Room with smell of cigarette odor, although stated that all room are non smoking.

The location is very good

The lighting so deem. The hotel might want to save energy. The water faucet is leaking. Toilet need to be more clean

1. The hotel is so near to the malls and restaurants. 2. The hotel has modern design similar to 5 star hotel 3. Booking this hotel is very convenient

1. The blankets, cupboard, room are dusty. Maybe the room that I got is being left vacant for quite some time 2. Water pipe in toilet is leaking 3. The air conditioner is not cold, maybe need to add gas.

Good condition. Beds n pillow is very comfort

Car park. I dont know parking must to be use majlis Perbandaran coupons. So i have settle all at Majlis Perbandaran Nilai. New experience to me for another future.

Smelling of smoking in the room despite it's non smoking room. And staff is unfriendly during check in even without putting on a mask.

Choose other hotel please

Female employee with poor working attitude at reception. Check me into wrong room due to didn't listen carefully what I said. Knock on my door when I was taking shower. Poor service attitude and not honest.

Passable

Staff are not friendly, when asking just nodded head, not keen on helping, not smiling or good gesturing when customer @ counter or passing by. When asked about availability for tomorow jus answering 'just try la at agoda'. That's the reason i m not continuing my stay. Please show your warm welcoming to your guest.
