Clean and spatious
Breakfast was not satisfying related to price level
Lacks atmosphere (in this time of the year?)
Better locations available in rapa nui, especially for this price. Expensive!

We loved our visit here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff super friendly and a great location by the water and short walk to other amenities.

Room was very nice. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpful.
Breakfast had prepared food that should be warm but was cold. The restaurant only served breakfast, it would have been nice to have a bar/sandwich option for the evening.

This hotel is amazing, the property is very nice, it is very well situated and most of all the people that work there are really helpful and nice. It's very close to the ocean, actually I had a partial view of it from my bed, the breakfast is one of the most complete, the pool is very nice also. But you simply don't need to spend time at the hotel on this small, but amazing island so as I comment below I believe the pricing was unreasonably high. Otherwise everything is just perfect.
In very few places on earth I needed to pay that much of a very nice hotel room. Literally I believe it was the most expensive. And probably I don't really understand the economics of a small island, there are 2 categories of properties on it and you could differentiate between very expensive and nice and quiet inexpensive and also nice. So yeah, I didn't get the pricing AT ALL - 3 nights were the equivalent of a month of rent in Barcelona and I stayed a full week. It was close to a quarter of rent :-)

The receptionist Arii has an exceptional service. The personal wad very good, they can speak Spanish, English, French, Japanese and Tahitanian. In the breakfast you should be attended by the chef Aldo, Marco an Jan.
The breakfast was very good type buffet, with a lot of alternatives, in our case my wife has lactose intolerance and they have several options that can make a very good experience.
Unfortunately the lunch and dinner was not open, but less than 2 blocks you have plenty of alternatives of restaurants and a supermarket. If you want a cheap option for evening you can go to the restaurant El Club del Sandwich close to the fishermen's cove.
Also you are only 2 blocks from downtown and a lot of alternatives of handicrafts and stores
The insulation of the room are not so good. You can hear when somebody go to the bathroom in other room

It was just a few minutes walk to Hanga Roa centre, about 15 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins from
the restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helped us with a problem we had on the island.
Only breakfast was provided and we didn’t always feel like going out. No fridge in the room but had access to a communal one in the foyer.

Considering that we could not travel to Easter island because of the Cove 19, we could neither like nor dislike the hotel.

We loved the seafront restaurant, which had glorious ocean views, and the cocktails. It was also a convenient walk into Hanga Roa. We didn't use the pool but this did look nice and had a pretty pool bar. The bed was comfortable.
The room/bathroom was tired and needed an upgrade. The food wasn't great but it's possible to eat in town at any number of restaurants.

The facilities were lovely, they were pristine in cleanliness, and the staff was friendly. We particularly enjoyed the pool as a place to relax, and the welcome drink at the pool was a nice touch.
Although it was walkable, the hotel was not in the middle of town. We had hoped to see sunsets over the water, but the water was only viewable from the restaurant. This hotel seemed to specialize in groups, did not have an authentic local feel, and the breakfast room was a mob scene. The water cooler at the hotel had a sign charging about $6 USD to fill your water bottle. That seemed unreasonable. The restaurant across the street is only open certain nights, and we found few options close to the hotel.

The Hotel is very pleasant........basic but funtional. The Bungalow is very nice and is spacious. Bathroom was very clean and spotless. Breakfast at teh Restauarant was very good with a good selection and plentiful. Hotel Reception was good and able to answer all questions. Hotel Transfer pickup was 4 houtrs before actual flight time which seemed rather excessive but when you see how small the Airport check in its worth getting there and processed and get out of the terminal and enjoy last of the Sun.
Th patio doors did not seem that secure which was a concern as when you closed one side the other side seemed to pop out. Took a little while to get to grips with how you amnaged to close both sides.
