Esclusivamente la posizione. Il resto un disastro.
La struttura è molto trascurata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo. La colazione deludente.. Certamente il contesto è affascinante, ma non supplisce a tutte le carenze. Purtroppo ho pagato il soggiorno in anticipo, altrimenti me ne sarei andata prima.

beautiful stay on a National park. clean tidy rooms, breakfast included and only about a 15 minute drive to the tower of Pisa. we saw lots of deer and a family of hogs!

Amazing place and location for animal especially horse lovers so close to Pisa. Amazing "natural" beach without the crowds in the midde of holiday season. The nature reserve was amazing, my children absolutely loved the forest, exploring, seeing deer close up and the small wild pigs (my son is 15 and normally hard to get away from any screen)!. Able to hire bikes/e-bikes to get around. Staff were helpful.
Please note it is not a luxury hotel, but a lovely place to get close to nature, for me a special gem to get away from it all!

the bedroom was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful
the bathroom could do with some updating and some more lights in the stairwell during the hours of darkness.

An amazing location. Beautiful rooms. High speed wifi. Very kind staff. Although we were late they wait for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was quite good
Cold and quite rude guy at the reception, not hot water for our shower not blanket provided for our bed no internet connection, the only place in Italy that was asking me to pay the residency tax for my 7 months old baby, I’m Italian and to be honest this was the worst place we been on our trip trough the Nord Italy don’t bother to stay there

1. Lovely location
2. Spacious rooms
3. Pet friendly
4. Plenty of parking
5. Submerged in nature
6. Wild animals
7. Electric bikes available for rent
8. Accommodating staff
In general, we loved this place, however, there were just a few things that could have made our experience even better:
1. It was VERY hot in the rooms when we stayed (July) and they only provided 1 small fan.
The rooms can certainly use some sort of air conditioning system during the summer months or at least 2 fans per room.
2. The breakfast left a lot to desire.
The first morning I arrived around 9AM and there was pretty much nothing left to eat and it was obvious that they didn't intend to replenish anything. I ate a small bowl of cereal...
The second morning I arrived around 8:30AM and managed to benefit from the breakfast a little more. However, they didn't provide much variety when it comes to fruit (all they provided was oranges) nor any hot food options like eggs, meat, etc.
In my opinion, the breakfast could be better balanced and offer enough options that suit an array of appetites. Also, the breakfast should be replenished for those who wish to arrive to breakfast a little later. Perhaps not everyone wants to wake up at 8AM when they are on holiday.
3. The WIFI in our room did not function that well, if at all. We ended up just using our own cellular data for our internet wants and needs.

Location and service at reception

Nothing.
Prepare yourself no mobile phone reception. Poor wifi almost none. Dust everywhere. Food in restaurant is not good and breakfast is poor no bacon eggs etc. And forget breakfast room to be clean. Its also dangerous flooring. To get to the room with luggage you have to cry, two flights of stairs. NO AIRCON IN MOST OF THE ROOMS. We had 3 rooms and we slept 2 families in one room with AC. The atmosphere of the whole place feels like an abandoned place. Receptionist told us the rent the place from government... Well you still making money off people so you should make the place decent!! There is no receptionist during the night so should an emergency happen just pray to god as you wont even have reception to call for help.
In short stay away!!!

the park itself is a very good place to stay with family, children or toddlers, there are many fellow deers, someone of these are kind of domestic, also wild boar can come really close to you, foxes and many others
even though it was described briefly but being forced by the gate will close at 23pm, it is hard to stand... so customers must be strongly agree to live a jailhouse life
