We visited either side of our daughters wedding at the nearby venue. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We laughed at working our way through the language barrier which was lovely. Our host made lovely breakfasts and even arranged transport to the nearby restaurant as she preferred us not to walk. Very sweet and kind. Such a charming farmhouse in a stunning setting. Woke up every morning to bird song and a blue sky. We loved the pool too. Perfect

We were a family of sixteen adults and two children. We also had alot of luggage and a wheelchair. Our wonderful host was so helpful picking us up from the train station and back again and also to and from their lovely restaurant. Stefano was so cheerful and pleasant. He was the perfect host. We loved the traditional tuscan cuisine that his lovely wife served for dinner and the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The pool was a real plus in the hot humid weather of June. I loved the atmosphere of the charming stone and wood interior, some dating back hundreds of years. Each bedroom was unique in design and decorated with much care. The beds were very comfortable. The renovation of the bedrooms/bath blending modern convenience, including air conditioning in some rooms with antique decor blended beautifully. I can't say enough about the ambience of the gorgeous countryside and peaceful surroundings which allowed a much needed respite from the crowds of Rome and Florence. It is a perfect base for touring, especially close to Florence. Thank you to this wonderful family from our family.
hmmmmm we liked everything but the mosquitos in the evening but Nature is in charge of that one.

We loved everything... location was perfect.. you only hear birds singing.. the rooms was clean and smell very nice.. About the breakfast, there were options among sweet or savory and it was good to start the day.
We would like to thank Deniz and Mr Edoardo for giving us a solution to a problem with booking.com on our reservation!
One of the rooms was next to the kitchen... so about 8:00 in the morning .. there was a little bit noise

The old house has been carefully modernized to a very high standard. Part of the furniture is antique, part modern in a matching style. The place feels really well-loved, and is also practical and comfortable. I liked sitting in the shared living room. The area is very much country; I had a nice long walk to the Santa Brigida village - but then taking the hiking trek that begins there was beyond me.
A bit of hum from the electricity in my room.

the view, the room, the nice host, the modern bathroom in the ancient building, the cat, everything ( even drove me to the restaurant and train station 🥹)
everything was excellent

Lovely place with very friendly hosts. Didn't expect the automated check-in, but worked really well and was understandable as the host had to feed the horses of the farm. Lovely breakfast, good food at the restaurant. Best part: we asked about riding horses the next day, super easy, great price and a ride through the hills to remember just the two of us plus guide. Can definitely recommend that experience!
Would definitely recommend having a car to get there. Maybe a few more power sockets in the room woukd be nice.

The lady who checked us in and did the breakfast etc was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with character and comfy bed. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant just down the road, which belongs to the Tenuta was terrific. Overall very good value and recommended.

great location, great host with very good English, nice breakfast, beautiful views from the room and the pool. comfy, clean room and bed. a good restaurant a 2 minutes drive from the restaurant owned by the same owner. good food, attentive staff and all very pleasant.
wish I could stay longer. the only thing which was a bit unpleasant was a big number of hornets flying flying around the restaurant outdoor seating. it didn’t seem to bother the locals at all. I went to sit inside but it’s a shame when the weather is pleasant. not sure what you can do about that. not great for allergics :)
beware the parking in Florence. (not at all related to the accommodation, just and FYI) I stupidly paid €60 for 5 hours. but in the city centre, literally next to the Vecchio bridge. next time I would choose the parking garage by the train station and walk/take a bus to the centre.

Spacious room, excellent pool, good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful scenery right in the hills and not too far away from other towns that can be visited.
The restaurant that is nearby associated with the structure was fully booked because of a wedding. Not a negative per se, but it would have been nice to somehow been told earlier

A great place inside the Tuscan hills. Definitely recommended, for resting and recuperating. Just outside Firenze, a recommendation for anyone visiting the town. Everything was perfect

It is a really pretty place with great views. The breakfast was good, but no real local products or anything. The nearby restaurant, which is part of the hotel serves excellent food. It's an excellent place to explore Tuscany.
We visited outside the season so there was no really any personnel. The rooms are not very will insulated, so when the neighbors come late or talk you can here them quite well - so I needed earplugs most nights. As there was no hotel staff around there was no one really to control the noise.

Lovely hotel. We decided to stay an extra night upon arrival. The pool has a great view, showers are great, hosts are friendly and there's a train station with free parking 5min from the hotel that'll take you to Florence in 15 minutes.

Super pleasant, beautiful and authentic place.
We liked everything: room, location, breakfast, views and the region itself.
I can only recommend it and thank the owners for a great service.
Our stay was too short, but we will definitely come again.
