The room was very decent. It was well-cleaned and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with soap and shampoo provided. Air-con was cooling even though a bit slow. Bottled water was provided and other premix drinks for breakfast. All in all, a comfortable stay. Plenty of parking available. Reception very friendly and nice. McDonalds nearby fo quick meals.
Location didn't feel very safe. The stairs were too high and steep, not ideal for elderly, pregnant women or those with health issues. On our second day there, heavy rain caused rain water to leak into room from window. The management acknowledged it was a common issue, but were not very proactive to quickly help us with the water pooling in the room. We had to use our bath towels to stop the water but we only got replacement towels the next day, and it was the wrong one (the bath mat towel).

• customer service is good, attentive to enable us secure a ground floor room
• very quick to call us about items we left behind and kept it safe until we return to get it, thanks a lot for that!!
• parking no problem for us when we came in the middle of the night
• my triple family room is quite spacious for this price, recommended
• has both aircond and ceiling fan
• the only hotel at this particular area
• everything is made of stone: bed, side table, table and even closet (5/5 for innovation i guess hahaha)
• no lift but was able to secure a ground floor room so problem solved
• the toilet seat got permanent stain?? quite nauseating thank god only one night using the toilet so maybe replace the seat pls :/
• i think the room wasn't cleaned enough? maybe bcos everything is made stone idk lol
• phone service is dead dunno why is it there for, decoration? i guess
• many dogs around the area but they are tame (same goes for all the tamans and kedai around the whole area/town, so many stray dogs)

Rain water ingresses the window to the floor. Toilet bowl cover were very dirty ( should be changed). Toilet door lash missing. TV program not interesting and low definition.
Sound proof too bad due to bad window rubber beading condition
As per my above comments. Rate be lower to compensate the discrepancies.

The location is situated nearby 7/11 and several Chinese food court.
The public stairs is very dirty & yucky, the water dispenser at the 2nd floor has become a rubbish corner? The room my aunties stayed was so noisy at night with loud motor generator sound. With this price ,I would be reasonable to expect for shampoo to be provided, unfortunately it didn't have. I hope the management can put some effort to make this hospitality better in the future.

Location was nearby to 7 Eleven and Lotus.
Toilet no lotion and shampoo.
TV spoilt and also missing remote commander.
My 3 weeks ago request before arriving of having our room on the ground floor not met.
Room size paid was for 30 m2 but our assigned room seems much smaller.
