieties All the good were excellent Al carte menu was also excellent all the food were great and quantity was also amazing

Room separation at balcony can be made a little bit private thats the only issue i faced but the rooms and ambiance was wonderful had a great holiday

Location and staff was nice

Service levels not great, very low hot water pressure, there was an ant in the food, no one at reception while checking out early morning at around 630 7am.

Wonderful location

We travelled as a family of 4 with a driver. There are only cottages available, with 2 bedrooms and hall. The cottages are well maintained. We only booked breakfast, which was amazing. Better to book Half board, as the food in Munnar town is just ok, whereas the food in the hotel is amazing. Breath taking views from the room and cottage. They have a sunset view point too The only issue was the drive there, but hotel staff warn you well ahead and had even offered to pick up and drive our car up into the hotel, where the road was rough. Only their approach road has issues. All in all, will definitely come back

Exceptional view from the top of the mountain

The location was just amazing but driving is not easy, the property was trying to help to send a driver to drive to the hill. If you are not comfortable to drive the dangerous hill road (terribly dangerous) better to seek help from the reception. The management, reception, checkin, food, room service, the restaurant and the campfire everything was excellent.

Wifi was poor and most of the times its not connected. Its not a major issue but still someone wants to work from there its a challenge. Nothing really to complain.

Small resort at an Amazing Location

Excellent location, View from our room was amazing. Food is delicious especially buffet breakfast. Staffs are very friendly especially Mr.Jijesh was very helpful.

Road towards the resort was not good. They told us it will be maintaining well soon. Activities in the resort are less but the climate is too good so we can spend lot of time, simple sitting in the balcony with a mountain view. Rooms renovation should be done very urgently.
